Great Verizon store. I came in recently with my grandma and Ryan explained all of our options and helped us get a good deal on a new IPhone 6s. He was very patient with my grandma even though she didn’t know much about the IPhone. I would highly recommend this story to any Verizon customer or anyone who wants to leave their provider and go to Verizon. Fast and high quality service!

Terrible service. uncaring salesmen, and they treat you they are doing you a favor by explaining the features on the phone. Rude guy in there too. Avoid if possible. go to the corporate store in Aliso Viejo.

I have been to many Verizon Stores. I had a great experience at this location. Jordan and Zack took the time to look up my account, help me buy a new phone and save money on my monthly bill. I recommend all Verizon customers to come here.

Received a «emergency» call from a 818 number. Concerned I pulled off Fwy. Turns out it’s Verizon calling about a $ 90 past duebill. I immediately go to my bank got a hundred bucks out of the ATM. weng over the Verizon on Los Mares to make a payment. To pay the bill. This was at 11:45 on Wednesday 12−17−14. I was told there was a $ 3 surcharge for using cash! The two less than helpful clerks told me if I wanted to complain to call collections. I said no thanks & I’m switching
carriers !!!

I went into the store and all the workers were so nice and friendly. I worked with Ehren who was super helpful, getting me the best plan for my data usage and budget. He even got me a good deal on the iphone 6 and a free tablet with accessories and even transfered all my info to my new phone. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

This place is horrible. They always make you feel like they’re giving you a «great deal», when in reality they are giving you exactly what you could have if you made the transaction online without them. It’s time to cut out the middle man who just wants to meet his sales quota for the month. Don’t go here.
I was born and raised in San Clemente and live literally right down the street from this location. I drive all the way to the Aliso Viejo store to avoid them.

Sent me on a goose chase. Not helpful at all. Loud music sparse store. Miss the old Verizon so very much ~ they were wonderful. Not any more. Go to the El Camino Real Verizon ~ much better experience

This shop is local to me (the nearest corp store is a ways up the 5 fwy in Laguna Niguel). &, my experience with VZW corp stores equates well with my experience at the DMV, so no joy there.
Anyway, I’m a true fan of the carrier & my device (S3) but am hard on my phones, so they frequently need care. Having fractured my unbreakable case today & losing the ability to charge the phone in the process, I stopped in on my way to Trader Joe’s.
Marcus, a long time San Clementian, hooked me up with a new unbreakable case, at a 33% discount from retail, & gave me a tip to fix the charging issue for free. No drive to Laguna Niguel, no DMV experience, no repair down time (it’s my only phone), no insurance $ 50 deductible, &etc.
So 5 Big Stars for Marcus & a great reminder to support local business when you can. Cheers!
