After discovering this company through a Living Social special, I placed an online order for the products offered on September 13, sent a follow up email on October 11 requesting status. After no response, I sent another inquiry on October 23. I finally received a response from someone telling me they had been out for 3 weeks after a car accident and would find out what was going on with my order.(I would think they would have more than one person to fill orders if they have a Living Social deal going). Two days later, I asked again and was told on 10⁄28 my order had been«re-sent» and could take up to 14 days to arrive. I don’t think it had been sent in the first place. Regardless, I would expect that if my product shipment delay was caused by this company, they might put a rush on the order just to show good customer service. I was happy to find a product that is cruelty free and looked forward to giving Bella Pierre a try, but not after this experience.

So this place at Inland Center mall that sells MICAbella cosmetics too, is located in the center of the mall. It’s right near Victoria Secret’s and Coach. It’s one of those carts in the middle of the mall, but hey who cares! While I was bit reluctant to try their make up, I let one of the girls do a ‘make over’ on me. Why reluctant? Because my skin doesn’t take well to any products other than Korean or Japanese products. This is a proven fact for my skin. So during Christmas time, I let this girl do her ‘magic’ on me. well half my face. To my surprise it looked down right nice. Kinda like that bare mineral commercial you see on TV. Although the girl prob has a degree in doing make up I don’t know but she sold me on the product. But unfortunately for her I was broke because it was the holidays after all. She went as down as $ 30 for me to buy at least the foundation, but alas I could not. Apparently the foundation is originally $ 60? Pretty darn expensive if you ask me. And this is coming from a person who will pay if it’s worth it… but I also knew that the girl used a primer to make the right side of my face look all seamless and pretty. I can’t afford both. Then last week, my sister took me out for shopping, and a different girl was there but I told her that a girl was offering it to me for $ 30-$ 35 and I told her I’d have to think about it, because well, I had to spend my $ wisely. In the end I came back and the girl not only gave it tome for $ 30 but no tax!(they prob do this for other people but hey I’m not other people!) She also gave me a brush for $ 10. She told me which I should get for max coverage too. She was really cool gal. I forgot her name but if I ever see her again I’d definitely buy from her. Not that the girl from Christmas wasn’t nice, but she was just trying so hard to push the sale, as this girl was not as pushy, yet she was. She knew how to play the game. I will say I do have three of their eye shadows, electric blue, lime green and a very very yellow. Those aren’t the names but they are BRIGHT :) I love bright colors. If you want to see a photo of me with it on, just click my profile and look at my photos. There’s only one with me in make up lol If you want a free make-over try out their make up. The only other place I know that has this stuff is in Ontario Mills Mall, but that’s a distance from me, so if you’re in SB, stop by and get a make over. The girls there know how to apply make up hell they can even show you, I’m guessing.
