Denny’s

Took 15 min to seat then 15 min for menu’s and 30 min for food. Terrible service and biased against us because we are teenagers

We went today for the Brunch.
Food was decent, not great nor bad.

Be prepared to wait, but food is good. Florentine served us, he was good and attentive.

I’ve been to many a Dennys and this is the first time my order was made correctly and I didn’t even have to ask for anything after the food came. The waiter paid attention and was very attentive but not to the point where it was annoying. My grits were made perfectly. Eggs and hah browns were on point! Toast, well it could’ve been toasted a little more but no big thing. Most importantly. it’s clean and free of nasty sticky menus.

The waitress named La La I believe was unbelievably rude. She literally told my friend and I that we needed to pay and leave even though diner was pretty much empty. She was overly fake enthusiastic and I won’t be coming back. Shitty food, rude staff.

This is going to sound weird but Denny’s had really gotten good. Today u had the pot roast melt and it was the bomb. Last time I was here I had the double cheeseburger and it was thick and juicy just like a home made burger. If you haven’t tried Denny’s in a while I recommend you go back. They are really putting out quality food.

Awesome spot to hangout with friends after church. Food is good mostly, Mercedes is the best!!! She is super friendly and funny. Totally love her.

Arrived at 11:50 and was told 10 – 15 mins which is understandable for a sunday. After many others being seated (at approx) 30 mins in we were apologized to, as I looked down at the seating sheet I saw that all the names before and after ours had been seated… grrr when we were apologized to. Thinking some of the parties we two or so customers but others with parties the same as ours (5 of us)
After another 10 mins our name was called, manager seated us, completely ignorant, and not even an apology. Wow won’t come back here.

Lala has been our server on multiple occasions and she’s always so sweet. Very rarely do you encounter a server that quick & kind. She always had a smile.

This was a great experience this morning! Very clean and the service was spectacular! Our waiter was very nice and very helpful and the manager was pleasant as well! The food was great!!! Very good Denny’s!

The meals here are mediocre at best. Everything always comes out hot and the best part of them is that it is very cheap. I also like them because of how they are open ²⁴⁄₇. It’s a great place to meet up with your friends. Also who doesn’t love breakfast at all hours of the day?

I have not eaten at Denny’s for years. This was a pleasant surprise. I had the Fit Slam which is an egg white scramble with spinach and tomato. It was tasty.
This Denny’s is clean, decorated well and well maintained. Our server Lisa was attentive and a welcome addition to our morning

Best place to take your family to dinner. Great customer service and the food has always been great. Very kid friendly and they understand that you may want those gold fish out first while you wait for the rest of the food. It’s our go to place for family brunches/​dinners.

Nice place to take the kids and not have to worry about much. Kids eat free every day, which is great when you have 4! The waitress was the nicest woman ever who understood what have an infant, a toddler and twins was like. She put us and the kids at ease. We were seated right away and ordered quickly. They have a claw game with Disney stuffed animals that always seems to distract the kids for a bit. Great place.

This is a nice Denny’s, very clean. Service was super friendly, though they could’ve refilled the coffee more without prompting. My broccoli cheddar soup was too salty, couldn’t finish it. I think they oughta taste first before serving to customers.
My BF ordered the typical breakfast but with peanut butter cup pancakes. Just peanut butter n fudge drizzled atop regular pancakes. Was good nonetheless.

15 minutes to get your order taken. 15 minutes to get your check. Now 15 more minutes Unilocaling this while waiting to pay for my check. Was supposed to be a quick dinner. Ended up being almost 2 hours. Waitress was nice. But very poor management and scheduling. Usually like dennys. Just not this one on a sunday night.

In general, I think Denny’s is pretty decent for breakfast, but I’ve now tried this one twice after church and it’s just really been bad. The first time I tried one of their skillets and everything was overcooked and unimpressive. So, since my kids kept bugging me to go back, I decided to go with my old staple of the All-​American Grand Slam. What could go wrong?
Shouldn’t have asked. Toast came out cold. Bacon came out limp (both my son and I sent ours back and they tossed it into the microwave and crisped it up, instead of properly grilling it). The worst part was, about ¹⁄₃ of the way through my scrambled eggs, I came upon a big, white gooey mess right in the middle. Not only had they not bothered to actually ‘scramble’ my ‘scrambled’ eggs, they also didn’t bother to cook them either. It was, to put it mildly, disgusting.
I called the manager over and he began to «explain» and I stopped him and said «please don’t make any excuses for this…». He said he wasn’t. And then started making excuses; «we switched over from pre-​mixed liquid eggs to real eggs» (I guess their chefs never learned how to scramble real eggs in their version of Hell’s Kitchen), «some people like their bacon a little less-​cooked» (ok, I understand that, but how many of them like their bacon, literally, raw?).
Really very disappointing. Convenient for us because it’s close to the house and church, it could have been perfect, but we’ll drive further to get our food cooked, thank you.
In fairness, my daughter really liked her grilled cheese sandwich.

La comida es muy buena, las hamburguesas son enormes y muy buenas, las ensaladas las recomiendo, lo único malo es que es muy concurrido y por tal motivo en ocasiones tardan en atender te, fuera de eso que es comprensible debido a la calidad de la atención y la buena comida.

This is a ghost Denny’s. Not a lot of people here. Love the breakfast. Good ice tea as well.

I really don’t like this place, but someone in my group always wants to come here for some reason (probably because nothing else is open at the hour).
Some food on the menu is OK and not expensive. As a general rule the, items over 10 bucks are generally the better ones.
The sausage they serve with their value combos are the worst I’ve ever had. I like to cut them in small slices and decorate the plate, making eyes, a nose, etc. before the waitress takes the plate away. So, it has, at least, some dining entertainment value I guess, and all is not lost. The quality of the hash browns depends on who made them. If inedible, they can be used as hair for the sausage slices face. The bacon strip often makes a good mouth. See, I can have fun with my food and get away with it :)

Worse experience I’ve had in a while
Server Alex did not greet the table or took drink order came by 15 min later and said «ready «didn’t notice he didn’t even take drink order yet then still took another 10 min for drinks to arrive. When he took the order he was very rude. didn’t answer any of the questions we had just looked at us .
He snatched the Menus. Experience ruined my day in San Diego I also work in a restaurant and am understanding when it’s busy but this was ridiculous! 10−5−14

Never really been a huge fan of Dennys, although I have to say I have used them many times, at night, hungry and with nothing in the fridge. Mcdonals are not always open 24 hours, and there is always a Dennys calling your name in these lonely nights. So here we are, my friend and I, trying to find a place to eat after 10 at night… the only one close by was this Dennys.
Oh surprise, everything seems changed, much more space, or space has been arranged differently (haven’t been in this RB location for years). Service was great. We had this very tall server to whom we asked if he was Finnish, as we know so many folks from Finland and he looked so much like them! He was extremely nice, polite and fast. We got our Pacifico beers and a huge, but really huge chicken quesadilla.
I am glad we decided to share, as it was so big for only one person, plus the fries, that were not very tasty and missed salt, but were abundant and not oily. The restaurant was full of ‘normal’ people, not some shady ones I have seen in the past. I will go back again in one of those craving nights with nothing in the fridge.
