Had a good experience here. They were slammed for the lunch hour so my fries were a little soggy like maybe they didn’t leave them in long enough. But they were seasoned well and the wings were really crunchy, just like I like them. They also tried pretty hard to clean up the tables. Not sure why there aren’t trash cans out so customers can do that themselves. Personally it makes me uncomfortable to just leave my trash like that, but hey, when in Rome I guess. I’d be back, I luv Wingstop and it’s conveniently located.

Stopped by this location for the first time with the family after shopping. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful since my kids could not agree on what my husband and I wanted. lol
The wings were excellent! Perfectly moist inside and crispy outside with a good amount of «kick». The kids got plain «tenders» and they were very happy :) The bleu cheese is authentic and superb! The fries are also amazing and we were fighting over them. The rolls are fresh, warm and so so soft. I would have given 5 stars but… our order took 23 minutes and I thought that was a tad too long for a counter service type restaurant. Overall, we love Wingstop!

Great fries, great flavors, incredibly slow, mediocre service. They’ve messed up my order about as often as they’ve gotten it right. I’ve been in numerous times when there is no one cleaning up the dining area. Finished food and trays all over empty tables.

Wing Stop had everything we needed to make today a great game night. The beer was cold and the tea was sweet. Our wings came out in time and were hot and ready to be devoured. Altogether, they were good but I would recommend adding a bit more sauce to the mild flavored wings. They were on the bland side. All in all the service was great and I will be back to get more Spicy Korean wings before they are gone!

The Wingstop is just around the corner from me and I love going there. I love the teriyaki wings, and everyone else love the hot wings or the lemon pepper. They have great tasting french fries and everything is always hot. The staff is very friendly and good atmosphere.

This place needs to be overhauled.
First, there is no excuse for an order to be skipped 7 times.
Second, I never received a receipt.
Third, I’ve seen larger Chicken McNuggets. I essentially paid $ 12 for a ten piece McDonald’s item.
Fourth, was that pre-​packaged coleslaw?
I spoke to the general manager to express my disappointment. I barely told her about the first thing on my list before she started to offer me free food. She then told me that they are getting ready to roll out jumbo items to replace the current portions.
She was very polite and professional.
However, with the current quality of the product and service, I will not visit another Wingstop in the foreseeable future.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible service. Absolutely terrible management skills in defusing this frustrated customer. We ordered on line. Got there 2 minutes before the time stated it would be ready. Paid, then waited and waited and waited. Finally, 20 minutes later I asked if our wings were up. Of course they were — NO ONE communicated to ANYONE that they had been up for who knows how long. Cold limp fries, and like warm wings and a less than interested attitude to fix or help me feel better taken care of as a honorable paying customer. Fast food or not, when you work with the public you’d better know how to handle customer service. Crappy. *end.of.rant.

I love this location! The only reason I drive to this area is for this place. The staff is friendly. I have been coming to this location for years and I have never had an unsolved issue. The staff is great and attentive. I live closer to the Wingstop on walzem but I avoid that area at all costs. You will not be disappointed.

Worst wings I have ever had.
Frozen, premade chicken wings. Seasoning is flavorless. Dry rub is a joke. I don’t want to taste powered chicken! Bbq is nothing special, 99 cent bottle sauce.
Soggy fries drenched in salt.
Even the veggie sticks! How lazy do you have to be to cut them. It’s not veggie chunks, it’s veggie sticks.
By far the worst wings place I have been to. And what makes it worse, this place is just wings! Dedicated to wings!!!
Do not recommend. Will not be back.

Can usually rely on calling in a to go order and it being ready. Not today. I get that it’s raining, and a Friday night. But 20 minutes after calling it in, and order hadn’t even been started? Not good. So I sit here waiting…
And I give you credit for prioritizing the order. Barely took six minutes. Good job overall!

I’m not much of a wing guy as I believe they are too much work with not a lot of payoff and this place reinforces this. For $ 25 a dinner for 2 =15 wings 2 sodas and a large fry. In my eyes that’s a lot of money for simple chicken wings but I digress.
I had the hot and lemon pepper wings and fries. The former were meh and latter were ok but the fries were good. All were very small. As for the anbiance it was done in a style of if someone who retired form the Air Force and had a finsihed basement which apparently responds well to the Affliction T shirt and bedazzled jeans crowd as they attended en masse.
In conclusion spend a couple bucks more and go to Kennedy’s Public House where the beers are colder and the wings are truly majestic. You will probably drive more but leave happy and greasy.

Pretty good buffalo wing restaurant. We went here to watch the UT game as they have Longhorn Network. I was surprised that there wasn’t a lot of people there. I was sad to see that there were little to no appetizers on the menu. I like to get a lot of unhealthy eats when watching the Horns.
I got the boneless wings with Hot sauce. The sauce was very tasty. BUT the FRIES STEAL THE SHOW! Next time, I am just getting fries!

Okay, so I am not so big on wings. Or at least, I didn’t use to be. Wings are good, but I come for the fries. oh those fries!!! They are salted and have sugar. I consistently forget how much or what meal deal I ordered or flavor I liked the time before. Every time, the staff has been very patient explaining to me what would be the best deal, what each flavor tastes like, etc. The inside is nice enough.
Yes, it is pretty expensive. Should it cost so much? The answer is, I am not sure as I don;t have a ton of experience with wings. All I know is that wing stop is now half a mile from my home and workplace and I am hooked!

I had a great experience here! Me and my buds came in around 830pm this past Sunday and we’ll be back.
The dining room was clean and when any table would finish/​leave the staff was right there cleaning and getting it ready for the next guest. Speaking of staff-​they were friendly and fast. They would chat and joke with you and were more than willing to make any accommodation requested.
Now yes, I know-I’m a vegetarian and I’m reviewing a wing place, but hear me out! The staff alone made it a great trip but then the food (well what I could eat) was great also! My bros also loved and killed their food so it seems all was well in the meat world too ;)
Next time they have a wing craving, we will deff be coming back here.

The inside reminds me of a nineties’ sitcom. The girl at the counter was too busy talking to a customer about her boyfriend to deal with the growing crowd of teenagers, families and abrasive young ‘booters’ from ft. Sam pushing and shoving in. The boneless wings’ meat was dry and the bone in wings had feathers still attached. I couldn’t eat after the full feather I found covered in sauce on the wing. No thank you.

Wing stop consistently has a great product and pretty good customer service. Although with the exception of their monday and tuesday special it can get pretty pricey to eat here. However, Wing Stop is my first choice when I feel like some wings.
