Taco Cabana

I have eaten at a lot of Mexican food fast and restaurant style and by far I love Taco Cabana. If I lived here this would be a everyday place I’d have to have!!! Awesome awesome awesome!!!

I’ve been stopping here since 2005. Too many visits to count. Taco Cabana is a chain. It’s not authentic. Okay? Get over it. It’s infinitely better than Taco Bell and more convenient that the more authentic and tastier taco dives a stone’s throw down the street. But, if you’re looking for a freshly prepared, tasty meal and are in a pinch for time, this is a great find. They offer a military discount, so if you’re not in uniform remember to ask.

Not sure why this location of TC has such a low rating. It was clean and we loved the layout of this location. The cashier was very friendly as well as the wait staff.
You can NOT beat the $ 1.50 Margaritas. They are delicious.

Bad experience. My first Mexican Restaurant in SA. I decided to stop at a known franchise that you can only get here. The restaurant was filthy. The container holding the tea had no lid which I thought was disgusting. The food looked messy like they just threw everything on a plate just to get it done on time. Bad experience.

Great margaritas and great food. S why did I give this place one star… here goes.
So the first day I was here our service was great and so was our food. A couple of days later, on my lasy day in Texas, we decided to finish the night with a bang. We ordered 4 plates and recieved 2. When we went to inquire about our order we were told that they were out of steak and served us another meat. The beans were watery and cold. The rice was flavorless and the Enchiladas were extremely satly. Needless to say my family and I were EXTREMELY disappointed with the the service. We went to another restaurant that night after spending $ 40 at Taco Cabana. So please dont come here unless you want the poopies that night.

I was always curious to try Taco Cabana. I thought it was like a Chili’s with a bar and decent food, but I was wrong. It turned out to be a fast-​food place with frozen margaritas and bottled beer. The food was okay. I’d say this place is similar to Taco Bell. This place actually gets pretty crowded during AF BMT graduation days (Thur-​Sat) lunch time.
