New York Buffalo Wings & Ribs

Ok so we got a little bit of almost everything. The ribs were fantastic. Fell off the bone. Baked beans… I’ve never had baked beans where they put carots in it. It was just ok. Garlic parmesean wings were good. Breadsticks were just ok as well. Kinda hard. The chick behind the counter could learn to be more pleasant. Enough people here have complained about her. Maybe the owner should read these reviews. A guy walked out to our table and gave us our food. He was pleasant and knew customer service. Not sure if I’ll eat here again. Maybe if I just wanted ribs I’d go but I have kids who are picky and they won’t eat ribs

I love chicken wings and ribs. I happen to walk in today and tried this place. My friend says they have the best wings and I doubt it. So I tried and I’m so loving it. I will sure to come back again.

It’s says on here open til 11 but I just walked in at 10:03 and the dude said they’re closed … kinda upset

If you live to far way from a wings and things then this is the place to go. The best thing to get at New York Buffalo Wings and Ribs is their Chipotle Fries. I definitely would not recommend getting any breadsticks from here. The times that I have bought a meal that comes with breadsticks they are always hard and dry. They have no flavor at all. One thing that I do like at this place is their costumer service. The girls that work here are very nice and helpful.

Usually this place is great. But last night my wings order looked like there were soggy and burnt. Wich is very wierd because they even looked microwaved. I hope this spot gets back on track I was very disappointed. Even the fries were bad. Terrible experience this time around.

Me, my wife and 2 kids love chicken. We love buffalo fries, wings and breadsticks. We usually go to the one down south. Cant go wrong? I beg to differ. We hate this place due to their customer service. Especially the girl up front. THE GIRL UPFRONT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IS VERY RUDE. I asked if she can break a 100 $ bill, if you can’t, you can’t. It’s totally fine, you can just say no, and I’ll be on my way. But instead I get a damn face making me have to ask again. my wife was wondering what was going on as well because she saw the face this upfront girl made. We then waited 13 minutes for a large buffalo fries and 6 breadsticks. Portions here compared to down south is very noticeable. Large here looks like a medium on the rim of small compared to the south shop. So we left and I had to come back due to no ranch. Asked the damn rude upfront chick if I can have ranch because there was none that came with my order. Down south they ask if we want ranch or the other one, was it bleu cheese? I forgot but the girl replied with yet another rude face saying «uhhh, doesn’t come with it because it doesn’t go with it» with an attitude. Wtf, seriously fire this chick, am I the only one that sees this shet? I just replied with «shop down south gives it but thanks.» I was not rude nor did I raise my tone to this person even though i should have. I have a wife who has worked customer service for a very long time and even if she is pissed with customers she still greets with a pleasant face and gets them on their way. Unlike this girl who fails at doing so. If I could give a negative score, I would. they also dont have a manager there at all times. We called after our snack and manager was gone for the day, a bit before sunset. I’ll rather drive down south then go to this place which is 5 minutes away. no, I dont want a free meal or should I say, SNACK.

The wings are really good! The meal price is reasonable; 5 wings + fries + drinks for $ 7.55 that is a deal if you ask me.

First of all the customer service sucks!!! It takes 20 minutes for five wings, and they still come out cold. They need a new cook because the wings were horrible.

My cousin took me to eat this for the first time and I never heard of it or eaten it before. And the Buffalo fries are great. I like how we get to pick how spicy we can have it

Don’t get me wrong the food is pretty good here but the service is absolutely HORRIBLE! I understand there’s a little bit of a wait when you order upon arrival but I called in my order at 5:08 and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It’s 5:53 and my food is still not ready. Apparently when you call in for your order, it isn’t placed until your arrive a pay… so what it the purpose of calling ahead if my food isn’t ready by the time I arrive??? Not only that, the breadsticks were very dry. Just for that this place only gets 1 star out of me.

We ordered here for the first time last night and it was great! Their chicken is so juicy and has so much flavor! And the chipolte fries are pretty spectacular!

Came here for the 1^st time tonight, decided to give it a try. The place was empty when we arrived, the girl behind the counter was really nice and polite told us to take our time reading the menu. We ordered the buffalo fries, as we sat waiting for our order the place all of a sudden was bombarded with customers, so our order took a lil more time, the girl was polite enough to bring it to our table. Will definitely come back!

I decided to give this place another go! They are actually better this time. We actually ate in this time. They lady up front said they cook by the order. As I was ordering which I ordered two of the buffalo fries for me and my girlfriend I saw then drop the fries in the grease to be freshly made! Hopefully it stays this way because I love this place!

Very good and very quick service and food was warm and came out as advertised. Very clean and organized inside.

Like buffalo strips, cheese and fries? Well look no further because this place got it all in one bite. They have this glorious item called buffalo fries that is a mixture of buffalo sauce of your choice, french fries, cheese and buffalo strip pieces.
Although the buffalo fries has been their selling point for me everything else im not too fond of. Their breadsticks are wide pieces of garlic bread which would have been good if it wasn’t so dry. Made me drink water after eating a piece of it. Their mac n cheese was just a generic mighthavebeenfromabox type of mac n cheese. In addition I ordered their half a rack ribs. The bbq sauce was sickeningly sweet. I love sweet but not dessert sweet on my meat. Couldn’t really finish the ribs since the flavor was just too overwhelming.
Staff is friendly but busy since only one cashier and on busy hours she had to multi task so there can be a wait.
Parking is no hassle. Ive always been able to park upfront.
So really i will be coming back here for the wings or buffalo fries. If i need bbq ribs i can get it somewhere else.

My hubby checked out their menu online and called to place a take-​out order. When he arrived he noticed the menu included other items that the employee failed to mention over the phone. He asked her about it and she was still clueless. The buffalo strips were dry and very mild in flavor, the BBQ strips were ok but it was a small portion, the Mac & cheese had no flavor whatsoever, and all the food was cold. The only thing that was warm were the breadsticks. The breadsticks looked good but lacked flavor & were dry. I was so disappointed in the food that I didn’t bother to try the ribs. My husband said they were ok. Next time, I’m craving strips I will pass on this location & go to Wings n Things instead.

I got the order to go! I have to say that this store was so much better then LaMesa restaurant

I always come here for their bbq chipotle fries when im at work, and take my meal to go. The food is really good and the bbq fries are delicious. It is a hearty portion so it keeps me full. Tonight i came in to dine in with my family, the food was still good and besides mixing up our order about 3 times the girl working there flat out blamed us for that. «This is your fault not my fault, that was for someone else». I was shocked. I understand she was the only girl taking the orders and serving but that was VERY rude, you never speak to customers like that. I would give them one star but the food is actually good.
I recommend to get the buffalo chipotle fries and zucchini sticks!

This is my second time visiting this location but never had food from New York Buffalo Wings and Ribs. First time I got the wings and tenders and they were good. Not the best but they were surprisingly good. Loved the sauces. Carrots and celery were basic but what can you expect. The bread sticks aren’t very good though.
Second visit I got the Chipotle Buffalo Fries and man it’s super bomb. Make sure you get an extra chipotle sauce on the side. Not the actual chipotle flavor for the wings but the chipotle topping sauce. Sucks that the fries on the bottom aren’t sauced up so the extra sauce definitely makes a difference.
Overall the food is great. The location here is great but it is pretty ghetto. But it’s all good. I dig the food and that’s all that matters.

They just opened but I have to say they really did well. They were really busy and we did have to wait a while to get our food, but you gotta hand it to them it was their first week. The best part was that we had only ordered 10 wings and they had given is another 10 for having to wait for our breadsticks to bake. And to too things off our breadsticks were on point. So fluffy and the buttery garlic flavor was the best!
We also got the buffalo chipotle fries which was really good as well. Their blue cheese dressing is the best. CHUNKS of blue cheese in the dipping sauce for hot wings. Who can resist?!
We definitely will be going there again! I’m happy they finally opened up a wings place in the Southeast. It beats driving over to wings n things and wing stop in National City.
