This KFC literally always gets my order wrong and the food is always of the lowest quality. I’ve had plenty of chicken from KFC, from here and other stores but why is it impossible to get decent food/​service from this one? I’ll have simple requests such as no pickles or switching one side for another and the order takers give me an «okay» as a sign they heard me but they either forget (every single time) or just don’t actually pay attention to what I say when I order. I too work in customer service so I’m considerate of mistakes that may happen here and there but every time I come here it’s the same experience. My chicken is always dry. the mashed potatoes are skimpy portions and taste as if they’ve been sitting out and were reheated right before they were handed out. And when I ask for sauces, I’m given only a few for big orders.

Went here last night. Ordered the 16 pieces family meal though the drive through. Out of all things they forget is the f*****ng biscuits. This is twice already. No quality of work what so ever. This place sucks big time.

Came here last night, Iv been to this location a few times over the past few years. Usually decent service and friendly. They have only messed up my ordered once. Love the hot wings here. Its not so much the fact that they are hot, but more of the flavor. Its pretty comparable to other KFC’s. Yesterday my order came out fast and correct. No complaints here.

I ordered the 8 piece meal because I wanted the breasts and not just thighs and legs. So they give me one breast, 5 drumsticks, a wing and a thigh. I called the number to speak to the manager but they won’t answer. That’s the last time I buy anything from these mediocre wannabe’s!

I’m not a big fan of KFC but the ones I’ve been to before were decent, this one has the worst food ever! I ordered a kids meal with strips n I got one freaking strip inside that huge bucket! My ordered was completely messed up! Horrible service! Very dissatisfied!

I went here today to pick up at $ 5 Crunchwrap Supreme box to try to win that PS4, haha. I was annoyed because right when my boyfriend and I walked into the restaurant and started looking at the menu I noticed that one employee (some Asian dude) looked at us and quietly told something to another employee and they both looked at us laughing. I thought that was extremely rude. Also, we asked if we can get the supreme burrito or whatever replaced with a regular taco and the cashier was like «oh well the boxes are already set» or something like that, which doesn’t make any sense to me because wouldn’t it be cheaper to replace the burrito with a taco?! Or why does is it so SET? Horrible service. That burrito sucked btw. I love the Crunchwrap supremes though, although this one fell apart pretty easily. I love the Doritos Tacos Locos! I should have just ordered that.

I meaaaaaan it is what it is. This is usually a last resort option for me, when all the surrounding place I like have closed, but nonetheless, its KFC so the expectation is never really «high»
Was having one of those late nights the other day and stopped in here. Chicken strips… which are usually tasty were dry and cold. The wedges redeemed the experience but you can practically feel the heart burn as your munching away.
Avoid it when you can.

I picked up some tasty chicken strips here as part of their $ 5 dollar meal deal. I had my meal with mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and a diet pepsi. (

The chicken strips were very good; perfectly crispy on the outside and a very good amount tender white chicken. (
I had them with the BBQ sauce and the combo of both, put a smile on my face.
The biscuit was very good as usual; moist and buttery. The mashed potatoes were descent. I mean I like them, but they are certainly not homemade. I imagine, if a computer would make mashed potatoes, they would taste like these. Don’t get me wrong, I ate them.
The service was good. The place was a little in need of a cleaning after a busy day.

This is the closest kfc/​taco bell to me…
the people i think are understaffed.
So many of the problems stem from management, not hectic looking staff members.
The lobby is usually messy, but messy people visit it, and i think its hard to keep up. There was a foul smell around the drive in menu. When i complained they said that the guy was gonna fix it after the holidays… that was like november. They finally fixed that sewer problem in january or feb.
They are always out of something. Always!
I usually have to wait when i order chicken… which is sad being a KFC.
When i order strips, i like ranch, and i like KFC hot sausce on the hot wings, my wife likes honey mustard, my nephews like bbq…
and they are always out of something.
