My mom loves loves loves the Tri tip nachos from here, but I decided to go with an pitaya bowl. BADCHOICE they literally took the bowl from the freezer and handed it to me. I had to wait to eat it until it thawed and was really disappointed that they weren’t made fresh. Especially for the high prices they charge! I paid 12 dollars for a large pitaya bowl and it was only filled about halfway! Very dissapointed and will not be eating there again.

Get the tri tip nachos! Hot sauce on the side! It is the best nachos you will have at the Park. For $ 12, it sure beats the«carne asada» nachos they sell at the stands. You get a good portion of that savory sweet tri tip, cheese, green onions, sour cream, and barbecue sauce on a bed of tortilla chips. I didn’t say it wouldn’t get messy. Don’t forget your fork and napkins!

Excellent Tri Tip. I was walking by & seen this Nacho creation. Tasted as good as it looked. I would prefer a better chips but still overall great.

Popular San Diego restaurants opened up in the SD Ballpark, what a great idea! I’m honored to be the second review of this location. I came here for the Cardiff Crack(The Tri-Tip) of course, and was shockingly not disappointed(I had low expectations at the baseball game). I got the sandwich and the nachos, both with the Tri-Tip on there. The Tri-Tip was cooked perfectly, was a great portion, and the bread was delicious. The sauce was on the sweet side, which is right up my alley. The server was kind enough to give me a bite of the meat before I made my decision, which really helped. For sides I picked the wedge fries and the Mac and Cheese. The nachos and the mac and cheese had the same cheesy sauce. Very thick and good, but surprisingly(to me) exceptionally spicy. I’m a heat wimp, so I couldn’t eat it at all but my friends who love spice said both were delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked, slightly crispy, and seasoned very well. The price was about 12each, and in line with other meal costs at the park. I’ll defiantly hit this place up again next time I’m there!
