No stars would be best. Talk about holding hostage b/​c ATT UVerse isnt available where you live!!! I’ve used many cable companies in different cities but TWC in SA is clearly has the poorest billing/​payment service organization I’ve ever dealt with. Aside from mistakes, they have ridiculous policies which lock you in at your premium package rate — when, say … you lose your job and know you can’t pay for months in the future. That $ 200+ billing will continue while you suffer. THEN if they ever interupt your service just to get your attention, don’t be surprised if they have someone call saying their from a collections firm and your accounts been turned over. This happened. When I called TWC about it they said it wasnt «really» another company… What kind of crap is that!!! Don’t give this company your money.

There is nothing worse than having to deal with these dim individuals on a monthly basis? My bill is consistently wrong and the thought of having to set aside an hour of my day just to try and make the staff here realize their grade school errors is exhausting.
Who deserves this terrible of customer service?
I never thought I would say I miss Comcast, but they sure do shine like gold next to this latrine-​waste runoff of a company.
