9÷14÷15: Came in one Monday afternoon and had a good experience here. The staff working were really friendly. I had questions about some of their items and they were quick to respond to them. Nowadays other sale associates from other clothing/​retail stores would be unfriendly and give TERRIBLE customer serivce that’ll make you not want to comeback but the people who worked here did the opposite! And they didnt act like it was the most hardest thing to do. Great service here would definitely come back and recommend.

They were really rude but especially this girl named Danielle my friends and I were waiting for our friend who was paying and she was kicking us out of the store while we were just standing in front so rude I’ll shop at pac sun next time since our businesses isn’t appreciated here

I was here to kill a little bit of time as my wife and her bff were trying on cloths in the mall. I was greeted very kindly and as i was looking around i was asked «what i was looking for?» I told them that i needed board shorts that still fit like real shorts and had a lot of pockets. The associate went and found several options for me and gave me a few things to try on. I ended up getting exactly what i wanted. Very good customer service!
The store itself had a ton of summer cloths for men. a large array of accessions for men as well. If i had more time I probably would have bought more things.

The majority of women’s clothes are like high schoolish type.
For men, its various that I’m jealous that there clothes is so much better than the women’s clothes in my opinion.
Although I only shop for the accessories, that all.

I’ve shopped here many times in the past for my kids back to school and so on. This last visit I found a nice big brim hat to use for fishing and some shorts. When the cashier scanned the tag, the price was more than what was printed on the tag. I brought it to the cashiers attention and asked my wife to grab a few to verify that the other tags were the same lower price, the cashier said it was a mistake. He went on to say he would charge the higher price and I could bring it up with corporate. I asked for the supervisor and he replied that he was the supervisor. After talking to him about honoring the price on the tag and him being unprofessional, I walked away with him speaking under his breath to the other employee and him snickering. I was disappointed in his lack of customer service skills, professionalism, and his ignorance towards retaining business. Instead of honoring the tag and keeping my family as customers, HE made the decision for me and my family to NEVER purchase anything from this establishment EVER again. Corporate should have secret shoppers, so they can see how terrible the service is at this location.

Beware! If you get a store credit from here, you might lose it later on because of the incompetent assistant manager Damion! Heres my experience
I had the most horrific experience ever here. To make it short and sweet unlike the long drawn out experience I had at the store this is what happened at the store.
–I came in to return a purse and wallet I purchased with receipt in hand and to use the rest of my prior store credit I had for about 6 dollars.
–The assistant manager said I could only exchange the purse because it was a clearance item and it didn’t have the tag anymore.
–I accepted gladly since I knew I would be purchasing other items I was interested in and ask to put the credit on my prior gift card. At which this point I asked to see exactly how much I had left in my prior store credit card.
–The assistant manager Damion said the card had a zero balance and made EXACTLY NO EFFORT to find out why the card was missing the amount I KNEW should be on there. His reasoning was that I had used it all/​forgot that I did, or the sales associate gave me a wrong card. The end result it I lost out on the card because the COMPUTER says there is no money on there.
–To which I responded that is was unfair and I no longer wanted store credit for the purse anymore and I wanted it back on my credit card on my receipt. Common sense says if I lost out on the money on my prior store credit card, why would I want or trust that the one he would give me for the purse would work later on?
–Apparently the Damion as the assistant manager couldn’t comprehend that and refused, spoke to the store manager to where he also refused.
–I was so disgusted with Damion’s customer service, I ended up leaving the purse without getting credit there because I wanted nothing from this store.
–I contacted corporate to make a complaint about Damion at which point they tell me that I do have money on my store credit and all Damion had to do was call them to verify. To think, the whole hour long debacle could have been avoided if Damion know how to do he job right and just call to verify the card. Then I would happily of excepted the credit and done more shopping. Now I will never return to the store ever again.

I’ve never had a problem with this shop. In fact, i’ve always purchased shirts and jeans here before, but this last visit had me raising my eyebrow. I approached the Levi’s section and literally within one minute of browsing, two employees came up and started doing recovery (organizing) on the exact section I was looking at. Only after 10 seconds did one of the employees ask me if I needed help. After replying no, the two employees suddenly decided to discuss an incident where a customer switched a pair of new jeans with his jeans in the fitting room. I was thinking, OK, are you guys trying to prevent future theft by bum-​rushing customers? Or are you guys so anal about customers messing up your areas?
Now, this wasn’t a big deal or anything. I just thought it was pretty weird that as soon as I started browsing through the jeans, I had two employees instantly show up to organize the area.

If you want a flannel shirt, this is the place to go to right now! I got a purple one here and live in it! Love this place for the selection. Pricey, yes but you can also find some good deals here, too! Staff is very nice and helpful!

cheap clothes for teens. i enjoy watching their music videos when my nephew shops.

OK. Don’t expect to get greeted when you walk through the door. Because NO ONE will bother to approach you.
I was on a denim shopping spree. Searching for some dark washed denim. The items are everywhere. They don’t really categorized anything in sections. It is hard to find a certain item you want to shop for. No one walked up to ask if I needed help. The store was pretty trashed.
They have a «Hiring Now» sign by the door. I can see why.
and of course, i walked out without purchasing anything.

This is a really crowded store in terms of store shelving and racks. As for customers, there are usually a handful at a given time on average. Same goes with employees, there are about 2 – 3 on the floor. I come here for my Levi’s, Converse, and Rainbow needs. I wish there was one in the Westfield in downtown San Francisco.

The clothing is great for my teen and the service was top notch. The guy working there was super friendly and helpful. I felt that the prices were a little on the high side though.

I grew up in So Cal so Tilly’s was everywhere down there. They have a bunch of stuff and the staff is really cool too.

This store has a lot of cute stuff, but the prices are a little high for the items. This store is very similar to PacSun, but I think it’s a bit better as far as selection is concerned. The clearance rack has some nice stuff and the prices are more what I would expect the non-​sale items to be.
