I have several Brighton long necklaces that have become my go-​to costume jewelry items that I absolutely LOVE! So, when I snagged one of my long necklaces on a chair and watched it fall to the ground in pieces, my heart broke along with it. I picked up all the pieces and thought I’d maybe fix it myself — or maybe salvage a few of the pieces and make a new necklace out of it… one day.
Several months passed and my broken necklace remained untouched — I was really close to just accepting the loss and tossing it out but thankfully, I didn’t. During the holidays while looking for stocking stuffers for the family, I came into this store and got to talking with the associates. I tell her about my recent casualty and she immediately tells me that Brighton can fix the necklace no problem. And better yet… they’d fix it for FREE! I couldn’t believe it! The necklace was purchased on a vacation many years ago so I didn’t have a receipt but she said that wouldn’t be a problem.
The following month, I brought it into Brighton and was told it would take 3 weeks for them to fix. Exactly 3 weeks later, I was notified my item was available for pick up. I was so amazed when I got it. I purchased the necklace for $ 120 3 – 4 years ago but it was brand new to me again. Some of the Brighton pieces are not my style but the long necklaces are my faves and they hold up really well if you take care of it (and don’t snag them)!
Thank you Brighton for fixing my necklace! I hope to wear it for many more years to come thanks to you!

Why is it every time I am ready to spend money, there is no one that wants to help me? My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. The staff can definitely be super agressive at times, but I still shop there because Brighton is my favorite. So, I am ready to buy a purse and a few other things — probably close to $ 400. They don’t have the purse I am looking for, can’t get it in the store for me and can’t order it for me. Thanks for the help!

There is an extremely unfriendly and hateful woman that works there. If you’re not good with people, don’t work somewhere that requires you to work with people.

The ladies at Brighton are friendly, caring and efficient. They go out of their way to help you find the perfect piece for yourself or a gift. Jodi, the manager, and her team make shopping here the highlight of my day. Their jewelry sets are sure to be conversation starters.

I saw a small brown suede purse while on vacation in the Lake Tahoe area. I didn’t buy it because I thought «why buy it on vacation, when I can just find it at home». Big mistake. I stopped by the Fashion Valley Brighton store and the clerk simply said «we no longer have that purse». So I tried the UTC store, and what a complete difference in service. My sales associate was ANN; she’s a gem!!! They didn’t have the purse either, so she checked on-​line and it was no longer available. So she offtered to check stock at other stores. Sure enough, she found this purse for me at a store in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and I was even lucky enough to find it on sale, before it was shipped to their factory outlet! (Don’t you just love a bargain?) She even found a second one for me to ship to my friend for her b-​day. Both purses were shipped and arrived promptly at my door.
Bottomline: ANN is a fantastic employee. She put in a lot of effort and I doubt she even got credit for the two sales. But from now on, this store, and ANN in particular will get all my Brighton business!

Stopped in because Wifey likes the keychains and charms here. It’s pretty pricey here, but the variety of merchandise ranges from cute and kitchy to classy and elegant. We bought some meaningful charms for her best friends in Cleveland.
The store associates are super friendly and willing to help you find that something special, without being pushy or up-​selly. From a guy’s perspective, some of the ladies here are pretty hawt, too. They may be beyond the twentysomething range, but I’d say cougar or milf comes to mind, with all due respect. If Bravo was looking to cast Real Housewives of San Diego, the ladies here could easily boost TV ratings.

I went to Brighton today for the first time… WOW! They have the nicest selection of purses and wallets. Jodi was wonderful and helped me make a wish list. Thanks Jodi!

I got a gift here about a year ago. Although, a nice gift, it wasn’t really my style.
Good thing about Brighton # 1: I returned the gift without any hassles-​phew! They gave me store credit– understandable since it was a gift and I didn’t have the original receipt. I saved the store credit for a year until my mom’s birthday rolled around. Its more of a momish style store in my opinion. I work close to the mall so the day of my mom’s birthday I dashed over there to find a gift. I didn’t procrastinate on purpose– I am just a busy woman!
Good thing about Brighton # 2: The sales women were very helpful. I told them I was shopping for a gift for my mom and told them the amount of my store credit and they showed me so different gift options. Wow that was easy!
Good thing about Brighton # 3: After I picked a gift, they did a beautiful job gift wrapping it for me.
Good thing about Brighton # 4: I was out the door less than 10 minutes after I walked in! Woo!

I love shopping at this store. This is my local location. Brighton carries so many pretty shiny things. I love getting gifts from here, they never disappoint. They gift wrap everything too, you get a pretty little tin and then a bag with tissue paper. It always makes me feel special.
The ladies that work at this location are pretty great too. they’ve very helpful and cheerful and if you need help finding a gift, yes, they can help you.

Check out their website, not everything will be in stores though and you cannot order online (boo!). Though… *cough*… ebay…*cough*…might have some things (just be careful they’re not knockoffs).

HINT: If you’re a guy looking for a nice, reasonably-​priced gift for your girlfriend, this place is wonderful. Ladies love Brighton.
If I could only use one word to describe Brighton, it’d be this: fabulous. I am a necklace person, and I fell in love with their necklaces a few years back and honestly, I just can’t get enough of it. What’s great is that instead of being in love with a place like Tiffany, which dons pieces worth thousands of dollars (don’t get me wrong, I love those, too), I’m in love with Brighton… fifty bucks gets me a beautifully unique necklace that is guaranteed to earn compliments from almost everyone who sees me in it. I’ve collected six or seven of them over the years, as well as a couple of bracelets.
Aside from their GORGEOUS jewelry (think hand-​painted glass heart charm pendants set into sterling silver with little words etched into the back), there are four other things that come to mind, which I absolutely adore about Brighton:
1. When you walk in the door, you’ll most likely be greeted by a nice lady with an ice cold bottle of spring water for you to drink. On a hot day, there’s no replacement for this.
2. The sales people are marvelous. They’ll help you find the perfect thing, whether you’re looking for something for yourself or something for someone else.
3. They stand behind their jewelry. One of my necklaces came on a cloth cord, which broke after I wore it in the ocean sixty times and on any variety of other excursions over the course of a year. I took it to the store to try to BUY a replacement and you know what? The lady was like «no, honey, you don’t need to BUY one, we’ll send this in and have it put onto the correct cord again and sent back for you to pick up. Is that okay?» Um, YES! And thank you!
4. This might not be the soundest of environmental choices, but when you buy a piece of jewelry it is packed (right there in front of you) into one of MANY different heart-​shaped metal boxes. They’re all colorfully-​painted and are just wonderful. The boxes are so beautiful that when I gave my best friend her birthday present the other day (you’ve got it… a necklace from Brighton), she thought the BOX was the present and she was stoked about it! They really are beautiful.
There are Brightons all over the place. You might have seen it before and not even noticed it. Next time, though, I hope you’ll stop in. It’s one of my very favorite places.

One of my favorite stores to buy gifts, jewelry and leather goods. Brighton, to me, exemplifies quality and detailed workmanship. Check ‘em out in UTC (not far from the food court)!
They have purse clips for $ 25; matching earring and necklace sets; charm bracelets; nice business card holders; sunglasses; PURSES!!!; and even luggage. There definitely is something for everyone here!
Brighton’s logo is hearts so I think it’s the perfect gift for a friend or loved one. They’ll package your gifts in lovely bags or darling tins while you wait. Gift-​giving MADE EASY!
If you stop in their boutique, they’ll even offer you a bottle of water on warm days.
I’ve always felt warm and fuzzy about Brighton products and service!
