%100 best appliance guy in town he fixed my kitchen aid refrigerator when everyone else said it was not possible and they didn’t make those parts any more. He was able to custom fix it and was fairly reasonable on his price. I will be using Paul again!

Scammer! Don’t waste your time and money on this place! My story is very similar to Nathan’s below. After I got an initial consultation, I kept receiving empty promises. He said he would come at a certain day/​time, one day he never showed up and another 2 times he was never on time. I constantly had to call and ask when he was coming, an hour turned into the next day. Very unprofessional. After spending $ 150 to «fix» my fridge it’s actually worse than before he touched it. Now he won’t even answer my calls.

Our laundry gas dryer needed some repair so I called several repair shops and ended up choosing Assurance because they were straightforward and quoted me a price a little less than everyone else. The guy Paul showed up as promised on time the very same day. He never wasted time making sure everything is checked on our dryer and when issue was found, he explained it well and gave me a reasonable price for repair. I highly recommend Assurance. Nowadays it’s hard to find trustworthy and dependable repair services, I’m glad I called them.

Excellent service. The mechanic Paul was here on time and did a swift and efficient work on our air condition. He knew right on the spot what was flawed and was able to repair it within a matter of minutes. Highly recommended to those who are in need of air condition services!
