Starbucks

Unbelievable that they had NO brewed coffee. (7am) Not good for a coffee house. They should have made other arrangements if they are going to stay open.

Busy, a bit confused comparing to the one 290 in Austin, but did their job. Folks were pleasant and nice.

Great service and everyone is present and always smiling. Michelle is a great manager and has a clean place, she absolutely treats her employee’s well: It always consist. To some that’s a bad thing, but I like having some stuff the same.

This is my place to go! I’ve gone to a few Starbucks and they aren’t bad but this location is fantastic. The drive through is very quick and the people at the window are incredibly nice! Recently Heather has been greeting me in the morning and she is hilarious. She is friendly, outgoing, kind and a great start my morning! Overall if I need my Starbucks fix, I go to this location, no question!

Awesome service here. I went through the drive thru on a busy morning (2÷19÷15) and even though the line seemed long it went very quickly which surprised me. The employees were super friendly and my drink came out Hot, Quickly, made perfectly and with a friendly smile. I will be back for sure.

Great service! Always see a smiling face no matter how busy they are. There is a drive thru as well if you don’t want to wait in line. From my experience today no one had to wait an unnecessary amount of time to get their order.

If I could give zero stars I would! My friend and I have been meeting here for years every Monday at 10am. The staff was wonderful and friendly always remembered us. The service was outstanding! This is not the closest to either of us but we made special trips because it was the best service. We missed 2 weeks and suddenly it was like the entire staff turned over and it’s terrible now. The barista questions my order. Pastries don’t get delivered. I stood at the register for 5 – 10 minutes while all 4 people cleaned and stocked but never turned around. I don’t know what happened but after the awful service we’ve repeatedly received we’ll be finding a new place to meet.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I ordered an iced tea and got a sweet green tea… So I took it back and they acted like I was a pain. Probably won’t be back can pay over 3 dollars for a small cup of tea and get terrible service on top of it.

Terrible customer service! Got a lot of attitude from the girl with the short blonde hair today for asking a simple question. Go to another Starbucks if you don’t want someone to ruin your morning!

This Starbucks served a busy businessman clientele. They exceed expectations in speed, accuracy, and customer service. I’ve gone to several around town and the consistency of their performance is matched by none. On the rare occasion the do err?- let them know. They correct the mistakes with a smile and a promise for better next time– and they’ll keep their word. If you’re in a rush or want a pleasant experience? This location rocks.

Went thru drive thru while Darren (?) Was working… super customer service. My chai tea wasn’t very hot. but good service will bring me back over and over again! Definitely recommend.

I found my resident Bucks in San Antonio and total bonus that they have a drive thru, love this ability especially when trying to drive across town in the morning.
The male barista working the window was a hoot at 7am, bringing his full personality and sense of humor to service excellence!
Consistent drinks and overly friendly service is what I always receive at Starbucks — this is one of the many reasons why I love you!

My favorite Starbucks out of the 5 in the area, great location, great service and best of all… plenty of room for parking!

I know, I know. How dare I support corporate America by consuming Starbucks coffee, especially when there are local coffee shops (i.e. Local Coffee) near minutes away?! Well it all comes down to a matter of convenience– and when I am in a quick hurry to grab some coffee or tea, this Starbucks location is efficient, friendly, and consistent.
Yes, the drive-​thru is funky (and is not intended for Excursions and similar sized vehicles — but is any drive-​thru, really?), and the parking lot is somewhat limited. However, those minor inconveniences aside, this location is my go-​to Starbucks because service is smooth, and I can always expect to receive great customer service. Whether I order a latte, frappé, or tea, my drink always has at least three customizations, and the baristas are always quick to take note, place my order, and deliver it the way that I like. I have been to neighboring Starbucks locations where they bumble their way through orders and take an agonizingly long time to INCORRECTLY make my order, so I appreciate this location’s efforts that much more when I visit.
In addition to the stupendous service at this location, the patrons are pretty fantastic as well. On several occasions I have gone through the drive-​thru to place my order only to find out that the customer in front of me had already paid for my drink. While I don’t go to Starbucks for a sit-​down coffee experience, I can appreciate the sense of community that’s instilled here. Patrons and baristas are friendly alike, which makes this my ultimate favorite Starbucks location.
Side note: This location is generally busy between 7:30 and 8 AM. If you arrive slightly before or slightly after that time frame, you can avoid a long wait time.

Been here a couple of times in the afternoon and the guy working the drive thru has a big attitude problem. Maybe I’ll start going inside from now on.

Best Starbucks in San Antonio! Drinks are always perfectly made and never too hot where you burn off half your taste buds. ;)
My only reason for 4, is the crazy drive thru lane. Who planned that?!?

It’s a Starbucks. Nothing special, except a weird drive-​thru. Seating is usually hard to get b/​c it’s always busy.

Service is above average and drinks are way more consistent than I’ve experienced at other locations.
On the downside, parking is limited and seating inside is even more limited.
They also have a drive through.
If you want REAL coffee though, Local Coffee is right up the street!
