This review is on their coffee beans only as I just buy the beans for my personal use and have not stopped in to have a cup.
Merit Roasting has by far the best coffee beans in South Texas. They are so good that «Local Coffee» uses them for their shops.
I like their Colombians and just recently had a Ethiopian/​Peruvian Blend that is unbelievable
