My mom’s AC went out on Friday and she called E.R. Block because they installed the unit back in 2002. Aside from being later than we thought they would be (for which they apologized profusely) she couldn’t be happier. Shawn Addy was very professional and pleasant, making sure to explain things to my mom. This put her mind at ease and reassured her. The capacitor needed replacing and in addition to doing that he cleaned the filter and washed the unit. All of this for a very reasonable price. They did such a good job, I’m going to recommend them as a vendor for our rental properties. Thanks!

We moved into our new home last year and once it got hot we finally turned on our AC. Of course it wasn’t working! It was over 100 degrees out and we have twin babies, we were in desperate need of help. We called E.R. Block and Shawn arrived very quickly. He fixed the problem immediately and the charge was very reasonable. Thanks Shawn!

We never use our Heater, so when the cold weather hit and we turned it on we were surprised that it didn’t work but after 18 years of never having it serviced I guess it was time. Our friends had told us about E R Block and Shawn and how great he was. I called on a Saturday, freezing cold, and he came out right away. He said is colder in my house than outside, boy was he right. He went in my attic and spent a long time there. He said he checked everything out completely and it was a circuit board. He went out to his truck came back in and fixed it right away. He then gave me pointers on how to use our thermostat which after 18 years I didn’t know. I would definitely recommend him, very courteous, professional, he had great prices and family owned so I know he will always be there for me in the future. It’s everything you want in 1 package.

I wish I would have come here first before I agreed to use this company. They replaced the ducting in our home and the problems persisted. After having several other trustworthy AC services look at they’re work we discovered that the ducting was too big and there was a leak from the AC unit on the roof and in the attic. When presented with this information they refused to take responsibility and rectify they’re errors. There is a young boy in the home who has seizures if it gets too hot, still no compassion or assumption of responsibility. Not saying they’re totally evil, but if you have a choice do not choose them. One star is generous… STAY AWAY!!!
