I really cannot stand this place they always take forever !!! Their coffee isn’t good I just come here because there is no other choices in the area

The listed menu of items is certainly more broad than Starbucks (if you discount their open-​secret menu of past or creative drinks), and the prices are much more affordable than Starbucks. However I guess I just have come to expect things to taste a certain way, for example their hot chocolate is a little watery as is the chai latte. The service is friendly and prompt, and the bakery items are recommended if you’re in the mood for sweets. I also really enjoy the outdoor patio seating — this is one of the best features of the store.

I have been going to this place for years and I don’t really know how to explain it but they have the best espresso of any coffee shop I’ve been to. I understand the establishment is kosher and I’m not sure if that has anything to do with the espresso LOL but it far exceed Starbucks another copy shops that I have visited. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating to any special request. Prices are excellent and wait time is always reasonable even though the establishment is continually busy. It has a really nice patio that you can sit out on that is very large to get sun or study or just relax. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in San Diego and I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for high-​quality espresso and service.

I love the selection of teas and different coffees. A much wider variety than Starbucks and I don’t have to suffer through the dark roast!

This location is conveniently located inside Ralph’s in Mission Valley. It’s much smaller than the location by Target. While they have less food items, they offer the same drinks as the normal store.
The one downfall is that they only have one person working so if they are away from the desk, you have to ask a Ralph’s employee to page them.
The employees are super friendly though and usually have samples for you to try.
