They don’t know what symmetrical creases are.
Go anywhere else.
Staff was rude, and would not acknowledge mistake.

They’re inexpensive and fast. I’m not a fan of small talk so greetings aren’t important to me. I’m in and out with my clothes. That’s all that really matters to me.
I do want to add though, that the gentleman that works there does offer to take heavy garments to the car for us. That’s great customer service in my book.

I tried this place since Its so close to my place of Buisness. Yes the price is cheap, I paid $ 10.45 for a full suit, suit jacket, & 2 dress shirts for next day noon service. BUT customer service is horrible. Don’t expect a welcome when you walk In or a thank you when you leave. It’s simply robot service. Order pay and leave. And pick up is the same. Give the robot your ticket and you get your dry clean items. I’m debating if price will keep me here.
