Luv Surf Shop

I love the clothes here and I like that it’s dog friendly… Decent prices and it’s a cute location… however I’ve gone there twice where it’s not open and nobody answers the phone?! today I go into the shop and I asked the girl where can I park as I think it’s ridiculous that they have their branded jeep parked in one of the spots I feel as though that’s not appropriate and they should have that offsite to advertise elsewhere instead of in front of the store… I feel like that’s an obvious thing to do but apparently it’s rocket science?! The clerk said she’s not responsible for the lot other than the three spaces. Their company jeep takes up one of the spots (so stupid) The cashier tells me that one of those cars is hers and then the third car that’s there –she doesn’t know who’s it is because there’s no one in the store… so basically someone’s using their spot that’s not even in the store which is the whole point of having three spots. Not a single customer in they’re all filled?! What. a. Joke. This is a business correct that needs to generate money? Or am I missing something? I’m kind of curious as to why they would not leave all of the parking for customers… how else will you make your money… Um…from your employee or from your jeep that’s labeled with the same label that’s on the front of the building (maybe park that jeep somewhere else and tell your staff to find alternative parking she was so dumbfounded by me asking where should I park and was quite rude) so I don’t think I’ll be shopping there for a while… Till they smarten up. No «sorry», no «oh my gosh I don’t know who that third car is?» nothing like that just… Unapologetic & rude. She looked at me as if I was crazy for thinking that parking should be for customers. She has no idea how to use manners. It seemed obvious to me that you would leave the parking spaces for customers, and be a little more polite and understanding to your customers.
Cute clothes I like the idea… but poor staff and inconvenient, and they close when they want so you can drive all the way over there they just might not be open and they won’t answer the phone. Crap shoot.

The cutest boutique! I could have bought everything in there! From tanks & shorts to maxis & jewelry. I picked up some winter gear (since I live in CO), I got a sweater (50% off) l, a long sleeve cover up & my BFF a «West Coast Best Coast» tank.
I wish they were open this morning as I’m headed home! I would face grabbed some dresses & maybe a pair of flip flops.
Check it out! The employees are so sweet as well! They were doing inventory but all still stopped to have a conversation with me separately about Colorado. I would deff be back if I visit again!

Super cute boutique in Mission Beach. Found some cute tops for me and a bracelet for my daughter. Just read about them in local magazine how their own brand is taking off. Will stop there again on my next vacation to the area.

cute boutique. got my daughter a tank top & headband as souvenirs. good selection of clothes, jewelry & other accessories. love their original designs– feminine, understated & trendy. very surfer/​hippie vibe. a little on the pricey side (tank was $ 30), but great to support the local businesses.

This is a very cute boutique! It has a little be of everything: clothes, hats, jewelry and even puppy accessories! The store always SMELLS SOOO GOOD thanks to the wonderful perfume and candles they sell. The girls that work there are very sweet and always helpful. They usually have a deal going on that is posted on Facebook and Instagram and will give you a 20% off coupon for your next visit after making a purchase. I love Luv Surf!

I’ve shopped at Luv Surf a few times and I figured it was finally time to write a review!
Personally, I have started making a concerted effort to shop local. I passed this boutique numerous times before venturing in this summer.
They carry Sun Bum sunscreen products, which is a definite plus! They also have tanks, tees, candles, jewelry, and pet accessories. The sales associates are also very friendly and helpful.
They are always having shopping nights and themed parties, too! The free food while shopping and added discounts never hurt :)

I got a chance to experience Luv Surf Shop this weekend at their Summer Solstice Party. Really fun event in North Mission Beach at their store with live music, cocktails, cookies, and more. I even got a bouquet of sunflowers with my purchase to celebrate the solstice!
The clothes at Luv Surf are super cute, great surf inspired apparel. They have their own line of merchandise that they design here in San Diego. My favorites are their tanks and «trucker» hats! The other clothes were really nice too, maxi dresses and fun jewelry. Everything seemed like really good quality and not too expensive. Everyone at the shop was really friendly. I will definitely be going back!

It seems different now. Don’t know what changed bur Prices are more expensive and it seems more a place that caters to tourists instead of caring for the locals.

Love the store I wanted to buy one of everything. Great customer service !!! We went for our honeymoon and stayed at one of the beach houses, a must do when you go to mission beach…

This brand new surf/​dog lifestyle shop is such a welcome addition to the Mission Beach neighborhood! AND, everyone here is super down to earth, friendly, helpful, and loves the area.
THE CLOTHES — All female, very nice, stylish clothes for women to wear while they soak up all there is of San Diego and Mission Beach.
THE OTHER ITEMS — Sunglasses, watches (for both male and female), and some other nice looking female accessories. There is also some really nice things for the pooches!
THE PEOPLE — Awesome staff and good people here.
Definitely worth a stop during your stay or visit to MB!
