So this taco bell is pretty awesome and the food is so good. My man Roman H (I believe) was super nice and the ladies were so nice too. He changed my food for free even tho it was my mistake (wrong burrito) such a gentleman, please give him a raise.

This store has bad customer service when I went in there to ask about the price the girl behind the counter was very rude the Taco Bell Big Box that is $ 5 is $ 7 at this location which make no sense to me yea I know it’s the mall but don’t advertise something and the price is different then on TV WTF I may come to give this store another shit but not sure yet so for now I wish I can give zero stars…

I love this taco bell. Everyone is sweet and stays calm and collected even if its a busy day. I live wuite far from it but everytime im in the area ill try and stop by because of their hospitality. Lovely place and lovely people.

I normally never complaint, especially of fast food because we already know it’s never going to be as good. In this case I just HAD TO though. I work near by so I decided to buy Taco Bell and go back to work to eat it. I was SO disappointing to see what I had bought, I mean the girl at the counter was perfectly nice but the gorditas were like a salad in a tortilla. The meat was barely «painted» on to it. there was basically no meat in it so it had no flavor whatsoever. It actually made me mad that it had so extremely little, they took complete advantage of the fact that it was to go. I don’t think I will ever go back to that taco bell and I can’t say I got what I paid for because not even that!
I ate it because I had no choice nor time to get something else, but will never go back.

Everyone at this Taco Bell deserves a raise! Or they should go around and train other fast food chains how to do it. The place is always clean, stocked and they know how to run a line (unlike some of the other food court restaurants). I have been helped by many staff members and it is always lovely, but Danielle E is a standout. She is just fabulous and if I were hiring I would try to steal her:) I just wanted to let everyone know what a great job these workers are doing. Keep it up.

Staff is always friendly and efficient and the (inside) tables are kept clean. Sometimes people will be seated alone at a 4-​top, but the employees can’t do anything about that.
The staff here also seems better trained than some other Taco Bells; I’ve never received a burrito that had the layers going the wrong way. (Y’know when you get one bite of all sour cream, then the next is only beef, then only cheese, etc. They make them so you get all/​most ingredients in all bites.)
If only they were open 24⁄7 and delivered!

I guess it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Taco Bell. The Burrito Supreme used to be about double the size of this snack I ended up with. Maybe this is «Demolition Man» style. What the heck happened ! Probably will only need 2 shells later.

Not sure how long Taco Bell has been at Horton Plaza but I’m glad they are at a close location finally. Why hasn’t someone thought of putting on ein downtown with all the bars it has. And I really hope they stay open late. Anyway when I went the service was good and so was the food. Classic taco bell.

So excited to have fast food in downtown. New and clean. No drive thru of course because it is in the mall, but still! Only four tables inside but lots of outdoor seating.
