This is my usual laundromat and I like coming here. It’s convenient, very clean, and I never have any issues with any of the machines(washers or change machine). The only reason I’m giving them a 3-star rating is that the bathroom is never open. Honestly on a Saturday or any day of the week honestly you should have a restroom open for your paying customers if you don’t want them to leave their clothes unattended. The parking here is very tricky on the weekends so I don’t have time to run(drive) home to use the facilities and come back here. I wouldn’t leave my clothes either way. I expect there to be open restrooms. I might have to change laundromats because of this.

The change machine just registered my $ 5 bill as a $ 1 bill. Is there any way to get my money back? I don’t see a phone number anywhere or anyone in charge.

Lady that takes care of the place always has a crappy attitude and mumbles things to you when she walks by you. The place is clean and well taken care off. Lady needs to be placed on check.

Came on a Monday at noon. Clean and 2 other people washing. No option of being able to change the TV channel and you can’t hear the back TV unless you stand underneath it. Small parking lot for 7 businesses.

Horrible customer service. Will never come back here again. Workers are rude and majority of the dryers won’t work properly.

Extremely clean and fairly reasonably priced as far as laundromats in the area go. Extremely limited parking if you are driving.

I’ve been turned away hours before closing time. It says on the the door«last wash 11pm» closed at 1am(or maybe 2am) ” .and the lady who works there, and older mexican lady, wants me to leave at 10pm. She doesn’t speak English so instead stands there passive aggressively staring me down until I leave. False advertising.

This place has a lot of sketchy looking people around it. But then again, don’t most laundromat places? Eh. It’s alright. It gets the job done. On occasion I’ve gotten a dryer machine that didn’t work, but then again I’ve come at other times and have gotten a few minutes left that someone else paid for but didn’t use fully so I call it even. The regular machines are $ 1.75 per wash and they work fine to get your delicates nice and clean. The triple washers are $ 2.50 per wash and honestly don’t seem to do that much better of a job … invest in spot and stain cleaner! Dryer machines are either 7 mins/25c or 10 mins/25c, I’ve gotten both? Maybe the latter was a machine glitch. Oh, and I think I should dock off a star for it being located next to Olympic café, a Chinese fast food place, a pizza parlor, AND a donut shop but I don’t think thats a legitimate reasons, but if I could …

The machines are of course short about a handful of dryers that don’t work and after tonight I’m never coming back. My boyfriend and I have witnessed the women here turn away handfuls of people«around«closing time. I use this word loosely because it can be anywhere from 5 – 20 min before posted closing time that they shoo people away. They’ve used any excuse from the size of someone’s laundry to the notion that the closing time indicates that you’re clothes are supposed to be at a certain stage in washing by that time. We picked this establishment by the hours because it’s most convenient for us at night. Tonight my boyfriend was turned away HALFANHOUR before closing. It’s so ridiculous. Go right when they open or find a reputable business that wants your business.

If you go to this place, you will find machines that work. But what you won’t find is a sign on the change machine saying that you’re going to get short-changed by two quarters if you change a $ 20 bill. Was it a mistake? No, both of their change machines did it to me, and have done it on several occasions over a period of about a year and a half. I have even complained to an employee who happened to be there. I occasionally test it just for my own curiosity. EVERYSINGLETIME I PUT A 20INEITHEROFTHEIRCHANGEMACHINES, ITSHORTSMETWOQUARTERS…
