Starbucks

It’s Starbucks: chain. If you need a predictably reliable cup o’ Joe, look no further. You know what you’re getting ahead of time. I’m not a particularly big fan of chains. Unfortunately, there is no locally owned coffee shop in this immediate area. It’s convenient and clean, and it has a drive-​through. I say park you car, turn off the engine, get off your fat butt, and walk inside. Staff are friendly.

In the morning this Starbucks seems to do most of its business through the drive through. The line gets very long, like over ten cars long. When this happens it is much quicker to park and go in than it is to wait in line.
Not the biggest Starbucks as far as seating on the inside and the number of seats on the patio is very small.
The service is friendly and fast.
When I get my «free» ice coffee refill at this location I get charged for the soy milk. Other locations do not do this. Manager is either cheap or employees poorly trained.

Says it’s open tip midnight on here but they were locking up 2 hrs early? Went through drive through and not even told they are close for whatever reason. Communication.

Good enough service, never too slow, never messed up on an order. Friendly workers, but I will complain that usually this Starbucks is filled with people by themselves taking up every table which is incredibly annoying. Could use more space and maybe more big tables.

Conveniently located at the Rim. Accessible drive-​through and quick service most of the time. The sitting inside is well organized and is clean. Sitting outside is also kept pretty clean. This is a slightly above average location.
I have not had that coffee from this location

The service is way too slow. Took over 30 minutes to get a grande ice coffee! Won’t be coming here again.

LOVE LOVE this Starbucks location. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Great place to relax and read!

This Starbucks consistently serves burned coffee and burned milk in lattes. I have been to this location numerous times in the past few months at the drive thru, and EVERY time the coffee tastes burned. I end up going to another location to get decent coffee, or just throwing out a 4 dollar cup of coffee.

This location is the closest to where I work, so I frequent it a lot. The lines can get outrageously long on some mornings and this location usually has moderate wait times, so if the lines are wrapped around to the dentist’s office there, I’ll just pass and go to another location.
My only criticism about this location is that they almost never have new/​promotional food items in stock. I’ll get emails from Starbucks telling me to come try something and at 10 in the morning, they are already sold out for the day — this is especially true for holiday items like the Gingerbread loaf.
Customer service is always good here and the few times I have been inside this location, the inside is usually clean and well-​kept, although it’s smaller than it looks from the outside and seating is very limited.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve never had a problem here. This isn’t my favorite Starbucks location but its certainly not the worse one. The drive thru line at 7:20 — 7:30 is fast. The baristas are always friendly and accommodate any special request I may have.
There is limited seating but aside from that, this is a run-​of-​the-​mill Starbucks. Good coffee and fast service.

Shame on me for coming here. Again.
I gave them a second chance and here’s what went down.
30 minutes to make 2 drinks. 30 minutes. When I walked in, no one was there in line, and I just happened to be the lucky one to get all the new baristas. Oh wait, they were all new. They must have tried to make my drink 10 times and really I didn’t order anything special. Americano and a latte. I ordered iced but there was no ice… I got a lovely cup of lukewarm and very bitter coffee. The ice had all melted and when I stuck my straw in the worker put syrup in my americano. I didn’t ask for syrup. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I needed to go quickly. I dont think they understand that people need to be somewhere else. Finally got it and of course, it was not the drink I ordered. Sadness.
When I come to Starbucks, I would like to know I am coming to fast but surely quality service and most importantly great tasting coffee. Well, you think that is why you buy expensive coffee right? You are willing to pay for convenience… This has none of those.
This place is slow slow slow. BITTER. Don’t take orders correctly. And not the greatest service.
Do not recommend this Starbucks … again.

Drive thru is mega mega slow. One time I spent 30 minutes in drive through for a peach green tea, at intercom when I said «peach green tea» she said «green tea» and I corrected her with“no, peach green tea”, at window a red head lady gave me A warm, unsweetened, green tea with little bit of ice…? I understand being busy, assuming my 30 minute wait, but … What?
I ordered inside once, I wanted to try the Valencia orange drink… But was given a sweet tea? … Who is confused the person writing drinks or Making them?

*This is a Starbucks… Nothing different or special.
*The only problem with this location is seating. It was way too small and you are always fighting for a table or even a seat. There is nothing they can do about this but just warning you that you might not get a table or a power outlet! Ha Ha
*The drive through is very slow. Starbucks has yet to figure this process out, but I don’t use it. I have been through with others. I think you should at least take the 5 minutes out of your day to just park your car and walk into a store and not be on the go for a second.

Horrible coffee compared to normal. Bathrooms were filthy. The store was slow and you’d expect it to be cleaner…

I am a coffee junkie and they have the best java.
