HG Sausageworks

First of all… I am not a fan of sausage, I can take it in small bites and not too much as it is fatty and full of grease. BUT… I tried this sausages and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them, they aren’t greasy and oily or tough and fatty. This sausage is amazing! I have tried the tomato & basil — a gourmet delight! The brats are so good too — I haven’t had a brat that good since I was in Germany in 2003! The chicken sausages are also very good. When it comes to food, I am a texture person and these melt in your mouth. My all time favorite is the bacon, cheddar & jalapeño sausage, this one is ever-​so-​addicting and bursting with flavor!
So, now… I am a sausage person. I can’t believe it. It just goes to show you when the time is taken into making something with good, fresh and pure ingredients, it really makes a difference in the taste and texture. Also I am on a protein diet and these sausages don’t make you feel like you are cheating at all. I slice one up and put it in my salad and don’t feel guilty at all! 5 Star — YUM award!

I just ate a delicious bacon, jalapeño, & cheddar sausage… and I’m not burping! It was delicious. Normally peppers and onions are just an add-​on, but the these toppings to my sausage were so sweet that I ate every single one that fell into my foil. I could tell the meat was fresh and was happy when Jered told me he had just made it last night. Order one!
