I walk in there looking like middle-​aged Asian Harry Potter, and I walk out of there looking like Asian Brad Pitt. I had Carly and Cassie cut my hair, and have been very happy with the results. The place is clean, and the services are affordable for what they are. Next time I’m going to ask them if they can turn me into Asian Matt Damon…

Panache has lost some of its good stylists recently and done little to inform clients or ensure that they’re happy with someone new. Sadly we’ve left and gone elsewhere after years of really liking Panache.

Every time I visit I schedule an apointment with Channel, my stylist. Channel never stops amazing me with her talent and patience with my hair. I alway want crazy and funky colors and she always is willing to give me EXSACTLY what I want, with out damaging my hair. Sometimes the process will take hours and she never stops being precise, and consistent and gets the job done!!! She loves what she does and u can tell by the end product of my hair. She treats my hair as a piece of art.

Chanelle is the best thing that’s ever happened to my hair. I literally get so excited to go see her I talk about my hair appointment for days before. Not only do I walk out the door with amazing hair but she teaches me a million tricks to take care of my hair at home. I have gone to Chanelle with seriously butchered hair and she completely transformed it. She’s so much fun and blows me away every time. I will never go anywhere else. HAIR GODDESS!

A relaxing space in a beautiful place. I love coming to this salon to get my hair done.
Chanelle is my go to girl for my straight, dark, Asian hair. I love how she can achieve the right color and the cut I desire.
The salon itself is always clean and has such friendly staff. Their backbar is extremely well stocked so you know they will provide you the right products to maintain their masterpieces.

I saw SABRINA probably three times altogether. Every time, the day before the appointment someone would call to confirm. Of course I will be there — I organized my whole work schedule to be able to make my appointment! Unfortunately, this is not the way Sabrina feels about her responsibility to her customers. An hour before my second appointment with her, I got a phone call informing me that they had «a scheduling challenge» (nice terminology!) and instead of my scheduled time I had to come earlier (i.e. in about 30 minutes). I explained that I couldn’t drop everything and leave my office right away, and would appreciate it if I was seen at the scheduled time. Reluctantly, Sabrina agreed to see me when she was supposed to.
Unfortunately, with Sabrina, history repeats itself. I was supposed to be her last appointment today, Saturday, May 2^nd, at 11:30 am. I postponed my trip to LA in order to make that appointment. At 11:05 (!) I got a phone call informing me that Sabrina was running late and she would not be able to see me. I was completely shocked. Wouldn’t you? There was no emergency — she just chose to leave and proceed with her Saturday plans rather than staying and doing her job.
So today Sabrina (and this salon) lost two clients, not just one. My daughter said that she wouldn’t go back either. Sabrina didn’t do a good job with her color, twice and considering what happened to me today, giving her another chance just didn’t make sense.
I agree. UNPROFESSIONAL, FLAKY ATTITUDE AND BLATANT DISRESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER does not deserve another chance.

Chanelle is awesome! She’s very meticulous and detail oriented. I’ve always left with a smile on my face because of her perfectionist demeanor. I’ll never let anyone else touch my hair. Thank you Chanelle.

I’ve been going to panache the last 6 months and seeing Channel Simpson and having an amazing experience and walking out with absolutely beautiful hair!!! If you want gorgeous hair and to have it done with love and care I definitely recommend seeing channel. She does great color and cuts.

Being new in the area, I scoured Unilocal for a new stylist. I wanted a salon within walking distance of my home and a great stylist to end my search. I found it! It’s so hard to find a stylist who listens to my concerns and needs for my thick and long Asian hair and be able to deliver a cut that I love. Carly not only listened, she gave great suggestions and gave me a cut I absolutely love. I highly recommend Carly!

Michelle P. is the only one I will go to for highlights. I am a natural dark brown and she is the only one who can turn me into a blonde, without it looking orange. I receive a ton of compliments on my hair all the time. She’s very friendly and does an EXCELLENT job. I always leave very pleased!!!

Horrible service and attitude
Made an appointment for my daughter’s big dance (for a cut and color) and the shop canceled the morning of the event and would not offer to assist with other arrangements/​alternatives stating there was nothing they could do.
Stay AWAY far AWAY

I love Panache and I have been coming here for years! Several other members of my family also come regularly and love Panache as well. I have always seen Gina M, who is absolutely fantastic and truly an artist. I can’t recommend her and Panache more highly to anyone (man or woman) who’s looking for a great way to have their hair cut and styled. I’ve never had a bad haircut there and whether I’m just doing the same thing as last time or trying something entirely new, I have always been extremely satisfied with the results (and I always get great compliments from my friends). In addition to the service, the ambience is excellent, the service very friendly, and they have coffee, water & wine available as well for their clients. I highly recommend Panache and Gina M. for a truly wonderful experience!

I was giving a client a facial one day and told her I was in love with her blonde hair. She said, «Well… you have to see GINA B she is the only one in town who knows how to do perfect blonde highlights. I promptly called. I am the pickiest client anyone could ever have. I expect perfection from beauty experts that are operating on your person. Gina B listens implicitly and patiently to your wants, needs and desires. She is an extremely patient individual who takes time and goes the extra mile. A fellow perfectionist is what I would call Gina B. She makes sure that down to the last micron each thing is done well. No hot roots, no bleeding and no crooked haircuts. I really believe she should be educating people in classes because she is yes, that good. She had studied with Tigi in New York taking expert cutting classes. She is clearly a master of her craft and has a heart of gold. Each experience is handled with Grace and love. Her fellow stylist and team mate Chanelle give the most outstanding head massage and is so very kind and classy. You very much feel pampered and treated well at this salon. I thank you both with every bone in my body for working so hard to tame my hair! Love these girls!

My hair stylist was Gina B. She is absolutely amazing and definitely takes the time to get to know you. Gina listens to your vision and works with you to give you a great cut and look. She’s also easy going, fun to chat with, and is just a very nice person. My hair was dry and damaged by a stylist at another salon (I had to let it grow out) and Gina fixed it right up. It finally looks healthy and bouncy again. The ladies who answered the phone and charged me out were also kind and valued my time. The salon is clean, spacious, stocked with plenty of literature, and complimentary drinks. I had a great client experience and will be returning to Panache & Company in the future!

Carly was great! She spent a good 30 minutes carefully cutting my hair (I’m a guy). She was very receptive to what I wanted and made it look great. Can’t ask for more.

I just got my second cut by Carly Rizzo (end of summer damage removal) and she has done it again! She is a great stylist who LISTENS to her clients. She even taught me how to style my out-​growing bangs the way she styles them (PERFECT!) My cut is exactly what I envisioned and is super easy for this lazy hair gal to style.

Let me start out by saying, GINA B. is truly an artist!
I have been coming to Panache for over 4 years now and refuse to take my business elsewhere. The ambiance is great, magazines are up to date and refreshments are offered for optimal service. As an added bonus, parking is convenient and easy to find.
But let’s cut to the chase… the real reason I have been a customer for so long is because of Gina B. She is warm, professional, and talented at what she does. She turns your vision into a reality while exceeding expectations. Most of us can admit it’s difficult to find a stylist with the whole package, but look no further ladies and gentleman, she is the real deal. Before coming to her my hair was dry, brittle and patchy from horrible highlights. In no time she got my ugly looking hair to the healthiest, shiniest, best looking it’s ever been.
Come see Gina B. and you will not be disappointed!

I started coming to Panache when my stylist (Michelle) moved here to become a junior stylist. I cannot rave enough about this salon. It is well decorated, has a great vibe, very friendly staff and lots of windows to let in natural light. Since Michelle has moved here the owner Karen has taken the time to teach Michelle AMAZING things. My hair has never looked better! I am always greeted with smiles! And I always leave happy! All the stylists are awesome here, I’m just fond of mine! :)

I had the best experience at the salon because of Giti. Giti Is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She knew exactly what I wanted and did it perfectly. I will never go to anyone else. The thing that I loved the best about Giti was that she took her time with me and found out exactly what I wanted with the consultation appointment. She is super flexible! She was truly a professional and that’s what I will always take with me. It’s been at least two months since my haircut but I still look fab and get so many compliments on my hair, I feel like a million bucks!!! Thank you Giti!

Panache is a very nice salon. My experience the entire time has been with Sabrina. She is a great colorist and stylist! Not only is she talented at her job, she listens to what you want and is a very sweet person. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my color and highlights. Also, the ladies at the front desk (especially Kalani) are so polite and helpful when scheduling.
Oh, and they do kids cuts too! Jackie was so patient with my daughter and gave her a fantastic hair cut.
