Granted we went at a not busy time, but everyone was so helpful our food came out before we’d even gotten to our table! The food was delish, of course! (I highly recommend the chicken nuggets) or if you want something not «on menu» order chicken strips and a wheat bun on the side and make a chicken strip sandwich! It is a different batter than their chicken patties, so it is different and just as suburb! All the employees were awesome, quick to fill our drink and even bring it to our table. I would defiantly return to this location.

I wish this was a good chick fil a. The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been there, the food was awful. This last time, the nuggets were so dry and flavorless. The fries tasted old. The girl at the window was rude! Asked for something and when she didn’t hear me, instead of saying, «excuse me?» Like any other professional employee, she rolled her eyes made a face like she was annoyed as hell and said, «huuuh? «I’m not making this up. Horrible service, bad food. Needless to say, I will not be re turning there anytime soon. I would rather drive out of my way to the one at The Forum or the one off 410 and San Pedro area when I’m craving that delicious chicken.

It’s a chick-​fil-​a. I’ve never encountered a bad one. They could improve their friendliness but that’s about it. The food is as you expect it to be, good. Their frosted lemonade was better than expected.

When I go with the kids to eat it is «lets go to Chick filet».! The food does not disappoint, always good flavor and always hot and fresh. The fries are tasty and the lemonade is excellent. The staff is very friendly and always comes to your table to see how you are enjoying yourself and asking if you would like a refill on your drinks.

Went to meet with family & friend for play date. The kiddos loved it & service was superb. Greeter when we walked in, Cashiers were very friendly & workers consistently come to ck if everything ok, clear table & ask if refills were needed. We were very impressed. We will be back.

The customer service is great; I had a problem with my order and they took care of it right away. While I was eating my breakfast a gentleman came in to pick up an online order off their catering menu, so they needed both hands free. The manager gladly helped out and even got an umbrella out to walk the man to and from his car. What other fast food company will go that far. Keep it up Chick-​fil-​A!

I occasionally come to this location when in the area and like many I enjoy going through the drive-​thru for quick service. I came after the lunch rush hours and to my surprise still found the drive-​thru line wrapped around the entire building; being that I was on a time limit I decided to get down since they didn’t seem busy in there. I was in and out within 5 minutes! The lady at the counter (it was so quick I didn’t even get to glance at her name tag) was extremely nice and polite. I’ve been inside other Chick-​Fil-​A and have came in encounter with plenty employees but never had such polite service as in this location. I’ll be sure to go back inside this location next time!

This is my favorite location, and it’s close to my house. The service and food are always terrific. The customers are civilized and calm unlike The Forum location. The atmosphere is always peaceful and quiet.

The lemonade is always great. I love combo #1 and the nuggets. The problem with this location is consistency of lack of it. For example on the visit the sandwich was hot and the nuggets ice cold. On another occasion waited and waited for an order while the employees leaned against the counter and visited.
The manager of this location should visit the location on Tomball Parkway to see an efficient store with very friendly employees looks like.
From fast food i expect consistency.

Love the lemonade hands down! Sweet tea is awesome too! I go here just to get those 2 items. Really like the chik fila sauce too, but there’s several to choose from. My only complaint is that they don’t open on Sundays but that’s like all their locations. BOO!

We all know Chickfila is delicious. I’m not here to proclaim that. Chick-​fil-​a has some great choices if your trying to eat healthy on the go. Recently I had the chargrilled chicken sandwich with a large fruit cup. It tops out at 400 calories and 3.5 grams of fat for the whole meal! I struggle many times to try and eat healthy on a daily basis but this recent find will make that struggle easier! As a quick side note the service is always fast, friendly and engaging!
