Came in 20 minutes before they closed at 2:40 in the morning. Great customer service!

Sad to say, I worked at this location from 06′ to 12′ as a delivery driver and felt less than welcomed, upon my return as a customer. Ordered the $ 7.99 carry out special, 3 topping large on Mon-​Thur. Entered the store, at the approximate time that my order should be ready. However, with 4 people in the front (2 on the makeline, 1 on the cutting table and a delivery driver who was preparing to leave, absolutely nobody acknowledged my presence, although one girl on the makeline, made direct eye contact with me a couple of times, failed to say anything. Finally, after the 3^rd eye contact, she asked me if I had been helped, which I replied «no», then she went back to her usual business as before. Not clear, why it’s so difficult for people representing their company to speak up and make sure that customers are made to feel welcome. Do you hear that AUDREY (the GM)? This is a reflection on you and your training! Make it feel like it did, when I was one of your co-​workers!

Worst staff !!! Rude wont bring food when ready, pretends you arent there.
Do not go! Management get your shit together.

Disappointed to see my $ 20 pizza. Spinach and onion. Worst yet. I actually looked at the pizza tracker and it said someone was double checking it for quality when it came out of the oven. Ha, really? by the way this is not supposed to be half onion and spinach. Regrets… eh

You get what you pay for and this place pays up. Bomb pizza at a low price every time. Anyone bitching obviously doesn’t understand this is fucking dominos pizza. It’s not a high class 5 star pizzeria in New York this is fucking dominos. Kick rocks. love this place for what it is.

I’ve ordered several times from this location, online, over the phone and with the app. OMG, I love the app. Just sayin.
Food is always hot and fresh here whether I’m ordering for pick up or delivery.
Today I ordered three 2 top med pizzas for pick up at a later time (after I got off work) and I got there just as my food was leaving the oven. How’s THAT for perfect timing? Great job Domino’s!

This Dominos truly is the stud muffin of all Dominos. I’m actually surprised they don’t know me by name at this point. I fully realize pizza and wings is «bad» for you if you eat it excessively but YOLO. Lol jk. Well kind of. Anyway — all jokes aside, here’s the real deal: My order has never been incorrect, the people have always been super friendly, delivery has always been extremely timely and the food has always been top quality. I love these guys so much — particularly this location. If it wasn’t for them I would have starved to death the multiple times I was hungover, lazy, exhausted, etc. Dominos on El Cajon Blvd — you will most likely cater to my wedding and you are all invited to my next shindig. I ordered 5 items, specifically saying that ALL must be without olives. The order arrived on time, but there were olives! ALL over! Of course, it is not too hard to pick off the olives, but when I specify NO OLIVES, why do I get olives? Even worse, when I called to complain (nicely), the manager told me «well, we get it right most of the time»! I am glad that I tipped the delivery driver (definitely not his fault), but that manager needs to learn something about customer service!!!

I asked if they had basil and the guy on the phone didn’t even know what it was!!! Dude are you serious!!! How stupid can you be he even asked someone else and they said I don’t know what that is!!! If you are selling pizza then yes basil should be an important herb!!!

I love great pizza, and I also like low end stuff, but what the heck! I used to live by this location and would frequent it often. Delivery would come in 10 minutes! Perfect for the lazy soul that wants a hot pie delivered to the doorstep.
Out of the blue after being a long time customer, linked through my phone number I believe, I was blacklisted from using any form of credit/​debit cards and had to use cash ONLY. Money was never an issue. Carryout or delivery. Even the website denies my CC.
With that being said, other Domino’s accept any form of payment I want to use.
But here’s the kicker– Today, this particular day after a long stretch of eating much nicer pizza from the various shops that have sprung up in North Park, I decided to give this Domino’s another go. Granted I have a new address and new debit/​CC, I was still denied. The topper is that after three calls, lame excuses, and almost 2 hours later I finally received my lukewarm pizza, incorrect items, and a bad feeling about even eating a potentially «f’d with» meal.
My family has ordered from this shop my whole life so I’m not saying not to order from here, but be prepared for shitty customer service on all levels…

Horrible. We ordered for delivery and the pizza was not cooked all the way through. When my husband called to complain they were just like sorry well credit you 10 bucks. We paid 30 for wings and pizza. I’m very upset that they would serve raw food and not refund the whole pizza.

Awful customer service but great pizzas. If you go to this location expect not so nice guest service.

Domino’s made the end to my Saturday night absolutely delightful. Perhaps the ridiculous amount of excitement I had about Domino’s had something to do with the fact that it had been more than 20 years since I’d consumed one of their pizzas. And you know what? It’s still pretty damn good after all these years.
In addition to a large specialty pizza, we added an order of Stuffed Cheesy Bread and Buffalo Chicken Bites to guarantee a delicious, first class artery clogging, all for $ 30 and change. Even more impressive was the fact that the fare arrived at the doorstep in less than 15 minutes after the online order was executed.
I did force myself to run 6 miles in the pouring down rain the following morning to quell some of the guilt, but it was worth it.
I’m an unabashed Domino’s fan.

When looking for a pizza really fast late night look no further than this Domino’s. Their phone app is pretty phenomenal and is very easy to order any kind of special pizza you can think of. The app also tells you what part of the cooking process your pizza is currently going through. I have ordered two medium pizzas from this location multiple times and they were hot and ready within 10 minutes of me pressing the submit button. The location and customer service in the store is a little rough around the edges, but I’m usually ordering these after 12pm so I’m not looking for gourmet service. This place is fast, efficient, and the pizza is very consistent.

Delivery order was not correct. When I tried talking to a manager and was told they were too busy to discuss it with me. Not a great customer experience.

Pizza was uncooked, call to let them know and manager was unprofessional and told me that Thais how the pizza is supposed to be uncooked!

Pizza never came. we ordered a pizza last night and after 2 hours I called to see what happened. After bring switched to 3 different «managers» they told me it was lost and another was on the way. Another hour passed and still no pizza. «Sorry we are really busy » really? So both orders were lost? They gave me a 25.00 credit for next time but I think I will have a back up plan.

Their online ordering system ends with a pretty phenomenal narrated animation of a pizza-​maker named Pete taking you through the steps of your ordering process. The graphic is even customizable with entirely different themes. The «romance novel» theme is surprisingly hilarious.
We used an online coupon for 2 large pizzas for $ 18.99. We ordered one thin crust and one Brooklyn style — high-​5 for the pro tip from fellow Unilocaler, Diego from Los Angles, for giving us the heads up about his post-​consumption doughy bloating.
The pizza arrived in about 20min, and the delivery guy was a no-nonsense-here’s-your-pizza-have-a-good-night kinda guy.
I love Domino’s because the pizza sauce is flavorful, the pizza is not drenched in oil, and the crust wreaks of buttery goodness. It’s far superior than some of the Italian restaurants I’ve tried in the area. Highly recommend these guys for fast affordable delicious pizza!

Is it true that pizza is kinda like sex because even though it’s bad, it’s still pretty good? I’m not sure since I haven’t had much pizza lately.
I ain’t even mad that the delivery order was incorrect because Domino’s went above and beyond to make things right (not like the fiasco at Holiday Inn in Killeen — yes, I’m still salty about not hearing back and waiting for my refund). I had to double check my online order and the labels on the pizza boxes to make sure I ordered correctly.
I believe Audrey was her name, and she was aware of why I called. No silly questions asked or jumping through hoops to get it fixed. She apologized for their mistake and said they would remake and deliver the goods ASAP.
Knock knock. It’s the same delivery driver right on time. We laughed about it. Now I have more snacks to go with my random assortment of fridge beers.
