E Coli or not, I intend to come here for years to come. I first came here 5 years ago with a group of friends, reluctant to try it. I have been to Mexico multiple times, so this idea of faux Mexican food was not very appealing. I ordered a steak burrito, and was shocked how helpful they were. I could have alot of what I wanted alot of, and have the minimum of what I wanted a little of. The pico, medium, and hot salsa all are pleasant to the palat, perfectly complimenting the other ingredients. The meats are all hot and perfectly seasoned to my liking. Combined with yummy corn, guac, lettuce, gooey cheese and cool sour cream all make for the greatest lunch money can buy for 10 dollars. Originally the price was off putting, but the friendly staff and clean atmosphere makes it all worth it.

Location was clean and staff was friendly. The quality of the food was good but a little cold; however the employee who made my order was pretty stingy. Barely any lettuce or cheese were placed on our bowls and we didn’t get a full scoop of meat either. Usually when we get burrito bowls from other locations, the lettuce sits at least a little over the top. Our bowls were very sad compared to the other locations we have had.

I survived! Very happy to say the e-coli didn’t kill me, but I bought life insurance before I ate there to be safe. I wish this location had margaritas, I’m an alcoholic. But in all seriousness, the food here is good and the staff is really friendly.

For the record I actually like Chipotle but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service was fast and friendly enough but… Ordered the veggie burrito, and a bean & cheese(both with pinto vs black bean. Bean on both were disgusting. Looked partially mashed and very dried out as apposed to their normal whole bean. The veggies were closer to raw vs slightly aldente such as the kind you get in fajitas, and the onions still had the outter tough paper on them which left me picking through every bite, or pulling food out of my mouth because you couldn’t chew threw it. Will still patron Chipotle but never this location again until management cleans up their quality control. Bummer. Where has the pride gone from employees? I believe in a fare wage but these people are making it hard for me to want to stand up and defend their lack of care for what they’re serving. Any job worth doing, is worth doing right! Get it together folks.

I’ve been here a couple of times and every time the service has been quick and friendly and the food has been the right temperature and consistently good. No complaints whatsoever. It’s located in the Best Buy/Staples shopping center.

Music is kind of loud, for what you get kind of pricy. One drink is $ 2.05 burrito is $ 7.00. Service is ok.

The guy who take my order was rude and no patience. No smile. Looked at me like I slammed his face yesterday. Worst customer experience of any fast food chain. To-Go orders are fine however.

Taste: below average Speed: worst member of the chain I’ve been to I came in after the lunch rush around 2:30pm on a Monday and was 2nd in line. I walked out with my food nearly 15 minutes later, which I consider unacceptable for the chain. At first the store seemed understaffed with only one worker behind the counter, however more showed up taking their time and laughing. They never hurried. Minus 1 The lady ordering in front of me was very rude and frustrating, but the worker took it very unprofessionally and returned the rudeness. Minus 2 When I finally began to order, I asked for a steak burrito. She looked in and the tin and there was no steak left. Really. Very unprepared and disorganized. Minus 1 I would much rather spend my precious lunch minutes purchasing Chik-Fil-A.

Rarely am I so disappointed by an establishment that I refuse to ever go there again. I have gone to this chipotle several times, in the beginning they weren’t so bad, but lately I have noticed the decline in their customer service and food. I’ve checked out other chipotles and every time I come here I find the standards are much lower. If you do get greeted at the door it’s halfhearted and unenthusiastic. At least crack a smile at me. Or even a fake one. Something to make me feel welcome and excited to eat my food. I understand ingredients are expensive and that you can’t always give a lot of a big portion size, but the amount of food they give you at this location. Is ridiculous. I could count on two hands the number of steak or chicken pieces they give me every time. Perhaps it’s because I am a Peteet petite female who doesn’t look like she eats a lot… Unfortunately even though this is the closest chipotle to my home I will be making the extra trek to go to other locations.

Went here last night… Never. Again. For a line of about 12 people, it took 20 mins to get out. This is the slowest moving chipotle I’ve ever been too. No one moving with purpose. I get home and the chicken in my bowl was overcooked and dry. It’s one thing to be slow but now the quality of the product is bad too. To top it all off, my small bag of chips had… 6 chips.

Was really hungry after fasting for my doctor’s appointment at Scripps. Had always wanted to try the Chipotle in the area. Same setup as the other locations I been to. But felt like the ingredients were not that fresh. The rice were in clumps as well as the cheese and everything kind of stuck together in clumps. Guess I got used to the other locations I go to. Tasted alright. Might come again but feeling more keen to drive to other locations in Poway and Carmel Valley.

Normally we like Chipotle. Rice was hard and barely edible. I almost gave them two stars for trying to make us new bowls and burritos but the attitude and lack of customer service brought it back down to a single star. We tried to get our crunchy rice-filled items remade. The second batch was not much better and rice was still hard. The young lady at the front helping us was not very friendly. Fail. :(

I walk in at noon, and there was no line ! Winning! Over staffed so the process went really quickly. They did greet us at the door, but from that point the friendly smiles went out the door. Just seems like they don’t enjoy their job, but are there just to be there. Food quality is the same at any location. I normally get the barbacoa bowl. As most might say, the it is slightly overpriced but it fills me up. I’d come back if the location stays slow during lunch rush. But I would prefer other locations due to the friendly staff.

I’m a chipotle fan, this was first time at this location and I was not impressed at all! The workers were friendly the min we walked in. But the girl behind the counter was lazy. She asked for our order and we said two burritos. She proceeded to heat our tortillas at the same time and didn’t even flip them! Who does that?! No matter how long the line is every chipotle warms up the tortillas one at a time. I had a chicken burrito and it was blah! The beans were dry and not cooked all the way and the white rice was hard n cold. The girl was super stingy with the chicken, I think it was the first time I was able to see the server not struggle to break the tortilla! I’m being generous if I’d say I had atleast 4 – 5 small pieces of chicken. The only reason I’m giving them a 2 stars is because the three servers were really nice.

Okay I am normally a fan of chipotle just not at this location. Everyone but the cashier that night were very rude. The portion is way smaller than any other chipotle I’ve ever been to. Dear Management, Please either train your staff to smile and say thank you to your customer and not slam all the kitchen tools as they are serving customers. I am sure that chipotle has a standard on their portion size but this location definitely did not get the memo.

I went to Chipotle a couple days with my boyfriend. I usually LOVE Chipotle. However, on my last visit, I found a disgusting spider/fly/bug from hell in my salad. It probably came from the lettuce. I let the cashier know and they replaced my order. I was disgusted, but still hungry and ate my food. I noticed that no one replaced any of the lettuce. If there’s a bug in the food, wouldn’t it be common sense to switch it for a new one? Yikes. Several hours later, my boyfriend and I both got food poisoning. Beware of this place! You might find a little surprise in your food.

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst location I’ve been to. I gave it a couple of tries and I probably won’t be coming back. I was happy they opened a Chipotle in my neighborhood, but the food was horrible! I ordered tacos, which were so sloppy I had to eat it with a fork and it was cold! Another time, I placed in order for a veggie burrito and they barely put any black beans in it. It was mostly rice! Each time I complained and they were kind to fix my order. They didn’t redo my tacos, they just heated it up. I recommend going to a different Chipotle location.

I’ve been to this location a couple times now. The first experience was not the best. Everyone seemed confused by simple requests(such as asking for plain white rice). I’m hoping the cashier was new because it took a light year in check out. Fingers crossed. Today I went back as I was in the area shopping. It was quiet for dinner, it seemed. The food was excellent. The service was quick. Everyone was friendly. I’ll be back to this location.

I’m so sorry Chipotle, I’m just not a fan… It’s been a while since I had Chipotle(like, 4 years maybe? since my college Halloween days.) and since my lunch was stolen at work(I work with software engineers, how dare they!?), I had to go out and feed myself. I decided to go to Chipotle because for some reason, every where else was busy(lunch hour) and it’s been a while since I had it. Also, I’ve been meaning to try out the Sofritas, which are a new vegan meat substitute they offer. And vegans, I highly do not recommend. 1. It is not good. 2. It is very overwhelming and will leave you with a sloppy, soggy meal. 3. I felt a bit sick after eating it(not sure if it was deliberately caused by the food or by the presentation or something.) 4. And omg, don’t buy the guac! It’s 1.95 and it’s not worth it! I can’t really vouch for any of the other products, but if you don’t want to feel sick after your meal, stay away from the sofritas. Or should I say, suffering-tas. har har. not funny.

The food is good, duh it’s Chipotle. People come here for the name and food. It’s less than 15 minutes before closing and they’re still grilling fresh steak and chicken for customers, not using the old crud. Super nice staff, fairly clean at first glance. This is the second time I’ve been here and the music is still uncomfortably loud at times. There is plenty of seating, but no real prime inside spots. You either sit close to the staff serving food under the loud music where you can’t have a conversation or sit by the restrooms where people are slamming the doors… besides that the food is great and a solid choice. Just don’t dine in, lol.
