Juan Carlos Hernandez – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been working with Carlos for a few years now and this guy always delivers! I have multiple policies with him (auto, home, business, umbrella, and rental properties) and for each one he’s given me very competitive pricing. If you’ve ever stayed at a W Hotel, I’m sure you’ve experienced «Whatever, Whenever» service and that what Carlos brings. He is very responsive and even if I message him late at night, this guy responds! I’m very fortunate to have found Carlos and in my business network!

I have insured with Juan’s office for over one year. It has been nothing but a pleasurable experience. I have called for assistance 2 times after an accident had occurred and they virtually guided me through the whole process. I called to make sure the owner of the Agency was present, he invited me in for an evaluation of my current policies and offered me options of different services available to me. I feel that I now have the proper coverage in place to properly protect my family. Thanks Juan & his personal assistant Peter! You guys are great.

I have been with State Farm for 12 years and Juan is the worst agent I have ever encountered by a significant margin. After my previous agent left, I was automatically assigned to him and my experience went downhill from here. When I made updates to my account it would take weeks for the updates to take effect. More recently, when I purchased a new car his team did not make the change and 2 months later I received a notice from the DMV that I was uninsured. When I reached out, they finally made the change and then proceeded to charge me what I thought was the difference between my vehicles. Little did I know that they would give me another bill 6 weeks later for double the first bill. When I asked for clarification, the office staff could not provide clarification. Basically the answer became «we just want more money». When I called to cancel my policy with Juan he didn’t bother to apologize for his horrendous service nor did he offer an explanation of the extra charges. I’ll wipe my hands of his dirty business and mismanagement of my policy.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this agent and State Farm in general. (Coming from a horrible previous experience.) I would definitely recommend this agent to anyone. They are bit on the pricier side, but what I get is worth it. My previous service charged me just as much and the agent and the insurance was such a stressful experience. I am lucky I found this place.
