Just got back from this location, and I must say that at first I was not impressed but Carrie changed my mind. Walked it and was not greeted, I waited about 10 – 15 minutes since I know the store was a little busy due to Christmas shoppers. When I finally walked up to the register to ask a few questions about the charms all the other ladies were not at all excited to help me and frantically looked around for someone else to help. It did seem like they were very judgmental based on customers’ appearance. Carrie, however, was more than happy to answer all my questions and help me create the perfect charm necklace. If it wasn’t for her, I would have went elsewhere.

I am a Brightonholic. I had a few minutes to spare and found the location on Unilocal.The plan was to pick up an Easter charm, the necklace for charms, key holder, and perhaps some spacers. They lost my sale. I walked in and the sales person greeted me, actually eyed me up and down, must have assessed I wasn’t buying and walked in front of me to past me. She walked over to another customer and chatted then walked over and took over a sale another worker was processing. I hung around until she was finished with the sale. Both brand busy and never glanced my way. Poor customer service or ??? I was in a costlier store around the corner. Excellent attention and I am going back to that shop.

I went in during the holidays and all the sales staff were extremely busy. I was still greeted enthusiatically and helped almost immediately. After a returned item to get the purse my wife really wanted and a complicated/non registered purse repair, we went away extremely happy. Tina the manager was most helpful and gracious during the entire repair process. She went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the overall experience. A professional and friendly staff, with a top rate manager!

I don’t think this Brighton deserves a star. I love Brighton and my favorite one was up in NorCal in Walnut Creek. Just moved to San Diego and this was the first time I’ve been to Fashion Valley. Did not get greeted at this one and I asked one question and received a snotty response. Well you definitely will not get my business. I won’t even step into your store and that’s pretty serious because like I said I LOVEBRIGHTONJEWELRY and you ladies in this store are not Brighton material!

Terrible, terrible experience. My mom frequently shops at Brighton stores, and the women working are ALWAYS nice; however, not at this location. The women were rude, snotty and not helpful at all. No one greeted us when we walked in and no one asked us if we needed help. My mom spends gobs and gobs of money at this store, so better believe that I’ll be writing corporate about this experience. To the manager of this store: you should be ashamed to call those women your associates. You need your women to walk into another Brighton store — it sure would be a rude awakening for them. Just because you work at a high-end mall, it does not justify an attitude like this. You don’t work at Louie Vuitton, haha. C’mon be better than this ladies and get some new retail manners. I vow to NEVER set foot in this store again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Brighton store. At other locations that I have been to I have always been greeted and helped in such a happily and helpful manner. When I went into the store not only was I not greeted, but I was ignored, but yet everyone around me was getting great customer service. Even after I attempted to ask a sales girl a question i was given a snotty and rude answer. They will definitely no longer be getting business from me.

I only go here if I’m desperate and don’t want to make the drive to the El Cajon or UTC location. The tall blond manager is very nice. There is an older woman there that always ALWAYS is snotty. I called earlier for a charm and they do have it and the woman wasn’t very helpful(probably Ms. Snotty). Doubt they will put it in a little cloth bag(as the rule is their jewelry comes in those so we can’t give those to you for charms)-but seriously, I dread going here.

Let me start off by saying this is my first negative review I have ever written on Unilocal or any social media, but I thought this deserved a review. This is the second time I have been utterly disgusted by this specific location. Tonight again, the staff argued in front of me over commission and who got to ring me up. I don’t understand exactly what was happening between the two women but the nice lady who was helping me was not the one to ring me up after«heated words» with a co-worker. I was so uncomfortable I could not get out of there fast enough! The sad thing is my family loves this store and myself, my aunts, mom and grandma all have the Brighton charm bracelet that we have been adding to for the past year or so. But after this has happened the last two times I have gone in there, I will never ever shop here again! The first time was bad too, but I chalked it up to them having a rough day. I worked retail for six years in college, so if anyone would understand, it would be me, but this was ridiculous!!! And to top it off the same woman was so fake and dismissed the argument each time I was in there. Great items, and beautiful things. But not worth dealing with the staff!!!

This place deserves an update. After the remodel, I returned to pick up my necklace. Compared to my previous visit, the store looked much better, less cluttered, more open. The customer service has improved as well. I was offered a bottle of water by an employee who was very attentive. It was great to see the improvements.

Horrible service and attitudes every time I go in this place! The old women as well as the young broads working in here are not very friendly at all. They could all use a lesson in custom service. The only reason I shop here is because my mom loves Brighton, if not for that, I’d never go back.
