Just came back from here. Overlooking the fact that this restraunt got my order wrong(wanted plain burger, got everything on it). I’m giving this restraunt one star because when they handed me my overfilled drink with an unsecured lid, my drink poured all over me. The tall dumb girl behind the register laughed. I kid you not, she laughed. Didn’t ask me for a napkin, just laughed and talked to her BFF behind the grill. Unbelievable.

Customer service is great in the drive thru but the food is way too greasy. I had the pretzel bun cheeseburger & it just takes the flavor away when all u can taste is grease. I think the food is a little too pricey for fast food as well.

Oh, I know: I am SO outed as a mealy-mouthed, fast-food strumpet. I developed a fondness for Wendy’s when I lived in a resort community where there were few reliable fast/affordable/consistent businesses. In that locale, Wendy’s was an exception, and I came to appreciate the availability of more healthful items on their menu — particularly when they began offering side salads, chili and baked ‘taters as substitutes for fries in their combos. So yeah: I’m a Wendy’s wench — and only semi-apologetic about it — from way back. What might change my mind, though, is THIS Wendy’s, which I suspect must be the location where they train everyone from cooks to cashiers for all of the other locations. I say this because every single time I’ve been here(perhaps eight or ten times during the past two years), service has been mind-blowingly slow AND they’ve managed to screw up my order. I either get someone else’s food, or they«short» me an item… or something else. The most recent visit, I ordered a «single» combo with no mayo, and asked to substitute a baked potato for fries. The order was for takeout. When I got it home, mayo was oozing out of the bun — and the counter person had neglected to put sour cream and margarine in for my baked potato! So maybe this won’t completely sour me on the Dave Thomas empire… but it surely is going to compel me to drive a little farther to get my Wendy’s fix!
