ZEROSTARS!!! After I got out of work. I ordered a pizza and brownie at 9:52 pm, online to get the«deal» they were running. I get an email confirmation that my delivery«should» arrive at a little after 10:30. I sit around like an idiot waiting for food for my family and I, until about 11:15. I call the store and someone picks up, then hangs up. At this point I’m pretty frustrated so I drive to the store. All lights are off and no one was there. I checked the posted hours and it clearly says they should be open. I had to call a customer service line and wait for 10 minutes to speak to someone. The call taker was polite and apologized. My money, on the other hand, won’t be refunded back for 3 – 4 business days. That’s 27 $ I won’t see for a week. Meanwhile, it’s now after 11 and my options are pretty much nil. This is a pathetic excuse for a food service establishment. I will NEVER order from this place ever again. Probably never order from Pizza Hut again either. Simply based on how they attempt to run a business. I work in service and if I took someone’s money and did not render goods/services paid for by a customer I would be FIRED!

We ordered breadsticks to go with our carry out pizza. Not only were they burnt to a crisp, but the marinara sauce was missing. So sad.

This place always gets our order wrong and all the staff is always very rude, so now we have to drive to a different pizza Hut to pick our order up this place just sucks.!!

Great quality just like most pizza huts. Horrible customer service. We were the only customers in there and we had to get up to ask for refills, came back up to order our food, and get our pizza when done. Waiter only brought out drinks out and he never came back to check on us. All of this with 3 team members behind the counter., they just don’t care about customers.

This is my second time ordering delivery from this location, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, my pizza was over 10 minutes late. I did not get a courtesy call informing me of such. I called up there and spoke with a team member who stated«I don’t know, it should be there soon.» I was like well let me talk to your manager, maybe THEY will know. So he puts the manager on the phone, and a rude male told me «it’s on it’s way it should be there any minute.» I was like that’s it? No apology or explanation? My experience from ordering with them today wasn’t much better. I received a courtesy call 5 minutes before the expected arrival and was informed by a young lady that my delivery would be another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later a young man shows up, is apologetic about the delay, and kind. When I opened the box of pizza, it was ice cold. Summary: don’t order delivery! Oh yeah! Forgot to mention, I am only 3.6 miles away from the location.

We were the only customers in this pizza hut, and yet the staff seemed to forget we were there. Doesn’t matter though, it is pizza hut. The pizza is the same at all of them and that is fine with me. Bathroom was clean.

Now that SA has Papa Murphy’s( ), we rarely order from Pizza Hut. However, this particular Friday night I had a BOGO free coupon that was about to expire. +PH recently lowered their menu prices; large 3-topping is now $ 10 +Convenient; stopped on the way home from work +Pan crust was just as crispy and greasy as always :) Pizza Hut is reliably yummy and a great option when we’re a) not near Papa Murphy’s or b) not in the mood to pay $ 20 per pizza from other favorite pizza places.
