I have always loved Panera but would get frustrated when my online order would be incorrect frequently. They have recently started using a new system that double checks order details before they are left in the pick up shelving. My order has been perfect ever since the implemented this system :) Thank you so much!

Management is very poor. Food quality has gone down. Customer service is nonexistent. Menu changed and when placing order not notified. Order returned and nothing offered other than I can order a sandwich?!? No thanks Will not be coming back

We decided to try the primo additions to your grilled cheese — what a mistake. We ordered online, arrived and the order wasn’t ready. Tried to signal a worker, they didn’t notice us for 10 minutes. At which point they said«oh you’re waiting for an express order? We didn’t have that bread — can we make it with something else?» 1 minute later they give us our order… a bit fast considering you had to make the sandwiches… At home: cold soup, Luke warm Mac and cheese. Sandwiches with microscopic cheese(see my photo). Missing sauce I paid extra for. We added our own cheese and microwaved everything for a meal worth no where near what we paid :(. Why aren’t 0 stars an option?!

We have eaten at this panera before and(other than the price which I think is kind of high) have never had a problem before. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. The drink area was very poorly cared for. The ice machine and was broken and there were a decent amount of fruit flies all around. I also think they got our order wrong. Like I said, I have had good experiences at panera before, even at this one, but not this time.

I love getting the«You Pick Two» from Panera. Some days I’ll get the tomato soup with a turkey half sandwich. Other days I’ll get a chicken Cobb avocado half salad with a chicken pesto sandwich. They’re all so yummy! The sourdough bread is awesome! But it’s also sometimes hard to chew. However, whenever I don’t get the You Pick Two deal, the regular prices for the regular size portion of salad or soup or a full sandwich is quite pricey. But the food is pretty good! I like their brownies when they have them. I’m not a fan of Panera’s bagels though, because of how hard they can be. Panera is also a good place to study. Just bring some headphones, buy an iced green tea, grab a table, and get to work. It’s all too easy. The only downfall about studying at Panera is that it always smells so good and I’ve found myself buying more food because I got hungry because of how good it all smells. The thing that I find really cool about the take out is that there’s a monitor on the wall near where you pick up your food that has your name and it lets you know that they are preparing your food and when it’s done, just in case you don’t hear them call your name. Overall, I love Panera, I just dislike how high some of the prices are for certain salads or food items are that I love so much. But the food is really good!

I don’t know why I keep coming back. I placed a mobile order for rapid pick up hoping for the best. Get to work, did I get what I ordered, nope. I double checked my mobile order, and I ordered what I thought I had. Then checked my receipt to make sure I picked up the right order, which I had. Normally I would probably just let it go, but there’s just been too many issues recently with this location. I’ll stick to Boudin across the street.

Super fast every time I go in. They’re super friendly. Only sucky part of this location is the parking. There are so many yummy places next to it that parking is bad . So I’ve ordered online many time and always get my order wrong or I’m missing things. I came in to eat inside and it was free cookie day which was adorable that they would have one of their older staff memories giving them out.

Panera is not worth the price go to Boudin instead! The food there is over-priced and really it’s just an assembly place. My sandwich with bacon was such a joke, a couple of refrigerated, pre-cooked pieces of bacon tossed on the sandwich, not warmed up, really tiny pieces. Wow what an insult. I’ve been there a number of times with my wife or to get this or that item, but overall this place is amazingly over-rated, and over-priced, and I’ve tried numerous items on the menu so this is not a single-incident review. Just really below average place!

Came in for a quick lunch meeting. The place is clean and the service is fast and friendly. Their motto«accuracy«was good they did not mess up the order. The Fuji apple salad with chicken was excellent. The dressing was really good. Sweet and flavorful. Had the pick two salad and ½ a tuna salad sandwich. Good for a return. They had some interesting desserts too. Next time.

Today I went to this Panera location for only two bagels and ended up waiting twenty minutes just for the two items. The staff is very friendly with customers but do not know how to handle a busy breakfast rush or manage their time properly. When we walked to the bathroom you could see seven employees in the kitchen yet there was a line of customers to the door waiting to order food. I understand being short staffed but maybe it’s time to train some kitchen employees to be front cashier employees to help when the rushes come in to eliminate long waits for service.

My husband and I love Panera. Went to this Panera on a Sunday morning and it was by far the worse experience I have had at any location! First, the employees obviously did not want to be working today. I get that people can have off days but when the entire staff is very unhappy and unhelpful, something is wrong. Even the manager was rude and standoffish. Second, I order a cinnamon roll and ask if they can heat it up. The lady at the register informs me that they don’t do that, but I can use the disgusting microwave over by the coffee. Didn’t think it was an unreasonable request for a bakery to heat one of their own pastries… Finally, I ordered a latte and I didn’t actually receive the drink until after my husband gets his food and we are almost done eating. Overall, I am very disappointed with this Panera. I have been to plenty of other ones in California and Colorado, but have never had this all around horrible experience.

I had a really great lunch at Panera Bread today. I had the Thai chicken wonton broth bowl and chicken soba noodle salad with peanut sauce. The chicken salad had a very pungent orange miso dressing packed with noodles and chicken on a bed of spinach with a hint of cilantro. Every bit was a perfect well balanced mouthful. I’m sorry I only ordered half a salad. The broth bowl was filled with chicken ginger wontons, broccoli, nappa cabbage, roasted mushrooms and spinach. The broth was a flavorful burst of Thai chili vinegarette in a delicious chicken and onion broth. The soup and salad was a perfect combination that hit the spot. In addition, I received my free birthday dessert and decided on a cheese danish. I can’t wait to try it.

Healthy, gourmet comfort food with really friendly service. I love the Pick Two combo. I rotate between the Fuji Apple Chicken salad, Chicken noodle soup, Autumn Squash soup, Turkey Bravo panini and the grilled cheese sandwich. The food here is always fresh and on point and their pastry case is glorious. My only complaint is that people study here and take up tables for hours, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault.

What a disappointment. I decided to pick up sandwiches after work to take to a concert last night. My husband emailed me his order which he got on line. I went to Panera and his sandwich(smoked turkey on country bread) did not appear on the menu. After 5 mins of back and forth with the counter person, the smart-ass manager came out showed him which sandwich it was after looking down his nose at the poor kid. My order consisted of 2 whole sandwiches and ½ sandwich and ½ mac n cheese. He asked if I wanted chips, apples or a baguette with my orders. I said chips. He said he felt bad about making me wait so he offered me a free cookie. We walked over to the cookies and there had to be at least 10 flies lighting on all of the pastries. I chose the cookie on the bottom rack as I figured it was less likely a fly had been on it. Then he told me to go around the corner to wait till they called my name. When the order came up, the bag had 2 chips and 1 baguette. The baguette was a torn off piece of bread just thrown into the bag on top. I told the person at the pick up window I wanted chips not a baguette. He gave me chips. I got my napkins and plasticware and left. Luckily we checked the sandwiches before we left. There were no condiments on the sandwiches and none in the bag. There were none on the counter either. What if we had gotten to the show with no mayo or mustard? One sandwich came with a pickle. The other sandwich(same kind) had no pickle. The half sandwich was a mess. Just small pieces of dried out turkey and made sloppily. The mac n cheese tasted great but gave me an upset stomach. $ 24.81 for crap. I’ve had lunches catered by Panera in Carlsbad on several occasions and never had crappy sandwiches. I believe it is this location and this manager that is the problem. I’ll take Which Wich any day over this!

Today I saw at least 5 people there with their laptops and books out. Brought back a lot of memories of when I had to hit the books. Back then I was fueled by ramen, coffee, and energy drinks(starving student mode). We decided to order the«You Pick Two». I went with the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich while my partner in crime went with the Barbecue Chicken Salad and the Turkey Avocado BLT. We shared a frozen lemonade and a carrot cake cupcake. The salad tasted great. It had a nice mixture of fresh greens, fruits(strawberry, blueberry, pineapple), nuts and chicken. My sandwich was decent, but definitely not as good as Good On Us Deli. I tried my partner’s food also and I liked it. She liked her food as well, she had no complaints. Frozen lemonade was okay. I wasn’t too impressed with it. It tasted a bit too sweet. Carrot cake was delicious. Cake was nice and moist. A bit too much frosting for my tastes, but then again I’m not much of a frosting fan. The young lady who took our order was friendly and made a great recommendation regarding the carrot cake cupcake(we asked what her favorite dessert /pastry was). We walked by a handful of tables that needed attention. I saw a lead or manager standing up front(that appeared to be doing nothing) that could have wiped a table or two down. Nothing wrong with leading by example or helping out your team… right? Overall, this visit was good, but I’m knocking half a star off for too many dirty tables… so the final score 3.5 stars.

Great place to study/get work done except the wi-fi is not exceptionally fast. Workers are super kind, the tables/general area is clean and the customers are also all kind and relatively quiet which = good place to study! The only downside to bringing your laptop is that there are only about two wall plugs, so once those get taken you might start to get a bit antsy about using your laptop before it dies and you have to plug it in. Other than that, I recommend the atmosphere here a lot! :D Baked goods are always delicious and I highly recommend the choose 2 out of sandwich/soup/salad combo. Hehe

I dont understand the 3 star ratings ! It is a Great place to gran a quick bite. The staff is friendly and the prices aré fair I had a greek salad and it was pretty good and it was pretty big unlike most places. I ordered a berry scone which i did not like because it was glazed(not their fault) You order at the register, they give you a Number and bring the order to your table Seems like a pretty good deal to me

Fast friendly service with a smile. I love how they bring me my food and pick up the tray when I’m done. I love the broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl mmmmmm. They sometimes times forget to ask me what side I want and assume I want a baguette … Really?! Cuz my bread bowl isn’t enough bread. Ha ha ha They remembered to ask this time and I got my Apple :). I should probably explore more of the menu but the broccoli cheddar is just so good!

Yes, I am a fan! When i was going through my tortuous GMAT-prep days, I was a regular tenant at several free-wifi places such as Panera Breads/Starbucks. The only reason I kept coming back to Panera bread is b/c it is so much more spacious than starbucks + i used to live right across the street. In any case, I love their new rewards system. Each time you purchase something, they will ask you to link the purchase to your rewards program and you can slowly earn rewards such as free drinks/desert/even entrees! The only con i can think of is when families would bring their kids and it can get a bit rowdy, but obviously, i know this is not a library and came prepared with my headphones! In sum, great spot to study/chill and have a decently priced meal(:

It was good for a chilly night out, it hit the spot. But…was it worth the cost? Nope. Maybe if there was more cheese! The bread was thick and slightly toasted, and in between… ONE slice of cheese. Which tasted like Easy Cheese. Did we enter a recession I didn’t know about? One slice? If they stacked more cheese on the sandwich… a FEW different types of cheeses, it actually could be a sandwich worth $ 6. Think about it, Panera. I gave you 3 stars because I usually enjoy the broccoli cheddar soup and various sandwiches. But as for the grilled cheese… I’d rather head to McDonald’s and pay $ 1 for a bun with cheese. Same difference.
