Ordered online. When I arrived, I had to wait less than 5 mins before order was ready. Food up to par. Very satisfied.

Let’s see I ordered some wings I drove over picked my order. Got home found out you forgot half my order. I called. You said oh I’ll fix it and give you some free whatever aka ranch. 2 and half hours later. I finally get my correct order Yah screw you. I so enjoyed my wings that I ordered before the game started and finally got after wasting all my time in my car and finally for with 10 min left in the game. For my amazing free .75 free ranch. Screw you

18 minutes for 3 wings and fries. With people just standing around. The service has always been hit and miss but this is just lazy and bad service.

Wings are always good but unless your order is to-go, the service is bad. We are the only ones in the place and it’s Sunday… completely empty. Still took forever to get someone to get us a beer. Really disappointed.

Crappy service. When you place orders they place you on hold for ten minutes! I hate this place !

My brother in law had a mix up with wing sauce but it was resolved quickly and effectively. Food was good, atmosphere was relaxing. Would go again.

Wing Stops are typically very solid. This was no exception. While not the best wings I’ve every had, I can rely on Wing Stop for consistency no matter the location. Our wings tasted the same this time around, as every other time I’ve ever ordered from Wing Stop, no matter the location or state. We ordered the 24 wing family meal, with teriyaki and mild wings. I used the app and ordered them«extra crispy» and with fries. A+ for ease of ordering through the app! I hate making phone calls to place orders! When I arrived my order was ready and paid for Unfortunately I had to stand in line for about 10 minutes during the lunch rush, while others placed their orders. Perhaps Wing Stop should take note from Panera and place ready to go online orders in a designated location so that the purchaser can just grab and go! Overall, very pleased and will return again!

The wing stop in the embassy shopping center is actually one of the largest in the country. It is very good. As for the larger wings, try ordering them extra crispy!

Best wings in San Antonio! The concept of the business is simple and convenient. Your food will always be ready, so the wait time is minimal.

Weak ass customer service, rude ass people. I expect nothing less from a San Antonio dine — in restaurant. This city fucking sucks. This establishment fucking sucks. Will not be coming back. I’ll be staying my ass at home and making my own goddamn wings next time.

Wingstop regular here every week sometime multiple times, some of them know my order by heart. Frequent this location and pat booker, this one is close to my job. Love original hot with extra sauce & Louisiana rub. The fries and ranch are awesome, no complaints

Pretty good chicken wings, not as good as being in Buffalo New York. To me they’re pricey but worth it. It is a smaller version of Buffalo wild wing minus the sports atmosphere.

The wings weren’t cooked as long as I like. Usually they are crispy and the dry rub stick to the wing. this time everything was kinda wet. I baked them a while to get the crunch when I got home.

You come here for the wings and they don’t disappoint. If you’re like me plan ahead and take your favorite antacid or acid reducer early, lol. I like them hot, really hot and always get extra hot sauce to dip them in –yes I’m that guy. If you are smart you can order over the phone or better yet on their app ahead because they are made fresh and usually take about 15 –20 minutes. Their fries and ranch dressing are real good as well. Get the 30 piece family pack, well worth it and if you have leftovers they will pack them for you and taste great reheated. Love this place.

After trying to place the order, I should have gone with my gut and left. The cashier talked fast, mumbled and then looked at us like we were stupid. The music was loud and I had to ask her to repeat herself more than once. My wife’s wings came with a hair which we did not order. They re-did her order, the manager brought it out and mumbled a half hearted«sorry about that» as he was walking away. The wings soaked several paper towels with grease. Guess who’s not coming back here?

Always the best wings on the planet. Live the Cajun extra wet. Mouth watering finger licking face slapping good. Just saying.

I love and dream about Wingstop… best wings EVER. I absolutely DONOT eat any other wings… no one does it like them! My fav is the Cajun wings… I’ve tasted the rainbow of wing flavorings offered, but I’m tellin’ ya, I don’t waste my time with anything but Cajun(and maybe the occasional Original). So crispy and meaty… the skin crunches little pods of wonderful fat, mmm! The Wingstop chickens definitely get steroid-ed up, but, it’s so delicious who cares! I’m also an advocate for bone-in wings… if you wanna do boneless, don’t clog up Wingstop… roll over to the awful Buffalo Wild Wings, please. Oh and the fries are to die for… fresh cut and the seasonings are superb… sweet and salty. No other fries compare, seriously! 10 wings and a small fry will STUFF you. The beans, coleslaw, and potato salad are pretty good, too, if you’re in the mood for that kinda party. Someone PLEASE open a Wingstop franchise in Germany… I beg of you!

Maybe you’re a buffalo wild wing’s fan, it is okay for now; you’ll be ashamed later. I have been to numerous wing joints, but NONE compare to Wingstop. This location especially offers something more than most franchises; impeccable service and AMAZING food. Mouth watering wings, the crispiest fries I have ever had, oh and for all the ranch addicts like myself – you’ll want to take home a carton(their own recipe, might I add). Guys have them cater your sports party, you won’t be disappointed; guaranteed. This wing joint has a fridge stocked with beer and a few other tasty drinks and tap options, def a go-to place after a long day at work, or for Sunday-Funday. All items are made to order, you’ll be shocked it’s a chain after you enjoy a meal here. I’m a sucker for the garlic parmesan boneless wings; just talking about it has my taste-buds in an uproar. It’ll be your go-to, now go, get lunch, dinner or whatever your little heart desires at Wingstop. The specials: $.50 wings on Monday and Tuesday
