Domino’s Pizza

Whenever laziness prevails, Domino’s comes through with expedient service and delicious food! There’s always a coupon available to use, and if you have Shoprunner then delivery is free. This also enables my laziness. Don’t. Judge. Me.

Everybody loves Domino’s Pizza. They’re the original delivery pizza place around here and still tasty.
Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas each with 2 toppings. They were delivered in under 30 minutes. However one pizza was minus a topping and the other wasn’t quite up to par.
Everybody has a bad moment. What I am impressed with is this store’s customer service. I called a few minutes after the pizza was delivered to report the order discrepancies and was immediately offered replacement or a credit to my account. I chose to have the pizzas replaced, and the second order was delivered in under 30 minutes.
With the kind of shoddy work ethic and apathetic customer service that permeates «the workplace» it was refreshing and greatly appreciated to be treated as a valued customer.
I’ll order future delivery pizza from this store. :)

They have Gluten Free crust that doesn’t taste like a cracker!!! Actually it tastes amazing! I am a GF/​Dairy Free girly so I like to eliminate the gluten and dairy wherever I can. The staff at this dominoes was so kind. I had a craving for pizza and they dif illness it. All within 15 minutes of calling them, my pizza was ready for pickup
I will be back soon. Yes I will :)

Consistently delicious pizza. Love the breadstick bites — they are addictive! The Iphone app might be the easiest and most useful on my phone. I ordered at peak Friday night and my hot fresh pizza at my house 30 minutes later.

This location delivers consistently good quality pizza for a good value. We’ve never had any complaints. Is it the greatest pizza in the world? No. But, it’s quick, cheap, and good service.

Domino’s advanced to our #1 go-​to pizza delivery place tonight. After a busy day at work, I was coming home on a Friday night with 4 hungry kids to feed. I ordered a couple of large thin-​crust pizzas (1 sausage, 1 pepperoni) and a cinnamon dessert pizza for the kids and selected a small gluten free Pacific Veggie pizza for me. I LOVE the on-​line ordering options – not only user-​friendly but entertaining! I have downloaded the Domino’s apps to my iPhone and iPad, and there are some cute themes to select from if you’re ordering online from your PC. (In the mood for the tropics? A cute macaw will squawk when your pizza is on the way out the door for delivery!) You can track the progress of your order in real time. The gluten free pizza dough was a really good platform for the yummy feta-​and-​veggies combo, making Domino’s a standout. Friendly, quick delivery service completes a 5-​star experience.

I like Domino’s after they recreated their pizza earlier this year. Before they were so salty that I would want liquid all night after eating a slice. I must also say that I used to live outside of Chicago and therefore I have very high standards for pizza.
Tonight one of their «Artisan» (what an overused term) Pizzas, the Italian Sausage & Pepper Trio with extra sausage. I was good, the sausage flavorful, not hot and the peppers fresh with some crisp left. The Artisan Pizzas are not giant, 13″ x 9″, and are designed for one or two people. So if you are feed a crowd take that into account.
Also ordered the Mango Habanero Wings. More mango than habanero. Very sweet with a subtle after-​burn, went nicely with the ranch dressing.
There was a problem with the beverage order but this store resolved the problem quickly and with a positive attitude. How a business handles issues is very important for customer satisfaction. This store cares.
I like when you order on-​line how you can track your order as it goes through the process to get to you. Nice touch.

$ 4.99 medium pizza — fast and ready to take to the kids for lunch at school. Can’t beat that deal! They had a huge sign outside, so I stopped, knowing that I wanted to get the boys pizza that day. It was so quick and convenient — I will go back.

I used to prefer another large chain’s pizza above all others, but lately they have let the quality of their pizza slide so I decided to try Domino’s. I had a pizza delivered from this location recently and I must say I like the improvements they’ve made to their pizza. The woman taking my order on the phone was very patient and I know they can get pretty busy. Also it was delivered before the time I was quoted so I was very happy with the quick service. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and couldn’t stop eating! The pizza was seasoned perfectly and was still hot. I definitely recommend trying Domino’s if you haven’t had them recently.
