Customer service here is always beyond great! I think her name was Lucy and Elizabeth were freakin awesome! I love shopping here just for the small talk. Plus they help me find outfits every time ! I would high recommend this place to shop.

The last 2 times I’ve been shopping here I’ve been sorely disappointed. Their customer service is not anything near what it should be. They’re usually very good about welcoming people into the store and starting a fitting room.
Today, I walked in, no one acknowledged me (there were quite a few people there, so that was understandable). But as I started gathering things to try on, no one approached me to start a fitting room. I even stood by the fitting room entrance for a good 5 minutes and still nothing.
I ended up just putting my choices back and going to another store.
They do have very cute clothes though! Even if it’s a little on the pricey side.
