Um yeah… Cute clothes… Hella expensive actually really overpriced… BUT…Super sales!!! Yup! Picked up the cutest wedges for how much??? $ 17!!! Can’t wait to wear them!

Avoid this place! The worst customer service and return policy of any retailer.

According to the store manager, Anthony, they do not stand behind the merchandise that they sell. If you have a problem with shrinkage, falling apart after the first wash — you better have saved the price tag as well as the receipt and be within 30 days of the date of purchase.
My daughter purchased a shirt from their store in Southern California, and it shrank when we washed it according the instructions. Their policy is that the item needs to be in new condition so it can be re-​sold. But the manager admitted that they do not have a policy for defective merchandise, and do not stand behind what they sell.
We were looking for good old fashion service and a store that stands behind their product. Good luck with that policy,
Suffice it to say it was a valuable lesson for my daughter and we won’t be returning to any of their stores.

I’m surprised to see so few reviews on this place, only 5, really? I didn’t think much of this store until I actually found pretty nice deals. I found two purses yesterday, both 50% off from the already marked down price, and they weren’t little itty bitty purses either. Not bad… I love finding deals like this, especially in this Guess store, worth coming in if you like their stuff.

I forgot how much I loved this store! After getting my nails done, my mom and I decided to do a little shopping. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a gentlemen who was more than ready and willing to help me start a dressing room once I had my first article of clothing in hand.
I think he was finishing his shift because soon after another young man approached me, already knowing my name and was very aware that I had a dressing room started. He introduced himself (DANIEL) and was constantly complimenting or offering his opinion when I needed it. He was also very kind to my mom who exchanged a couple shirts while trying them on.
Needless to say I left with a stunning white blazer and a new pair of posh jeans.
Daniel and the staff here get 5 stars in my book. The only reason I marked it 4 stars is because I wish the on sale stuff was a little less expensive.

This particular location needs much improvement and an attitude makeover. For the 3 – 4 times I’ve been here, I get a glance by the sales associates but no greeting. What are they, mutes? It’s always empty whenever I come here, so I’m surprised they don’t seem happy when a customer walks in. One time, I had to ask a price question about some stockings, and the 2 associates that were talking to each other stared at me as if I rudely interrupted them. I always feel unwelcomed whenever I come here.
The sale/​clearance section in the back is seriously outdated. There are dresses and tops back there that I have bought about 3 years ago. Some of the clothes look worn and unclean, I wonder why they still have them?

Out of all the Guess stores I’ve went to, this Guess store is by far my favorite one. The sales there are friendly and helpful. There’s a lot more selection on the sales rack, which is good.

i am a fan of this place and love to go shoping thier, however remmber this if you ever want to return an item thier remmber to keep the tags!

This store has been changed from a Guess to a G by Guess store. At first, I didn’t really this store because I’m not really into outlet stores but my boyfriend got me into this store. The clothing isn’t really that bad … they have some decent clothing here. But what I really like is their accessories and shoes. They are pretty nice and cheaper than what you would pay for at a Guess store. The styles here might be old but some of the styles are actually kinda nice and you can actually find some nice things here. Besides, I feel like a lot of the new styles are that nice and everything is almost the same. Some of the older styles look better and at least when you buy older styles, you know you won’t end up with the same piece or similar piece of clothing as a million other people. I love Guess … this store is a knockoff of Guess but I still love it. Just last week, I got a decent shirt, super shiny accessories, and a super super cute coin holder from here ! I got it all for just $ 120 including tax !! … It would normally cost around $ 180 not including tax at a Guess store. They even have a free clubcard where you spend $ 150 and you get a $ 10 giftcard ! My only complaint is that a jewel fell off the ring I bought the first few hours I wore it. Now I don’t know if I could ever wear the ring again because it looks ugly with a missing jewel … maybe I should just rip off another jewel to make it match haha ! But I guess that’s what happens when we wear fake accessories with jewels or crystals. I will definitely be back to visit this store … I like it !
