22 Bayhill Shopping Ctr, San Bruno, CA94066 l liked to buy here Pelmeni(.10oz) for 6.99 $, although in east Bay I bought them for 6.49 $. Because this store is near to my house, I was buying Pelmeni here. May 17, I noticed, the price was 7.99 $! It’s not worth it!!! Only .10oz! Pelmeni here are overpriced! I am buying them in different place! Today, May 27, I found this product in European Dali Store, San Ramon for $ 5.59!

Fantastic store. Molloy Stone’s + Ace Hardware = truly only need to stop once on a Saturday to get everything you need. Incredibly helpful staff. Will definitely be shopping there first.

My favorite place for soup in the Bayhill San Bruno area! There is a great selection of salad and food in the deli section, and it is very popular during lunch amongst the people who work in the area. My favorite order here is the 8oz butternut squash soup, mushroom soup, and chicken noodles soup. They are very generous with the ingredients and the soup is usually chunky and filling, perfect for a filling lunch :)

Their butchers are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is our go-to place for andouille, ham hocks, fresh seafood and quality beef. We love Mollie Stone’s for their vast assortment of gluten free and soy products in the freezer section and throughout the store. If you want fancy gluten free crackers, go to the back of the store, otherwise, they have the value brands in the snack aisle. Mollie Stone’s also has a huge selection of cheeses including the infamous Mt Tam, unique food related gift ideas and really good bottles of wine such as Rombauer chardonnay for last minute hostess gifts. Their prices are better than Lunardi’s and their weekly ad specials are decent and are as good as Pak n Save. I wouldn’t say their prices in general are cost effective but if I have certain dietary requirements, Mollie Stone’s is the place to shop.

As the description says this is a ‘pricey’ grocery chain. So we just come in to get a few items that aren’t available at the typical Lucky & Safeway stores. They sell Blue Bottle iced coffee(so does our local Safeway except they leave the expired cartons on the shelf!) as well as Jittery John iced coffee. The organic medjool organic dates are fantastic and are worthwhile. However, the baked goods like the almond croissants @ $ 2.49 each are just okay; they are not worth it IMO as it’s very bready instead of flaky and hardly contains almond paste. Donuts are $ 1.49 each, and they are no better than those offered for $.50 on sale at Safeway. The deli food and salad bar is also only okay. Had the beef stew, and it was loaded with fat and a few stringy pieces of meat. The other items on offer the day we visited like the stuffed bell pepers looked soggy and frankly not that fresh. The minestrone soup was all right, but it was too oily. All in all, many of the items are marked up considerably for the quality in my opinion.

Google lists this as a Peets coffee. They may serve peets coffe, but they need to send their employees to barista training. The coffee drinks were not tasty. The drinks are hot, and the staff is friendly, but I dumped my latte out, it was not an enjoyable beverage.

They serve fresh sushi! My fave is the spicy tuna wrap! What I like best is even if my selection is not there, just ask the nice chef and he’ll roll It right up. Delicious!

Mollies stones fits in. Different having a hardware store with a grocery store, but where else can you get a Bbq and a set of screwdrivers ? Also the displays at the store are awesome, they are done well. Not just placed for convenience. They are their to catch your eye. The products they advertise are always in stock. Did I mention Allen, Allen is the sushi chef. You come in he smiles and offers you the best. Not only are the sushi displays well stocked with white and brown rice options. There seems to be something different every time I go. Peets coffee is also in the same store, so you can get your caffeine fix too.

Mollie Stone is more of a expensive supermarket. I come here for the chocolates because they used to have a large variety of Cadbury chocolates that a lot of other places don’t have. They also have a lot of food made here to go near their deli. For example, mashed potatoes, rice dishes and more. They have really good pâté here, though i forgot the brand. On my last visit here, i saw they have an orange juice machine. You can decide that size you want and use the machine to freshly make it from you. The minimum is 3.99 and the most i think it 16.00 for a gallon. The oranges are pretty sweet which is perfect. Mollie stone’s other half of the store has Ace Hardware, I like how it’s a one stop shop, but honestly, when I need to go to the market it’s very rarely i’ll go and pick up a light bulb.

Worst customer service ever. The older man with the moustache was rude, snappy, and I honestly don’t know how they retain customers with service like that. I will definitely be doing my shopping elsewhere.

I try to come here once a week for 2 things: — Prosciutto di Parma sliced at the deli — yes, the expensive stuff — swiss cheese sliced at the deli it’s my midnight snack for the week. nothing like a good, thin slice of prosciutto rolled up in betwixt 2 slice of white cow pee aka swiss cheese. this combo has personally escorted me to dreams of flying, dreams within dreams of me dreaming that i’m in a dream, and dreams of riding on a unicorn at a an above-the-speed-limit pace across fields of strawberries. I like Mollie Stones, thank you for carrying the Prosciutto di Parma

I’m not sure why their average reviews are not better. If I was rich, this is where I’d do all of my shopping. Things are on the pricier side, but you get good quality products. The staff is helpful and friendly. The variety of different types of food is in abundance. All of their produce is fresh, and their meat/seafood section is mouthwatering. I don’t have a need for the new Ace Hardware addition, and I don’t usually need to go to the Peet’s Coffee that’s inside, but they’re there and I think that’s pretty convenient. It’s a nice grocery store, with good quality products and lovely people.

Worst customer service at Ace EVER!!! Don’t buy anything you dont want to keep forever, and make sure u buy the right items. She does NORETURNS. Shitty customer service lady was incredibly unhelpful, frustrating, disrespectful, and rude. Waste of time and money. Never shopping here again.

I actually went to Mollie’s recently and was surprised the store has kind of changed things up a bit, and I found things much better. The new ACE Hardware inside is a nice addition, they have a very good selection of almost anything you can think of as far as hardware goes. The butcher is changed now and still find some items less at our locations, but I do like that they have a good selection of other items of quality. The deli seems decent enough.

I liked this store before with the child care while we shopped! Definitely miss that! Still enjoy shopping here occasionally when in the mood for some quick, yet fresh sushi while we sit and enjoy a cup of Peets.

I was initially thrown off by the ACE hardware store inside, but I bet if I lived nearby it would be pretty hand to have both Molly Stones and Ace together. It’s a lovely store but I couldn’t afford to shop there all the time — more for specialty items and quick stops. The staff was lovely though.

Can we train the deli staff on speed and accuracy? Should not take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and remake 1 of them because they forgot what I asked for — paper pads for notes and they dont use them.

Great deli. 4 stars. Everything else in the market is just overpriced. I come about 3 times a week for their large salad bar, soup bar, and sandwiches. Salad bar — the menu never really rotates, which is a slight bummer, but it’s fresh, clean, and has a good amount of offerings. Everything sells by weight $ 9 per pound I think. Soup bar — really tasty soups, but very pricey. $ 5 for a small cup or $ 10 for a large liter. Should be $ 3 range instead, but good soups at least. Sandwiches — $ 6 – 8 now these are great and worth it. Comes with tons of fresh toppings, your choices on quality Boar’s Head brand meats, cheeses, breads(including paninis).

I keep asking my boss for a raise so I can shop at this place more often, but since my boss is cheap and stubborn, the answer is always no. This place is more expensive than Safeway, but the quality is better. I’m a horrible cook, but when I have a date to impress I come here for the ingredients to make spaghetti sauce from scratch. Basil, tomatoes, onions, fresh sausage, mushrooms, etc. It’s one of the few things I try to cook. «Try» being the key word, but it’s my family’s recipe, and I haven’t gotten any complaints yet.

I really love this store and I especially love the convenience to my office. Everything is always fresh. The salad bar is lovely. The soups… were good, but to my taste, a bit too salty. Yes they are a bit pricey, but you can’t beat the selection of healthy foods, great cheese options, they have a Peets coffee… so yes, I am a fan Thanks for the salad punch card as well!!! yay!
