Starbucks

Always to F’ing busy. Plus it’s starbucks so it’s not worth waiting more than 15min for their craptastic brewpoos.

Meh. Pricy, as all Starbucks are. Could use some more tables. A lot of times it’s hard to find parking and there’s a line for even just a cup if coffee; the property is just kinda small and there’s a lot packed in. It’s clean and orderly, of course.

Awesome store! Always friendly associates. The only complaint is how busy this location can be. I wanted to go thru the drive thru this morning but the line was literally wrapped around the building so luckily I found a spot and was able to park. In all my hot mess glory I went into the store. Coffee was well worth it though :)

I love this city but I have expectations from Starbucks. This specific store is never clean. The products are not pulled to the front, everything is dusty, the floors, the Windows… it screams «I am lazy!» The bean holder on top of the machine has a dark film on it. The gray holder is holding trash and I know they aren’t supposed to do that. No wonder why my shots are horrid. The machine probably hasn’t been cleaned. I will take the time and travel to the one on Stone Oak like I usually do. I highly recommend the district manager do a surprise visit. And if the store is clean then… time it to the date of this posting.

Passing through San Antonio and this is by far the longest I’ve ever waited in a Starbucks drive through! This is ridiculous!

I’m being gracious in giving 2 stars, simply because they always get my order right. But this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I live just down the street, and do my very best to drive out of my way to other locations because it’s still faster! Even now, it’s 11:30am, not exactly a peak business time for a coffee place, and I’ve already been in line for 5mins and there are 5 cars still ahead of me. Seriously, someone from corporate please come fix this!

I was excited to see a new Starbucks. I started including it in my routine. However, I noticed that my drinks at this SB didn’t taste quite the same. Then last week I realized why. They were adding water to drinks that should not have added water. Yesterday, I ordered a passion tea unsweet after having had the same drink from a different SB two days before. There was a big difference. I’m very disappointed to see this happening, but I will not be using the SB in the future.

Worst Starbucks. Every time I come here there’s always a long line at the drive through and it takes forever. Doesn’t matter what time of day I come. And it’s not like I can go inside because there’s barely any parking. Do not come here!!! it’s worth the extra 2 minutes to go to the one on 1604 and 281

I was coming to study and I only had a short amount of time so as I was driving to the store I ordered ONLINE and it was awesome! I got there, went to the counter and it was all ready for me, I had placed the order three minutes earlier and the employees were on top of it. First time using online payment and it went perfectly, I was definitely pleased. Will be coming back to this store AND doing online payment!

What can you say… its a Starbucks and the Staff… well… they are GREAT!!! Thanks for the Caffien kicks! :P

Service here is sooooooooooooo slow! It’s ridiculous. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes at 11am on a Monday to make it to drive thru window. They have it good. …no starbucks for miles around here, but beware, if they opened another starbucks with faster service in this area they will lose most of their business. Please starbucks open another location in this area and help us out.

For the most part they get my order right which I like but if you’re going to go to this starbucks don’t go inside! You might think you’re doing yourself a favor by avoiding the ridiculously long drive thru line but you aren’t because customers inside are not a priority AT ALL. No drink from Starbucks is worth a 30+ minute wait. Lesson learned.

Like any other Starbucks great!!! Other then the long waits you can sometimes encounter. I wish new Starbucks made double drive thru lines and bigger parking lots when they know there going to be very busy and successful in popular locations!

I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past few years. There are times I am here 2 – 3 times a week. Never had a bad experience here with services, unless wifi service counts? But never had a wow experience either. I am mean, after being here dozens of times, i cannot think of anytime I was wowed. So come here, get your coffee from a usually smiling or happy barista. They will usually ask to warm your choice of pastry and grab a seat. There is a decent patio area but can get pretty loud specially around lunch and 5pm. There are some sandwich options that in my opinion are over priced for what they are. You can easily walk to tiger pop and bring back your food. Ive done it and no one said anything. Overall an ok experience from an ok place.

My fav location! I’m there every week day more by 530 and they know my order. Fantastic service, nice people and great coffee!!!

Loved going there all the time but after getting hit on by their black male employee who works in the morning, I’m not comfortable there anymore. Why would Starbucks allow that?

I love this location.
They are way fast and super friendly.
The only negative is how close it is to where I live. I’m here all the time spending way too much. ;-).

They have flies of all sizes at this Starbucks. Zooming around, getting in your face, on your snacks and drinks.
Tip: bring a fly swatter with you if you want to study/​or chill inside!
Other than that… they have really nice staff?

Slow, chatty Kathy, and always runs out of cream when I am here. (Freaking two days in a row.)

Again, I went to this starbucks around 9am. I asked for an iced coffee with honey. Whoever made it failed to dilute the honey like I asked and it was of course bitter. Dumbass, all the honey stays at the bottom of an iced coffee and you can’t taste it if you don’t pour some hot water to dilute it. Learn how to be a barista and stop making me waste 3 $. I told the girl at the window it was bitter and she made a face so I just left and threw my coffee out. I hate starting my mornings like that.
