Starbucks

I was again helped by the lovely Makayla who actually said hi this time but when she grabbed the cup she slammed it on the counter and as I watched her make my drink she kept slamming things around. I’m sorry that me coming in to order my drink at 8PM is interrupting your cleaning duties but your store closes at 10PM. I could understand if she was having a bad day but the last time I was in here she had the same look on her face. She must really hate working here or she has a really bad case of resting bitch face. Either way I hope management sits down and talks to this little girl about her attitude.

Best Starbucks in the neighborhood. It’s busy, so I use the order app and grab a table. Love the fire pit and outside heating

I have a very small income so cannot got to Starbucks too often. However, that doesn’t mean that I don’t treat myself occasionally. I love mocha frappuccino and it’s invariably just right.
Okay, this location is very popular and there’s invariably a line of people waiting to be served, but it’s well worth the wait. Comfortable places to sit inside, or you can relax outside.
The staff seem to be well trained, and always extremely pleasant.

I am in town for training and needed a break from my barracks. This a great spot to sit and do homework while drinking some good coffee and using the free wifi!

By far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever walked into. The women’s bathroom had no toilet paper or toilet seat covers and the men’s had a puddle of water that covered the entire floor. I’ll never come back.

Great service here. A barista made me a drink that I didn’t particularly enjoy. when I brought it back to the counter he happily and speedily served up another one much more to my liking. great job guy!

Worst Starbucks ever. The employees are so rude. Line of customers about 6 deep, 3 baristas behind the counter, and nobody is making a drink or taking an order. Customers are clearly not their priority.
They are also claiming they don’t have decaf coffee… How does an international coffee shop not have decaf? I requested a pour over since decaf wasn’t brewing at the moment, and they told me they «don’t do pour overs at this store because they have a clover machine». (That’s a non sequitur if you ask me.) I frequent Starbucks daily and every other location that has a clover machine somehow manages to do a pour over.
If you weren’t disappointed by now after the rude employees, just look around the store. It’s disgusting. It needs to be cleaned, napkins need to be refilled, as do the bathroom supplies. These employees really just don’t seem to care about the brand they represent.
Don’t waste your time stopping by here, drive another block and hit up the next available Starbucks.

This Starbucks should get the award for the absolutes slowest Starbucks on earth. It is just unbelievable line or no line somebody needs to figure it out because it’s unreal.

Stopped here on my way to Port Hueneme to get a break from the awful traffic! Close to the freeway! Fast service! No drive thru

Went here on vacation this last week. I have traveled the US and been to about a hundred Starbucks. This was by far the best tasting with the friendliest baristas. I made an exotic drink order that they weren’t too used to, and were very happy to get me my drink done right when it was busy there, and golly!!! it was the best version of it I’ve ever had.

I love my Starbucks! They are always so friendly. They work so hard and always get my drink right! I look forward to my Mochas and my friendly neighborhood Starbucks.

Hey i understand Starbucks is a Corporation and their employees do not get paid enough. I used to be an employee of Starbucks. Customer service is everything and a grouchy person being the counter is never fun. not saying any names just try to work on the attitudes.

Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Really long line, dry brownies, overly sweet drinks. And such a long time to make my drink. Almost 25 minutes. What a waste of time and money. I threw my $ 4 drink in the trash and left never to come back to this location.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. And trust me, I drink a lot of Starbucks. At any given time, I have never waited less than 20 minutes line or no line for something as simple as a green ice tea. The line isn’t even out the door as it is sometimes at another nearby location (which is way faster) and I wish there was a second open on the other side of Estrella so it evens out the wait situation. We actually tend to avoid this one even though it’s less than a mile from our house. Not sure if they are understaffed or unaware, but it’s a bummer.
Otherwise, it is clean, has a small patio and all the normal Starbucks-​ieness to offer.

Not bad, as Starbucks coffee goes. But this 2-​star review stems from the disgustingly filthy dining room. The floors and tables are seriously horrific. The «divider» between the doorway and the seating area has dust an inch thick covering the entire thing! Seriously?! You can’t take a wet towel, and wipe the dining room down once a shift?

You need no smoking signs and to enforce the «no smoking within 25 feet of the door» policy at this Starbucks. I will not patronize this store because of the thick, disgusting curtain of cigarette smoke you must almost always walk through to enter the store. It’s against CA law to smoke near doorways of public buildings. Why do you allow your customers to sit out there chain smoking right next to the door? Gross.

This location is nice and close to work makes it easy to step away and grab some coffee. even though outs a busy location the staff always are welcoming and friendly… they make it personal when they remember your name. or maybe I just come to much ;-)…Marcus it’s by far my favorite barista

This starbucks has always done a great job with fast service and perfect drinks! The store is always clean and the drinks are made how they should be. Some starbucks don’t make the drinks right everytime or it’s messy but this place keeps up to it’s standards. And I know they deal with a lot of kids since the movie theater is right there!

Had to get me a nonfat double tall latte on the way back to LA from Carlsbad. I had stopped for gas down the road, and figured if I just drove aways, I’d get to a Starbucks and sure enough… there it was.
Just yer normal Starbucks. Not a lot of seating. A couple of armchairs on one side, a few tables down a narrow corridor on the other side, a couple of nice patio tables in front.
