Nice place and pretty clean from outside and inside. I definitely leave them 5 star for quick service and good customer service. We had just burgers for lunch wich was amazing! Thanks guys!

Worst service EVER! Couldn’t understand her when I was in the drive thru. VERY rude when she gave me my food. I asked for a receipt and she didn’t even acknowledged me. When I got my food I asked her for more napkins but she walked away so quickly she didn’t hear me. I raised my voice and asked for more napkins and she said, «your receipt is in the bag». So rude and so unprofessional! I suggest additional customer service training. Of course her name isn’t on the receipt. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was good for a fast food burger. Thin patty, standard greasy fast food bacon, and crispy onion rings smothered in bbq sauce… Worth $ 3. Paid nothing(free coupon). No valid complaints.

In 1 word: my meal was absolutely AWFUL. The fries were not hot. they weren’t even warm. The burger was not hot… it was just barely warm. The cheese was cold, meaning the neither the burger nor the bun was warm enough to melt it. It tasted as if the burger had been sitting around for a while as well. I hadn’t eaten all day, and I was looking forward to a quick, hot meal, and this let me down in a major way. I couldn’t even finish my food. It was that bad. The one saving grace was that I called the restaurant and spoke with Guillermo, who apologized for the quality of the food, and processed a refund.

Big Carl is the way to go… much better than McDonald’s. …you can compare this to a big Mac but with real meat patties that are the size of the bun… not 2 little 50 cent piece size patties that are as thick as 3 pieces of paper stacked up… real burger at a fast food joint… check it out

Whoever was working at 930 pm Saturday night(10/11/2014) truly sucks. I received alot of negativity for just asking to change my fries to sweet potato fries and to top it off I received my order with only half a carton of fries and my thick burger came with a regular patty instead of a thick patty… personal? Maybe. They can’t be that incapable could they? Oh and I called maybe 10 times and it just kept ringing. All but 2 times when it was answered and then immediately hung up again… lame Bastardssss

This place does not even deserve a star. Our cashier Zuzette didn’t even know if they had a kids meal menu as it was not up on the board. I asked for the kids chicken stars. I paid for my meal and asked for my cup and she said you didn’t order a kids meal. I asked what did I order she said the chicken strips. I then asked how much is it for a kids meal she said $ 8.20!!! Really? Customer service was horrible! Sounds to me she needs to do less flirting with her co-worker and learn the menu. It’s no wonder she works at Carls Jr!

This is my fourth time at this place and each time my order is wrong. Either they are not listening to the customer or just throwing whatever they want in the bag. I’m highly disappointed in this place and will not recommend anybody to go here. I now have to go back out and go get food because this place didn’t get it correct the first time.

In both times I’ve been here, the workers are unpleasant and the service is slow. I showed my military ID today since they offered military discounts and the cashier failed to give me the discount. I wouldn’t have found out that she didn’t give me the discount if I didn’t ask for the receipt. The drive thru personnel was unpleasant, the service was slow and I waited more than five minutes to be charged for my order and waited an additional 3 minutes to get my order. After the customer in front of me left, the window was empty with out anyone greeting me and no one telling me «I’ll be right with you.» I waited more than 5 minutes. With this inconvenience, I was late to work. I will not come back. This is the second time that drive thru has been unpleasant and inconvenient.

I stop here almost every morning for an Ice Tea and an occasional breakfast burrito. The morning staff is great! One girl always gives me an extra cup of ice so my tea stays cold all morning. I“ve been coming here for years, and will continue!

This place has improved it’s service of late. The staff is much friendlier and attentive. The food is ok. It’s a nice place for lunch. I would give them a 5 star but I just can’t get past the annoyance of the TV in the dinning room. I paid to sit and eat here. I resent advertisements/TV being shoved in my face on top of it. Dump the TV it’s not a sports bar.

This marks the demarcation line for myself and Carl’s Jr. After about 15 years of sporadically eating at the franchise(however, having not done so since I left college seven years ago), I am finally declaring myself done with Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s. I will no longer eat at any of its restaurants again. I went here rather reluctantly because my cousin has this weird obsession with the place. This was the closest location to my house so I picked here. My cousin is also a sucker for a coupon of some kind so he HADTO spend it. It was a buy one, get one free coupon for a «Big Carl» burger. It should be noted first that he offered to have burgers from Carl’s Jr. early in the morning. He apparently doesn’t realize how insane that is. It should also be noted that I had no idea what the coupon was, what the heck a Big Carl is, and I wanted to actually have the chicken tenders. Why? Because I had burgers during a BBQ at a friend’s place yesterday. Those were actually better than what I got here. Ugh. So I wasn’t gonna be happy with whatever he was ordering for me. It was raining when we went to lunch so that only added to the overall misery of everything for me. He ordered the two burgers, one for him and one for me. The cashier was very clear in asking about just the burger or the combo, but it took my cousin two repetitions to actually hear this question. It was something that wasn’t entirely unexpected. I really wanted the chicken tenders, but they were oddly rather expensive too so that was out. By the time the burger arrived, my worst fears were confirmed. It was soggy, the bun was soft, almost crumbling when I squeezed it in between my fingers, and the patties/slices of cheese looked undercooked. Parts of the cheese didn’t even look cooked at all! I ate maybe half of it and couldn’t eat anymore. I guess I’ve been spoiled by In-N-Out too much that any burger is just subpar in comparison. I also ordered the criss-cut fries and they were really unexpectedly greasy. Greasier than usual, I thought. And since when did the fries get so huge? The only thing about the meal that was halfway decent was the soda. And you know that’s a very bad sign. But even that has gotten out of hand. When the cashier asked whether I wanted small, medium, or large, I had to make sure what the size of small or medium was. The«small» was the size of medium drinks in other places. The medium size looked huge! Had to get the small. I’m done with this place, permanently.

I am not a fan of Carl’s to begin with, but I have recently become addicted to the Guacamole Turkey Burger. Their drive through takes way too long, and just about every one of them that I have been to has screwed up my order at least once, and this one is no exception. I was 3 cars back when I noticed that the car at the window was giving the bags back because the order was wrong. This delayed what should be an easy transaction by about 4 mins so they could correct the order. The next car pulls forward to the window, only to discover that several items were omitted from their order. The woman in the car became agitated very fast and proceeded to cuss out the cashier, and insult her ancestors. I kind of shook my head and had a fleeting temptation to ram her bumper, but both her and her car out weighed mine by about 1000 lbs so it was a no win situation. I finally pulled up to the window, and handed them my money, got my food and got out of there. Oh, and yes they got my order wrong too, but based on the performance I have experienced at other locations I kind of expected it. So, 3 wrong orders in a row… Take from that what you will
