Chipotle Mexican Grill

Is this what my Chipotle bowl should look like when I first opened it? Portion control can impact presentation?

Mmmm stale chips. That’s exactly what I want from an organization dealing with food issues right now.
First time at this location. I ordered on the app (as I always do). I went at 1:30. The line had a descnet amount of people in it, but seemed to move quick. There was a ton of seating both inside and outside and everything was super clean.
The bowl itself was fine (ordered veg burrito bowl). The service was really friendly and efficient. But just noooo on the stale and frail chips.
PS — someone down there complaining about burned veggies? I think he meant to say «flavor.» As in, «My burrito has a lot of flavor.»

I used to come to this location all the time because they were pretty good with how I wanted my food. My job changed so I don’t come here often. Today I came in and was really disappointed, I had to practically yell over all the noise to get the rice girl to put rice on my chx taco. When she finally looked up and put it on it was like a table spoonfull and pushed it off to next person so I would have had to yell again to get a little more. Not sure id come here again, too concerned with rushing you through than good service.

Super friendly staff! Food is the same as any other Chipotle, the only downside was the lack of parking. But definitely one of the best loctions Ive been to!

Soo just went to Chipotle, daring myself after all the negative publicity they’ve been getting & asked for a steak bowl. They just ran out & said it’ll be a few minutes before they can have it ready. So I waited. They approached me saying it was ready, I ordered my bowl. I looked inside as they placed the steak & I noticed it was still pink in the steak. I said to them it seriously does not look cooked all the way, they responded saying, «no, it’s how we always prepare our meats.» I replied saying, «that with your history, maybe it’s time to change your ways?» We both had a long laugh & then looked at each other with pretty damn serious eyes. She continued to hand me my bowl & said, «Goodluck! I died laughing

Love chipotle. So good. Just took a burrito home and guess what I found in it? A hair!!! Have your employees wear hair nets!

I really wanted to support Chipotle since they haven’t done so well in the news. I’m not posting a bad review for free food or any rewards. This is just a heads up for everyone to watch what you order.
I ordered this through Postmates and noticed a burnt taste in my burritos and it was charred red peppers along with pieces of charcoal. I ordered this around lunchtime busiest time to eat and I would expect their food around that time to be cooked better than their off times but this was not the case

Had a great experience at this Chipotle.
I usually just get a chicken bowl, BUT the employee suggested I get a «nacho
bowl.
So he put chips in the pan and started to put my ingredients on the chips. It was a smart way of eating my bowl instead of dipping my chips in individually.
Supper innovated and a new way of eating a Chipotle bowl!

I would have given this store 5 stars but the cashier girl was not welcoming at all and I got dirty looks from her left and right. Maybe if she would have smiled I would have had a GREAT experience. A manager needs to fix her face, please.

This is a typical chipotle restaurant with limited seating outside, a nice seating area outside (but right on Broadway, which is pretty loud), and relatively quick service. Everyone is pretty nice at this location. I’ve always been able to get in and out within a few minutes.
The food is okay and reasonably priced. Still, I cannot see why people are so in love with Chipotle. It’s not, as many claim, healthy. If you get a salad with a meat, cheese, sour cream, corn salsa, and guacamole, it’s going to be loaded with calories. But perhaps I am missing the point: people come here for the large serving sizes at relatively reasonable prices.
I’ve tried the burritos, salads, tacos, and bowls. My favorite protein is the the chicken, followed by the steak. However, I often just get beans when I want something lighter and vegetarian. A word to the wise on the beans though: they are usually overcooked and can make almost anything you order a little soggy. I do not like the tofu sofritos because it is too salty and smokey for my taste. While I might welcome these flavors if I could pair my dishes with cheese and sour cream, they are less welcome without significant fats to cut through the taste.
Ultimately, if you like chipotle, you will like this location. If you’re not feeling picky and need to get in and out quickly, this is a decent option. It doesn’t have the long order wait times that sushi deli 2 has, the larger crowd hanging around like Thai time, or the line snaking out the door like Tender Greens. It’s just not my first pick of places to eat.

The sofritas make me violently ill every time! My wife asked me why I’d risk that after the first time? The only possible answer is I’m dumb or crazy.
As a vegetarian, I don’t have too many options– add the nationwide mismanagement leading to outbreaks I won’t be going back!

This Chipotle has amazing customer service. I had to wait 5 mins for chicken to cook (Which I was more than happy to do knowing I had come right after the lunch rush), and they gave me a free drink and guacamole for my burrito bowl.

I’ve been coming to this chipotle recently because it’s near the gym. Lately, every time I go this location it’s always packed. But I just wanted to say how kind the staff is!
Grade A service.

I downgraded my review to 3 stars because the late afternoon/​evening staff just doesn’t seem to have it together. I always order ahead of time and pick it up. The last 3 times I’ve ordered in the late afternoon, I arrived and not only did they not have my order ready, but they weren’t even aware that my order existed. All 3 times I ordered 40 minutes ahead of pick-​up. They would then look in their computer, see my order, and then frantically start on it while I stood there waiting. And the 2^nd time they got my order wrong. They always give me a free drink but I would rather have my order on time and done right. They are not even busy in the late afternoon.
By contrast, there’s always a line out the door at lunchtime, yet the lunchtime staff always has my orders ready.

I like this chipotle. It’s clean and easy to get to when I’m working downtown. Friendly staff and quick service. Even during lunch rush hour, I got in and out quickly. The patio is nice to eat at when the weather is good. It does suck when too many big trucks drive by.
Save your receipt if you want to use the restroom. There’s a code on it to get into it, which helps keep it clean.

I came to this one because I was in the area. Let’s me say, it’s very busy and crowded, because of that the staff members are rushed and to the point. No smile, greet and general talk. Order your food and move down. No real near by parking. The location is on a busy street as well… consider parking else where and walking if your going to stop by.
The food for the most part is the same as there other locations, I mean it’s a chain restaurant.

This location is ‘udder’maddness. Too loud, line too long and employees are frantic, frenetic shouting at you and assembling what is supposed to be food.
Regardless of the filling you choose the flavor profile never changes. It ALL tastes the same, Sub-​par.

I love chipotle and been to this one many times… But the line gets long at 11:30am now, and they are ever more stingy on meat and generous on fillers…
BUT there is only this one kid who gives you a shit ton of meat, pray that you get him… The girls are the worst and most stingy on meat, probably get like 7 squares of beef… Hey just cuz you on a diet doesn’t mean we are? Lol I kid, but seriously noticed the difference on who gives the stinginess meat.
Also around 12, line is out the door, but they work fast. Also around lunch time the steak seems to always run out…

I don’t work too far away from this location, but I hesitated in coming here for lunch because I wasn’t sure that I could make it back to work on time. Turns out I can.
The service is quick, there’s plenty of space to sit and eat, and I’ve yet to be creeped out by anyone here.
On my most recent visit, I asked for guacamole in my burrito, but they were out! The on-​duty manager was nearby and overheard what happened, and comped my burrito and drink, which was cool of him to do. But I was looking forward to some guacamole.
I’m hoping they don’t run out the next time I head over.
Like any other restaurant in downtown, expect long lines during lunch time.

This place is always is clean and the staff are always so friendly.
The line is always long that’s tells you something! The food is good. They are still out of pork because is does not meet there standards. What a breath of fresh air for a restaurant to be straight with the consumer!
Keep it up! We will be back soon:)

Not a great Chipotle. A lot of employees who don’t seem to know what they are doing. Lack of customer service.
