As far as Verizon stores go, this place is top notch, a LOT better than the store on Bitters Rd. I asked a lot of tough questions and Roger had an answer for everything. We had to transfer from Clear because they were bought out by God-awful Sprint. We use Verizon in our business up in Austin and now we are using it in San Antonio. Also, the tech support actually speaks English, they aren’t sold off to some foreign country.

this location went from hero to zero. went back to this location to get a new phone and asked the rep if i can upgrade for free. he looked at my account and said yes. great! so i’m looking around, pick a phone and then the same rep says i’m not an authorized user on the account. he said i needed to have my husband contact verizon to do the change. really? i felt like i was in grade school getting my parents to sign my permission slip. my husband goes back with me to authorize me so i can get the phone. i again pick one out and then the rep(not the same rep) says i have to pay $ 3 a month more and turn in my old phone. i’ve never had to turn in my old phone before. i walked out without a new phone, AGAIN. won’t be back.

Needed 2 new phone’s yesterday and went down to Verizon late last night. The sales representative did a wonderful job helping me pick out the best phones. I normally don’t buy a lot of extra stuff on trips like this. But everything went smoothly and ended up with a bill of over 500. Just wanted to say they did a great job and we love our new phones.

This store provided the worst service ever! They flat out lied to me so I would go away because they weren’t going to make a commission off of me. I went in there with a full warranty(the only one Verizon offers) and a phone and they denied me service. I had to go to the store where I purchased the phone instead. They told me at the next store that this was all untrue. And the customer service agent should have assisted me.
