Each time I have gone to this specific location (4 times) I always order a large combo. Each time i make sure they repeat «large combo». So I’m floored as to why, each time, it comes out as small? And I’m always missing something. Obviously these employees must be hard of hearing or just plain dumb.

I just ate churches chicken last week in Indianapolis, I love it so much I had it two or three times while I was staying there. I come to San Diego and try this churches chicken and is nothing like the recipe from there, what is the deal? This is probably the most despicable display of chicken I have ever seen from churches. This needs to be changed or closed down immediately…

So today I came with my parents and kids. The management sucks there. The ladies restroom was disgusting. Nobody bothered to put an out of order sign. They had no ranch. A worker was talking about selling weed while we were there lol. It’s so crazy I’ll never come back

All staff members are always friendly. Very very busy store so you might have to wait alittle while. Overall great experience all the time. Food is always cooked right. Great working atmosphere and the staff makes me feel welcome all of the time.

The service at this location is usually very slow and the employees attitude vary. The food is usually hot when I receive my order but when you wait 15 minutes it should be hot. Some employees are very attentive and are more than willing to help while others treat you like you are a nuisance.
I love their spicy chicken and their biscuits are wonderful.
Be on the look out for their specials. The other day it was 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit for $ 2.99, you don’t find that deal at many places. I loved the chicken and waffle bites when they had them and the syrup dipping sauce was very good especially when mixed with hot sauce.

I mean of course, location and everything speaks for itself but that is not the issue at all. First of all, the drive thru was closed. So, I had to go inside. There were flies everywhere and it was so humid in there. Granted, it was a very hot day so I will say whatever to the heat. I had no other option because dinner I was going to — I was responsible to bring chicken. I was not happy with the flies. My husband said it’s okay because the batch we ordered was freshly cooking. There are window protectors all around the front of register area which tripped me out LOL but the area is not the safest. The chicken was still good so the 1 star was mainly because of the nasty flies everywhere!

HORRIBLE FUCKIN SERVICE. Waited 30 mins and no one even acknowledged us in the drive thru. There was about 5 cars behind us & no one even bothered to say «hi, give us a minute. We’ll be right with you.» After I pulled up to the drive thru window to see what was going on, they STILL never stopped to acknowledge us. I did get a glance from an employee but still no one came to the window to apologize or anything. I understand you are busy, but YOU ACKNOWLEDGE your customers, regardless. Stay away from this location. You need more training on customer service. (NOTE: I WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS)

Just left their location about 5 minutes ago. Purchased the jalapeño poppers and they were refried and soggy. They put them in the bag with napkins wrapped around them. When. I reached home they were all over cooked, busted open, crumbled and soogy. I tried to call them to speak with the manager but there was no answer. This location sucks. I really want my money back and for them to do better with other cusotmers. I was soooooooo upset when I opened the bag I threw the food I the trash. This location is trash. Beware!!!

After a busy, challenging, competitive tennis practice and running several errands I stopped here to pick up lunch for my husband who was home reading the paper. The shop had a steady flow of customers. The cashier was friendly, and provided good customer service. She took my order and repeated the order so as not to make any mistakes. It only took a few minutes start to finish and I was out the door. The shop was clean and tidy and there were several booth/​tables areas to enjoy your food on the premises.

Terrible service. I stopped here before work and sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before anyone came to take my money when she (the manager) came to the window she didnt even know my order so she asked me to give it again. Then i waited another 20 for my food.
None of the staff had any sense of motivation but tons of time to laugh and play around and talk.

This establishment/​franchise holds a special place in my heart lol. I’ve been eating Church’s Chicken since I was a weeeee child. Let’s just say that this is the only church I’ll attend. haha.
Yes, I know its unhealthy and greasy. but this is childhood and memories. I will always be a fan of their original (not spicy) fried chicken. Yes, it’s in the ghetto. then just go through the drive thru haha…
The best part of the fried chicken. is that damn fatty skin. YUMMMMMAY!

We went on a Saturday afternoon and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the manager, he took our order he was very patient with us since we haven’t decided what we wanted, they were busy, they aren’t a lot of these restaurants in SD, we need more… Food was delicious!!!
I don’t know the name of the manager that was working, but I just wanna say he did a great job with all of the customers, because obviously we weren’t the only one’s there

Love Church’s, just not this location. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through so I walked in because nothing was happening. Seen a whole boatload of prepared chicken with 3 employees just standing around laughing. Also glad I went in because I got a chance to see how dirty the kitchen was. Will NEVER go back to this location, not even sure how it passed inspection.

First off all I went in the drive thru section. Ordered my food. Go to window n tells me a whole completely wrong order. (No it was not busy at all!!). But ok. Second was that I waited 10 to 15 mins for my order. I order a small order of buffalo chicken wing. Wen I opened it to get a bite. My chicken looked old! And dry!!! Yes like wtf! Seriously … N no fries??! Ugh last time I come here! N my drink was pure ice first and last time I come here! I’ll stick w Popeyes n KFC
