I feel bad for the employees, whenever there’s a big line there’s always like one or two employees at most in the clock. Im pretty sure its a franchise with such horrible working conditions. I hope those employees find better jobs because subway is failing as a company to treat its customers and employees well.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times and its been pretty standard but this last visit was honestly UNACCEPTABLE!!! I went with someone on ‘national sandwich day’ to get the buy one, get one free deal. When we got there, the line was pretty long. Whatever, I guess everyone just knew about the deal. My issue is that I waited 25 minutes in line and right when I got to the front, the employee told me that they were out if bread! And ok, I wouldn’t have a problem if they had told us while I was waiting in line so I could leave, but they didn’t tell me until I got to the FRONT! And it’s not like they didn’t know how much bread they had left. They could’ve told me, and the other people behind me, that they were going to run out of bread soon(ex: sorry but we only have 5 more buns so we might be out by the time it’s your turn). And alright whatever, they didn’t know they were about to run out, if that’s their excuse. But once they told ME they were out of bread, they didn’t tell anyone behind me, with the line being as long as it was! I had to tell people on my way out because the employees weren’t saying anything about it!!! WOW! The should’ve known that there would be a lot of people coming in for the deal and make enough bread ahead of time. This is like McDonald’s running out of burgers or something haha ridiculous. MANAGEMENT: Please be aware next time and plan ahead. Thank you.

Nats flying everywhere near the soda machine, I immediately looked to see what their rating was and to my surprise they got an A. Good thing I’m just passing through here because I won’t be back. I’m good. Sandwich was okay but my appetite was slightly ruined after my nat experience.

I have never had any problems with placing a order at Subway store before. I normally go to the one in El Cajon by my house and they alway treat me like royality. Problem 1 they only had 1 type of bread ready and that was the spicy bread or they had the flat bread ready. And I always love the smell of freshly baked bread. Problem 2 I had to hear the other customer complaint about the bread issue and the long wait. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes what a inconvience when there was only 6 custimers in line. I truley believe that they should of given us a discount. It is not our fault that you did not have the bread ready and also they did not apologize for any inconvience. Personally I think this is one of the lamest Subways I have ever been to. The staff was ok they just need to be more aware of what is going on with the customers in the store. There were 6 people in line, and two person working. I would hate to see if there were 10 people in line and this is not a one time occurrence either. It happens all the time. I can’t wait 20 mins. to get dinner when I only have a 30 min. for a dinner break. Not a «Hello,» «Thank you» or «Goodbye» to be heard. I don’t think I will be going there anytime soon.

I like going to Subway because it’s fast, good and the price is right. I have been to this location a few times and have not been disappointed with the service or the sandwich. Today I ordered the new«Turkey Italiano Sub«on the nine grain wheat bread(other breads are available). With this sub you get three kinds of meat, two types of salami and turkey breast with provolone cheese(there are several cheeses: American, Swiss, Pepper jack to name a few). This is toasted and then the toppings are added. I like my vegetables so I got them all with a squeeze of mayo and honey mustard. You can add other sides if you like chips, soda, and soup for additional cost and for dessert you can add a cookie. Marcus handled himself well today I was impressed. The customer in front of me was difficult and picky. He ordered a foot long but wanted half without cheese, then he wanted the other half with tomatoes and no lettuce, next he wanted mayo on both halves but honey mustard on the half with the tomatoes. Then he wanted pickles on the side with no tomatoes and peppers on the side without cheese(crazy) and that’s how it went until the sandwich was completed. Marcus was calm and accommodating. He stayed cool and relaxed giving the customer just what he wanted. IMPRESSIVEMARCUS. This subway has a nice size dining area and a back patio dining area(with umbrellas) both was neat and clean.
