Wendy’s

First time eating here. Got to get out of the heat, step inside the crisp AC, enjoy some fine dining, and was served by a very friendly person behind the counter. Anjelica is a top notch person to have behind the counter. From the warm smile she greeted me with to the extra care she put into the service, I would come back to this Wendy’s just for that positive customer interaction. Thanks!

Be careful!!! They send you coupons and when you go to use them, they tell you «it’s expired… its no longer in our system». I mean really… Then dont send out items that you are not willing to to honor. Scams

This place has officially become one of my favorite fast food burger joints. Their hamburgers are really delicious. I love that I can get a bacon cheese burger without tomatoes, lettuce, onions or pickles. Their French fries are to die for! Especially if you are salt fans like myself. I like them a lot more than McDonalds and In n Out fries. I also love their chile. I’m surprised they have good chile at a fast food joint. I was originally trying to get a baked potato but because it was a 7 minute wait I decided to get chile instead. The guy who took my order had a super negative attitude and showed obvious signs he was not happy to be at Wendy’s. I know working for fast food might not be a fun job but you shouldn’t act rude towards customers. His name was Jeff.

My review is simply based on the service. I mean you pretty much know what you’re getting when you come to Wendy’s. Every time I come here my order is correct. The staff is always friendly and prompt. There’s nothing worse than going through the drive up and getting your ordered jacked up… never have had this problem here.

Stopped in for a evening snack. I decided on the chicken nuggets and chili. It had been awhile since I had the chili remembering it was not bad. It is still pretty good. The plain nuggets have almost no taste. The spicy nuggets are really not that spicy but they taste better than the regular nuggets. They both tasted better have dunking them in the chili. I have tried other items off the value menu. They were ok, good for a quick snack.
Service here everytime I have been here has been good. Nothing special.

Almost everytime I go to this Wendys, something is always wrong. When I ask for a salad with no cheese, I get cheese on it anyway. When I order spicy nuggets and a medium fry, I get the nuggets but no fries.

Ordered the apple & pecan salad at the drive through. Didn’t get any pecans at all! Husband went inside to get my pecans for my «apple & PECAN salad» & he comes out with a tiny bag of about 8 little pecans for a pretty good sized salad. I’m beyond annoyed! Salad was good, but I only had about 3 or 4 bites with a pecan in them. For the cost of the salad there should be more f-​ing pecans! For god’s sake, it’s in the f-​ing name of the salad. Pecans!

First time at this loc and I have to say– oh so good and oh so bad! I’m a sucker for junk food, and Wendy’s has mastered the art! Square burgers you say?! Damn right! Ok, ok, so I never eat fast food anymore, and I’m a health nut, near vegetarian, organic food militant that kept my kids from even tasting soda until they were 5 and 7 y.o., but I can still appreciate the flavor of toxic crap once very 10 years, can’t I? The only thing I miss is the salad bar that the old chains used to have. Maybe they still do? This one doesn’t at any rate. The service was excellent– my son’s kidsmeal burger came with just bread and meat, and he wanted tomatoes and lettuce (oh so proud of him!) and they were happy to take it back and add those. We waited less than 5 minutes for our food, and it came out nuclear hot, thanks to their industrial microwaves. Fries were perfectly toasty and salted. What more could I possible ask for from a fast-​food chain that gets it’s meat patties delivered frozen from a warehouse and from cows fed with hormones on an over-​crowded feed lot? Well, it’s 100% North American beef and they don’t use pink slime! It’s a wonder how they make this all so cheaply! And with free Kung Fu Panda balancing toys too!
Sigh… It’s going to be a long next 10 years… I’ll miss you Wendy’s!

Interestingly I had to go pick up an order at McDonald’s for someone down the street and I watched them actually make the cheeseburgers…

Went here to try a Frosty and fries for the first time ever. I’ve never had Wendy’s but a conversation with a friend got me curious and while I was going to pick up a pizza from the nearby Fillippi’s, I thought I would swing by and get a small Frosty and fries to try a Frosty fry dip. Interesting. The fries are overly salty, but somehow the chocolate taste of Frosty kind of cancelled that out.

Failed. Ordered two large sodas one regular one diet… Got one diet and when asked for second drink got small. They messed up and didnt charge for the second drink but instead of accepting responsibility for the mistake (really not that big of a deal) they shut the window and walked away. Rude!!! Sorry seems like there’s always an issue with this location…

Great service at this Wendy’s and my son loves the chicken nuggets and fries. My only comment is DO NOT order the grilled chicken sandwich… way yuck. But I have heard the salads are really good.

Woo hoo. Love their chocolate frosty!!! Cheap and yummy.

I love to come here for their salads. My favorite is the Baja, it’s filled with lots of fresh veggies in this delicious dressing. Definitely filling as well if you get the full size!

I normally don’t like to write reviews for fast food joints because let’s face it… what do we really expect? The food at this place was typical Wendy’s, tiny tiny meat in a burger but that’s expected. I was hyped that they have the baked potato with sour cream at 99 cents. My problem was the cashier at the drive up window. This place would get 3 stars if they didn’t have incompetents running that register. Total bill $ 12.23 cents, we hand her a 20 dollar bill. We get back 2 cents. WTF? We tell her «hey you gave us the wrong change» She proceeds to tell us its impossible seeing that there is only a ten dollar bill in the register. I was heated! I have worked in the fast food industry and its policy to drop bills (20 or larger) once you give the customer the change. I tell her this, and she says that there is no way. I wanted a manager to count out that drop box, but she said that since there was a big line in the drive through she will «Just give us the change even though she knows her drawer will be short»
WHAT? Are you serious? It seems as though these people do this perhaps on purpose to make extra money on the side? I hate to think of people as thieves, but this is suspect. I hope this was just a simple mistake, but who knows. Watch out!

I’m generally anti-​wendys because of their square burgers… we know our burgers are processed, why do you have to rub it in our faces?
Lately though, I’ve been enamored with their fish fillet… not because it’s great, but I liked them as a kid and I suppose I’m having a relapse. I also have been known to make late night runs for frosties :)
I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve been there that employees of surrounding fast food joints are eating there, which I suppose says something…

It’s Wendy’s — not much to write. The service is very fast.
