Came in to get a tall coffee and cup of water. I drink starbucks almost dailey, and rarely get a glass of water.(I’m feeling a little sick today, and wanted to take my ibuprofen with water)… I find out I have to wait for my water??? Really?

It’s Starbucks… There really isn’t anything to complain or write home about. It’s just like every other one you’ve been too. I don’t drink coffee but I always enjoy their free waters :)

Bought few drinks after grocery shopping, the girl on the cash register treated us as if we were handicapped. As we were waiting for our drinks, she simply kept pointing her finger to the opposite end, as if we had hearing problems. We know where to pick up our drinks! Its not the first time we ordered Starbucks. Here’s a tip. Open your mouth, speak with friendly tone

Excellent Baristas Megan and Jen are so helpful and amazing service. The outdoor experience is as wonderful as indoor. Cheers to all Baristas!

I come here everyday before work. My favorite barista is Janel, she remembers everyone’s name and is super friendly. The other barista’s are ok. One of the guys never remembers anyone’s name and he never smiles(maybe he needs coffee) Giving four stars because of friendliness(6 of 10 staff are wonderful) I have no complaints with the way the coffee is made, they get it right everytime. It does get very busy from 8−9am so come before or after or you’ll have to wait in a very long line. Or just use mobile ordering ;)

Wow. I watched my friend get yelled at for no reason while ordering a drink. The rep was named Kris and from what I experienced she yells at everyone in the morning. I think maybe she doesn’t realize it, but it’s the worst way to start the day. I’m going to have to take a Starbucks break for a while.

I love coffee in the morning so when I come to Starbucks I expect great tasting coffee, they nail it every time. My normal order is grande white chocolate mocha with nonfat and they make it perfect without fail. The staff is very friendly and fasting in getting your order to you. Overall this is a great place for coffee and it’s very close to my school.

Especially grateful for Kris today who works early in the AM. My coffee today was the BEST yet! I’m not sure what was done differently today than usual, but whatever it was I hope it doesn’t change. Thank you Kris for starting my day off wonderfully! I appreciate you!!!

This Starbucks is typical from many around town, in that it’s very busy, the coffee is served very hot, and service is quick and friendly enough. I stopped in between shopping adventures for a rest and a snack. I ordered a Grande Americano and a multi-grain toasted bagel with butter. When the bagel first arrived, it was under toasted so I asked them to toast it some more. They actually made me a whole new one, given I tried to put some butter on it already. In the end, the second bagel was properly toasted so the butter melted readily and the bagel was warm and moist. The multi-grain bagel tasted quite good. The Americano was a little harsh so I settled it down with a little cream, which seem to help. For some reason, Americanos’ at Starbucks around town are always hit or miss. Service was friendly enough. I observed a shift change while I was there, and the new employees coming in for the afternoon appeared in higher spirits.

I have been going to Starbucks on a regular basis recently, but this was my first time at this particular location. Rather than overwhelming the cashier with information, I ordered a grande nonfat gingerbread latte and paused to allow him time to write that information down before adding«Could I get that with half the pumps?» Next I know, he’s rushing to pass the cup along to the next person, without asking for my name. I should have known that wasn’t enough time to write all of the information on the cup, but I didn’t question it. I apologized and added the part about«half the pumps.» This is when he finally asked for my name, so he could add that to the cup as well. I received my order and took a look at the cup when I got to my car. Not only did they leave off the«nonfat» instruction, but he also wrote«.5» pumps instead of half of the normal amount.(I’ve never worked at a Starbucks before, so I don’t know the standard number of pumps, which is why I word it the way that I do. From now on, I guess I’ll do my research and ask for a specific number.) I understand that they were busy; however, it would be nice if they would take enough time to adequately listen to the customer’s order. A normal grande latte is $ 3.75, does it really make sense that someone pay an extra $ 1.20 for half of a pump of syrup? Let me tell you, it’s not enough flavoring to even taste it. I wasn’t offered a receipt, but I’m pretty sure I was charged full price for a completely screwed up order. I think I’ll stick to one of the Hillcrest locations from now on.

I like this Starbucks. Been here a couple of times when I’m in the area. Fast and friendly service. Clean store that’s well run. Other Starbucks should take note. I’m sure they have their busy times like all of the others but, the mornings I’ve been here they rock!

Very nice group of girls this morning… I got the usual… Aren’t Starbucks the same everywhere? It’s just the girls in this one were cheery and fun to interact with… Try it if you are here…

This isn’t my favorite Starbuck’s ever. There’s just something about the ambiance and the quality of service and beverages here that just doesn’t measure up to the Starbuck’s standard. I’m not happy to walk through the doors, if that makes sense… I don’t light up or anything. I still go here when it is convenient, but it’s one of my least favorite locations. It’s located in the Ralph’s shopping center and shares a parking lot with the grocery store. There are a lot of homeless and transients frequenting and hanging out in this area. Otherwise, it’s Starbucks. You know the menu and the drill and the pricing…

I love this Starbucks. The staff are pretty friendly and cool. I have been coming hereevery couple of weeks for almost two years and I am lucky to have it so close by. Service is consistently fast and courteous, and I’ve never had a messed up order. Bonus: A really nice barista recently bought my drink and gave me a couple extra Kind bars as I was on my way in to work dressed in scrubs. Thanks for appreciating the healthcare workers barista dude, you rock!

This is probably the best Starbucks that I have ever been to!!! The customer service is excellent, and the baristas are always so energetic. I have been going to this location daily since the beginning of this month, by the 3rd day they knew my name and drink. This location is my Starbucks of choice!

Don’t know what all the positive reviews are about. Service is horrible. I entered the store and wasn’t greeted. Even though it was a ghost town with only two others in there. All baristas were talking amongst themselves as if they couldn’t be bothered with their awesome conversations(OMG where will I party tonight!!! My life is totally over!!!) I counted four baristas not doing crap except talking amongst themselves, no cleaning, stocking. Anywho jump to the point. I wasn’t even rude when I asked and or paid for my drink and the lovely barista had the nerve to serve me a flat white decaf. Now. I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 10+ years. I know the gimmicks, if you dislike someone you make them decaf. Now I say. Oh! Sorry! I ruined YOUR day at your JOB… In CUSTOMERSERVICE… Where apparently we have to appease YOU. My bad… Didn’t know I had to do a song and dance to get my drink.(10 minute wait in an empty Starbucks) Now I know why machines are taking over people’s jobs… Because of idiots like these.

I love this sbx. They are inside MV Mall right next to nordstrom rack. I go there almost every weekend after my workout and grab a cup of coffee. The staff is always so friendly and I love that they remember us. It’s like family going in there. Service is great!

Been going to this location over and over again. They’re a very busy location, but get the job done in an adequate amount of time. The bathrooms are always clean. They’re good in making custom drinks to your liking without making a fuss of it. I like this location because they have the«99 card collection» display that I frequent to complete my ever growing starbucks card collection. I also like to meet up with people in front of the store, which is nice since they have four tables available(three in front and one on the side). Parking isn’t too bad since it’s located in a shopping center and there’s a back parking lot people seem to miss a lot. All in all, I’m a still a loyal Starbucks member.

I’m on my way back to be a Starbucks junkie!!! I don’t know if I should be so proud… the immense amounts of sugar, and at $ 5 bucks a pop… I’m hooked. I’ll take it any way I can get it, hot, iced, and blended! I recently discovered their secret menu… oh so many dangerous delights to try out! If you want to totally overload on calories in the morning, get a savory square also… the ham and cheese is AhMaZing! This location is always packed in the morning… 7:30– 10 am. Expect the line to be at the door, about 12 people deep. For us Zombie Starbucks coffee drinkers we just stand and wait… Parking here is limited; I recommend a nice coffee stroll here(when you just have time to waste). The staff is fast, efficient and friendly at this location. Have your app ready to go for a quick check out. But if you need your Starbucks fast, they now have a Starbucks in Ralphs next door!

This Starbucks always has a line to the door in the morning during the work week, but the cashiers and baristas do a fantastic job of keeping the line moving and delivering drinks with awesome and friendly service! When I’m feeling hungry I love getting their breakfast sandwich! My fav is the original sausage and egg! I love how the sandwiches come out piping hot and the bread is toasted to a crisp perfection!
