Tlc Invitations & More

This place is closed down!
Googled them online and they appeared to be in business. I called 2x, they had an answering machine that also appeared to be active. So I drove to the location (during business hours) to find a locked door with a sign saying, no longer accepting invitations orders go visit Girl General.
They should at least update their website.

If we have learned anything about business success we know CUSTOMER SERVICE is extremely important. This business offers very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and was borderline rude to my wife when she was asking questions that may have been common sense to the staff but not to her. The wedding invitations we ordered were nice albeit overpriced and incomplete., if a business has poor customer service then it doesn’t matter how nice the product is the business is not worth your time when there are plenty of other business’ which over much better customer service. Don’t waste your time. Even the owner is arrogant when asked questions.

TLC Invitations and More is a cute little store that would definitely come in handy if you are planning any event, like a wedding, baby shower, or even a birthday party. Located across from one of my favorite lunch stops, TLC caught my attention with its cute, pink sign.
While I wasn’t in need of invitations, the «more» part intrigued me. What else were they offering? Chocolate? Automobiles? Train sets? But, it turns out, the «more» part of TLC does have a little more cohesion to the first part of their title than I was hoping. They have wedding supplies, like cake cutters and lovey dovey photo frames, scrapbooks, and monogrammed gift items. They also have candles, which doesn’t really go along with paper products at all, but seems to be a staple in any boutique.
The staff at TLC were really friendly and checked on me a couple times, but mostly just let me wander around looking at the various trinkets. TLC had some cute gift items, so it is a nice place to browse, but mostly they deliver just what they say they will: invitations. And a little bit more.
