The friendliest and most competent staff. The drinks here are made consistently the same way every time. The Starbucks that are closer to me are hit or miss with the staff attitude and how drinks taste. I have been to this location many times at various points in the day, and have never have I had a poor experience at this location. I will drive out of my way and pass many other Starbucks along the way just to make my purchase here. They are simply the best when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

Every time I come to this Starbucks it seems like the most miserable place. The employees all always look miserable and overworked. The coffee is good but if this weren’t the closest Starbucks to me I’d never come here. I hope things change soon.

One of worst Starbucks I’ve been to in San Antonio. Everything seemed dirty. Employees did not seem as though they cared about the store. I don’t go to this location.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the city. The crew looks like they work great together and always seem in good spirits. I come here so often they know my name and are always very attentive and nice. I used to go the other Starbucks on SE Millitary by Goliad (which is terrible by the way) and started coming to this one because of how bad the other one was (and im glad i did). Sometimes its chaotic, but that goes with being one of only TWO actual Starbucks locations on the southside. Especially, it being on the intersection of a very busy street and a major highway.

This usually is the place I stop in for coffee when I’m in the area, but today I should have kept driving. Unfriendly and slow is not something I expect from any Starbucks. Not a hello nor a thank you. It’s the norm maybe if you’re super busy, but not when you have plenty of employees behind the counter laughing and talking. I’ll stop in again next time but just thinking they’re all having a bad day today.

My Starbucks app says this location opens at 5 am but when I got there at 5:05 am no one responded at drive through. I pulled up to the window and saw two female employees and they saw me but just ignored me for a couple of minutes. I pulled away and called the store to ask what time they open they answered but hung up on me when I asked what time they open. I called two more times and no answer. I’ve been going to this location for two years three to four times a week… I’m very disappointed.

By far the best Starbucks team in town! In fact it is the best Starbucks team that I have ever experienced. They’re always on it and always fast. I really have no complaints about this location except that it is difficult to get in and out of because of the intersection that which it is located. The team has a great chemistry friendly and always treat you like a familiar face. Keep it up guys and thank you.

This location is kinda weird. You either get the crew that takes orders, moves the lines and gets you on your way. Or you get the crew that takes so long you wonder if they’ve sent someone down to Latin America to go pickup the coffee beans that they’ll be using to make your drink today.

Longest wait for 1 grande latte in my life… and the latte is way too sweet to boot. The cashier wasn’t exactly friendly. Dirty. This place pretty much sucks.

Worst service and longest wait time of any Starbucks I have ever been to from Washington state to NYC. I have never minded waiting at a Starbucks as they do tend to get very busy but I think 40 minutes for 2 drinks is ridiculous. To make it much worse the baristas being rude didn’t help the situation at all. The morale here is very low and if I really didn’t want my fix and promise my friend we would come here I would’ve given my money to a gas station pot. Never coming back to this location.

Friendly service that kindly donated to a community event. This starbucks is also at a very convenient location for commuters — right off SW Military en route to 35.

Yes they can be slow, but this is one of the worst cities I’ve been to for Starbucks service anyway. This location is one of the quicker ones and they are friendly so that makes the wait more enjoyable. I work closeby and came here only about three times before some girls took the time to memorize my order, so now it’s often ready by the time I’m at the counter. Starbucks here has a high turnover rate so new people bog up the register speed, but you always get what you want and they never make mistakes on my very picky drink so I don’t mind waiting. After working at Starbucks for 5 years I can say this one is not so bad!
Suggestions: don’t come if you don’t have time to wait. Also, access and parking are awkward and drive they set up puts line in a busy street sometimes
Pros: friendly, as quick as they can be with their morning supervisor always hovering and criticizing too loudly in front of customers, and your order will be correct.
Cons: access, parking, sometimes messy when it’s busy, usually short-​staffed.

This place is in a great location and the service and product (s) are always on point. There’s not that much seating, but what is available is well laid out.

As far as Starbucks goes, this is one of the better ones I have been to. Staff is always right on it and cheerful. It is clean and bright inside and always have little samples of something to enjoy!

Good, run-​of-​the-​mill Starbucks. I needed a morning cup o’ tea and breakfast, so I stopped here. My breakfast was made quickly (egg white wrap) and so was my tea. They had opened about an hour before I got there, but there were tons of boxes of pre-​made lunch bento boxes all over the counter, making it really hard for them to hand me my meal. Kind of annoying, and maybe a sign of disorganization in the wee hours of the morning. Another sign of this: not entirely welcoming staff. No «good morning!» like I get from the baristas at my neighborhood location.
Not the best Starbucks I’ve been to, but definitely, definitely not the worst.

Starbucks is all about the brand. Consistent experience in any of their location. Each one is the same as any of the others. For some it is some kind of status thing, for me it is coffee.

well the place i work at doesnt have a wi-​fi connection for me so i usually take my work here and do what i can. the staff is nice and the drinks are pretty good
