I received terrible customer service on my return. The cashier that was helping did not know what she was doing and typed my email in wrong and put my return through incorrectly. So I never received my refund of over $ 100. I suggest not going there for returns, terrible service.

Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in 2014. Not only I ended up getting everything I wanted but the service left me in a good mood for the rest of the night. I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving (I do Xmas and everything else, don’t worry) so perfect time for shopping. Came in on Black Thursday, great deals. First guy introduced himself and ask for my name. helped me out, picked a couple of jeans. And as I ‘advanced’ through the store they offer me to open my own … ‘my own’ dressing room. I’m like ok, took the jeans and another person asked me what other items. Found some AWESOME long sleeves shirts. So tired of the same standard t-​shirts. For males it can be really challenging to find stylish stuff. Then as I approach my dressing room the girl says Hi Fernando! Follow me this way :).
DAAAAAAAAMN!!! Now that’s customer service… and on a busy day.
As I started trying things out they helped me put things back and try new ones. Another rep helped with some really nice belts as well. I ended up getting tons of stuff plus a free $ 38.00 bag which I will use for a Xmas gift :) In total 3 or 4 different reps helped me and 2 or 3 knew my first name.
Go to UTC and go to Guess for an amazing experience.

I came to UTC during a break at work and decided to walk in here on a whim and «just look.» Let’s be real, does anybody ever go into a store to «look?» Yeah, I didn’t think so. I SWEAR THAT WAS MY INTENTION!!! Brittany (Britney?) and Vincent were VERY helpful answering my questions and grabbing different sizes and styles for me. I was pleased with the service at the store, however, my wallet isn’t as pleased :). Oops!

Guess jeans fit like a glove, to all derrieres, making them look tremendously good. At least mine, sorry to brag. Even with the fashion I swore to all the gods of the universe I would never ever ever repeat: the high rise jeans. The one that is supposed to be super unflattering. Maybe in other brands that is a yes. Guess makes magic out of them. Expensive? yes. Looking amazing? yes, yes and yes. I cannot get enough of the sexy tight denim overalls. Guess is not for every woman. Is all about sexy with a touch of rustic. Is not sexy-​bitchy like BeBe. Is another type where is not about showing more flesh but about hiding imperfections and showing the best assets. Not for shy ladies (my reviews is only about the female section of the store).

Love UTC as a shopping experience. not a big Guess fan though. If I like anythingI am too short for it. otherwise everything is too flashy or golden. Never liked the sale stuff much. The handbags are nice (not a fan of the inner lining though) but I really wish Guess tones itself down a bit. Its a bit expensive tacky if you understand what I mean… But their denim is nice (not if u are 5.4 though). Oh the Britton style was silly. those flowers look something for a 14 year old

Great location, VERY helpful staff, and on point clothing trends. The watch selection was also impressive, especially for women’s watches. Overall, had a great time, it is on the high-​end side, but it’s Guess, so there is no ‘guessing’ in it.

Silly little joke that my boyfriend plays on me and that I fall for each time!
Not sure if my taste has changed with age or if clothing quality and style has changed or all of the above, but the Guess brand doesn’t appeal to me as much as it did a few years ago. I find that often size labels mean nothing – sometimes a Size XS top will be swimming on me; sometimes I’m barely able to squeeze into a Size M – and that garments tend to be poorly lined.
Stopped by this store last Saturday for the first time in about a year. My thoughts?
* The music was much too loud. I used to work at Abercrombie & Fitch, so that’s really saying something.
* Service was hit (the young lady who helped me in the fitting room) and miss (the young lady at the cash wrap).
* The «50% off lowest marked price» sale is a pretty good deal. But, careful, read on.
Wasn’t pleased that I was unable to return an on-​sale sweater. The employee working the cash register last Saturday failed to inform me that all sale items are final sales, which particularly frustrates me because I bought the sweater knowing that I’d return it if it didn’t match the dress I bought it to go with. On Tuesday I explained the situation to a different employee at the cash wrap, and she promptly informed me that the Guess return policy is on the back of the receipt (in the smallest, lightest gray font I’ve ever seen, by the way). Well, Miss, thanks for that info, but verbiage on the back of a receipt isn’t useful to me prior to purchasing an item, is it?
Frustrating…

I’m not a shopping person and I don’t like buying clothes for myself, but I do go here when I need things to wear or when hubby hasn’t purchased any clothes for me for awhile (he’s the one with the fashion sense). Their jeans fits me like a glove, I can’t find that anywhere else! Not even the most expensive brands or anything, this place has the jeans that fit me, looks great, and lasts awhile as well. I’m not too crazy about $ 75 jeans but I will spend the money if I really need them. Great location and I love how you can share the fitting room with your husband, lol.

I absolutely love the Marciano line that Guess carries. The tops are trendy and cute and the jeans are stylish for something so reasonably price. I’ll stop by and pick up some stuff when I want to go clubbing. They have awesome sweaters in the cold months that are perfect for a date!
