liked this location compared to others. was greeted and was asked if i needed help right away. was able to get what i needed and also got a couple for the 7 for $ 26.50 deal so i will be back.

2 stars because I was able to get that deal, 7 thongs for $ 26.50, annndddd… I parked up front! Other then that, surprisingly for how new this store is and the prestigious location, they are absolutely lacking in customer service at this location. This is an ultra bummer because this location is near my house and it’s my favorite store! Was not greeted. But what really bothered me was how disorganized this place was! The area where the thongs and panties and those cheek panties are is like all mixed up, sizes and colors all mixed up! I’ve never seen it like this especially with how slow it was! Usually they have them laying out in a nice pattern in correct sizes and colors but that’s not the case
it took me foreverrrrr to find my sizes and I wanted the specific thong and not panty so had to sort through those as well quite time consuming! Probably spent 30 min trying to find 7! Not once approached by any employee! Checkout would’ve been a breeze but there was NO ONE at the cash wrap! Waited 10 min at the front for someone to finally check me out! Attitude during checkout from the cashier girl, go figure :(the convo she was having with the other coworker must’ve been so good I interrupted it ! I’ll travel the 13 miles and go to the one at the mall! They are cool there!
