We have contacted the Air temperature specialists for a consultation regarding our old air conditioning system in our home. Adam Cogley, the representative who came to help was absolutely amazing, very knowledgable and professional. He took his time to explain all the details regarding our upgrade options, increasing energy efficiency, air filtration and temperature control in different areas of the house. Not only was he able to explain everything in layman’s terms but also from scientific perspective. We were very impressed and happy with his service, we have learned a lot! Me and my boyfriend are both scientists and we often confuse the contractors with our questions, but Adam was on top of things with his knowledge of every aspect of his trade from thermodynamic theory and chemical mixing to engineering specifics and affordable solution options. He has also helped us find a great financing program (hero) to realize the necessary upgrades for our home. Highly recommend this company and Adam Cogley in particular.

Wow! What an experience right in the middle of a heat wave on a Friday with the wild fires smoke thick in the air and the A/​C goes out in my house. Thanks to Air Temperature great customer service (Paula) I was able to get a Tech out before the days end. Adam showed up and quickly identified the problem. No up sales, No B. He Immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it in record time and the cost was $ 100 less than anticipated. Very professional and courteous on the phone and repair service was fast. I found their website online and talked to Paula. She scheduled a plumber to check our low hot water flow problem. Kevin the plumber identified the problem, went to retrieve the needed valve, and replaced the part above the water heater within a day. Their work is guaranteed for 1 year. I will definitely call them again if I need any future plumbing repairs.
